I ordered an item with the Christmas delivery promise in place, after two days I received a message in my email displaying the billing address as the delivery address, so my items are going to the wrong place. I phoned the call centre to ask them to rectify the order, they didn't care and didn't want to help.
I am complaining because I have had my account blocked because I returned 54% of the goods I ordered. I have found some of QVCs letters quite bullying + am still waiting for a reply in writing I have also written to the Office Of Fair Trading as I think they are misleading comments - return items without any problems.I look forward to their reply + will keep you informed.
I started shopping with QVC when I became a fan of Elemis.
It stocks a wide range of high-end brands and, when they are on Today's Special Value or Easy Pay, they represent unbelievable value. However, my one bone of contention is that when you order more than one item, they are packaged separately and you are charged P&P separately. Why not use one larger box and thus benefit from a lower, single grouped postage? QVC markets it's value upon economies of scale, so why don't they display the same in the manner in which they issue purchases?
To be honest, I think it would be best if P&P on purchases over a certain amount, say £50, was offered. Many of their suppliers do when you purchase direct from their websites.
I bought a android tablet from them but wasn't happy with it I rang them up seven months later and told them this they said no problem send it back next day it was collected and a little while later I got a full refund even including my postage I have been shopping with them since they started and have always had a very good service from them ok they might not be the cheapest retailers but you have the knowledge that if you are not happy with the product you will get your money back where else could someone buy a ring and after having it a few days deciding its not suitable get refunded the purchase price ?
I have been with QVC for well over 10 years now, and they just get better all the time. They have everything you need from affordable to high end, and the customer service people will bend over backwards to help you with anything. I do occasionally use another shopping channel, but am always on edge about the product arriving in one piece if at all. QVC are also really good about returns and refunds, you can actually use the product and if you don't like it you can send it back within 30 days. I would recommend anyone who hasn't yet tried them to give a go.
I've used QVC for about 12-14 years, and absolutely adore them! Love the presenters and the fun they bring, regular competitions and blogs, the brilliant Customer Service Team in Liverpool, who are really fantastic, the huge range of excellent valued products, and the fast delivery of goods. You have the added benefit of trying out anything for 30 days when you can return it if you wish, although I have to admit, this has rarely happened with me - I do most of my gift-shopping on this channel and will always do so. Totally addicted! Would give them 10 stars if I could.
Great delivery service .... product arrived before the 3-5 working days delivery time. customer service team excellent. track your order on line , an e mail to confirm order and an e mail to confirm delivery !
This company employs good staff. Their market team employs some excellent strategies. If you watch the tv shows they engender the need for products you did not know you needed. On the other hand they have some excellent presenters who combat this with the comments if you are this then you will not need this. They also air products that you do not see in the normal run of life that are most useful. Given the number of large companies and performers that now sell through them at good prices ig is always worth checking their site before buying elsewhere at the certainly give quality value and care.
Have shopped with qvc for nearly 10 years and no problems. Thing I like best is being able to return any item, even after using it , if I find it is not suitable for me. I dont mind paying extra postage for this as I dont end up with item, cosmetic, cream etc that I cant use and cant return to shop
I have shopped with QVC for over 15 years now and never ever had a problem with them. They are by far the best retailer I use. Thats includes everyone on the high street, internet and mail order. Their customer service department is second to none and their 30 money back guarantee makes for concern free shopping. Where else could you try a beauty product, use most of it and take it back 30 days later and say it didnt work and expect to get a full refund. My only slight critisism is the postage costs, but it is very minor.
I like the company, although I can't stand to watch them on TV, just browse on the web. They do have some nice offers, especially easy pay- but I think the shipping charges for every single item are ridiculous and also 5 quid per item is quite steep. I do shop elsewhere if I can.
Excellent service excellent products, never had any problems returns always promptly refunded with no quibble, postage always seems to be quick even when sent direct from suppliers e,g ordered 1st July 2010 received 6th July 2010 (3rd & 4th being a weekend) would recommend to anybody.
