Still Not Happy!!!
I have been trying to find a good clouding service for a while now, after using just cloud and zip clouding (Same Company), I have also had problems with Rack Space, poor customer service, and another thing the persons face on the website changes but keeps the same name???
So overall I cannot trust them with my data!

De svarer altid på henvendelser og løser de problemer der er
Rackspace levere lidt udover normal service. Jeg hoster et par sites hos dem, og det er ligemeget hvilke spørgsmål jeg har, så stiller de op med en løsning, som regel inden for få minutter. De gange jeg har haft problemer med at find rundt i deres system har de guidet mig hen til det rigtige sted, og flere gange har de endda udført opgaven for mig. Kan kun anbefale dem!

Super kundeservice
Really knowledgeable and service-minded experts. Great services, you pay for what you get, and at rackspace you get a little bit more than that too. Definately the best tech support I've recieved from any hosting company, and they're always ready to help. Nothing to complain about. They will even correct your errors with a smile if you are the one making the mistake.

I've been using rackspace for years and never had a problem. One of the best companies on the internet with amazing support. If you need reliable hosting with helpful staff then use this company!
