Found range cookers online when looking for a cooker. Their price for the cooker we wanted was the lowest we found. Being cautious about ordering online decided to ring firm and ask a few questions. Have spoken to a few members of staff and each were very knowledgeable, professional and gave very good customer service. I felt confident in ordering from them and have been very satisfied with the ordering and delivery process. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a range cooker.
Ordering no problem, delivery no problem but when I come to use my Grill I find I have to purchase a Grill Pan Handle. Really after I have just paid £1,500. that's a problem.
Looking through various websites for a reasonably priced range cooker for my new kitchen. I found exactly what I was looking for on "range cookers.co.uk" and was even more pleased to see an offer of a FREE matching chimney hood worth approx. £300. Very impressed with customer service and communication regarding delivery - I needed to defer delivery as my kitchen installation had been delayed and they kept it stored for me until I could install the cooker in my kitchen. Delivery guys were also very helpful. Would definitely recommend this company. Very satisfied.
Had phone calls internet information and product details form this company and found them VERY knowledgable about this product and also what I couls expect from this range.
And what with the special offers for August and ease of dealing with these people I ordered my product from them.
Bought a Belling range cooker from Range Cookers, but Belling in their wisdom wanted an extra £14 for a grill pan handle as it was not deemed a tool you would use, spoke to Range Cookers about my displeasure.......No hesitation, we agree it is very mean of Belling and will send you one F.O.C.

Was delievered on the date agreed and placed onto a mat so it did not damage my newly laid floor in the hall. Colour is well represented on the web site. Appears very sturdy.
When fitter came to put in place it was larger than indicated by 5mm. Consequence is a cupboard needs moving which has led to new worktops being ordered, so all in all a bit of a costly event.
Would certainly use this company again.
Ordered in July - despite what they said I did not get the original order confirmation.
Very quick to take the full payment - only then notified that would not get the product until at least mid september due to Italy closing for summer - how about delaying taking payment then.
Still do not have the product and no communication unless I chase about when I will recieve

We called into the showroom in Chester for a look around, as we were new to the world of range cookers an assistant gave us a tour of the various models, sizes and functions then just gave us a card and left us to browse and when we did leave he was busy on the phone to someone anyway (you get the feeling bulk of sales are on-line) and didn't bat an eye. The website is very good and we were lucky enough to be interested in a range that had a promotion running at the time, also told us they are monthly and they usually know what the next months will be the week before if you wanted to wait and see what new ofers would be coming through. We bought and it was delivered within 2 weeks via courier, all in all great service would highly reccomend.
Rangecookers provided the most competitive price for the cooker we wanted and in addition had a special offer of free cooker hood and two years warranty. They agreed a delivery date with us and rang the day before delivery to confirm. Then on the morning of delivery they rang giving a four hour slot when they were likely to deliver and then the driver rang giving a 30 minute slot. He arrived right in the middle of the 30 minutes he had indicated. The cooker and hood were unloaded carefully and there was no damage in transit. The chosen cooker works well and looks superb. Rangecookers deserve every one of the 5 stars I have given.
The staff were really friendly. Service was fantastic. The range cooker is fantastic. Initially concerned that it wouldn't fit through the door but the delivery men were brilliant. Would recommend company and range to anyone.
Shopping around the price for our Stoves Sterling DFT 1100 was very competitive.
Placing order and service was excellent-hassle free and very prompt. Range cooker arrived in perfect condition.
So far we have been very pleased with our new stove cooker but the book of instructions which came with it is, according to your customer services, the same for all models. This has meant several phone calls to customer services and a certain amount of trial and error.
If you want to be considered a leading cooker manufacturer, you need to sort out details like that.
It is early days in terms of the kind of advanced cooking my wife does, but so far we have had very good experiences with the induction hob and are exploring the qualities of the ovens.
Sale and offer couldn't of been better to be honest.
Randecookers were really helpful when we bought our cooker. We paid with a foreign card (as I'm foreign) but the delivery was going to be made in England. They sent a letter to my address abroad, and I needed to give them a code. We explained the situation to them and sorted an easier way to prove that the card was ours and deal with the purchase, and all with no hassle really. We are very happy with their service.
When ordering our new Rangemaster gas cooking range we took advantage of the special offer of a free Rangecookers own branded extractor hood to go with it. In reality it's not free as the price of the cooker was a few hundred pounds more expensive than other online retailers, however it still appeared to be a good deal.
The online ordering and delivery service was first class and faultless for both items.
The rangemaster cooker is fantastic and was commiissioned by our experienced fitter with no problems. My issue is with the quality of the so called complimentary hood. The fitting instructions were poor and extremely vague, but more importantly not all the required parts were supplied in order for it to be set up and run in re circulation mode, in particularly the charcoal filters. I find this completely unsatisfactory for Rangecookers to knowingly supply new equipment that is not fit for purpose due to being incomplete. I would not recommend anyone to buy one of Rangecookers own branded extractor hoods.
I needed a range cooker in a hurry, to make sure our family could eat a hot Xmas meal together and Rangecookers.co.uk came through for us, at a great price too. Many other supplier couldn't or wouldn't commit to being able to deliver in time, but Rangecookers.co.uk did and it was delivered to great satisfaction!
They were eager and seemed to be on the b all with delivery times and promised a before Christmas delivery. They weren't the cheapest but gave you a feeling of trust trust and good service.
But they said there wasn't a cream Rangemaster 1000 cooker hood and we had to buy an 1100 one instead. Talking to Rangemaster to arrange delivery later, found out that there is one the right size and if it wasn't so close to Christmas and I wssn't lazy, I would take up the case for a replacment.
However I would use them again.
The person who took my order was knowledgeable, very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with.
The service was very efficient, all items arrived exactly when promised and in good condition and I was kept informed at all times as to when the items would be delivered - now looking forward to kitchen being finished and cooker being connected so I can start to use it!
Had an issue where our electrician has installed a 32amp cable for the cooker and then discovered we needed 45amps to run most cookers. After speaking to various suppliers and the manufacturer we were struggling to find a range cooker that would work for us. ONLY rangecookers.co.uk had the knowledge to direct me to a product that met all our needs and their range probably has twice as many as most. Thank you for your help guys.
I have not yet received my cooker as it is being delivered direct from the manufacturer.
However I found the staff at Range Cookers very well informed about the products, which helped me to decide between the two cookers I had short listed.
Efficient and friendly service as well as having one of the best prices we found not to mention the special offers. Can't fault them and would certainly recommend them.
When you, as a business, offer to supply goods or services, and you take someone's money to do this, it is YOUR COMPANY that is responsible for supplying them. It is unacceptable and unprofessional to say things like "We are at the mercy of our suppliers". Don't take people's money if you can't deliver when you say you can. My cooker and hood were ordered 10th October, delivery of cooker 15th October (fine) HOWEVER hood delivery delayed until the 31st OCTOBER and now this has been delayed until the 05th NOVEMBER!!! They called today (30th October - only one day before it is due) to tell me that it is going to be late. Totally disorganised - I will now have to re-book the fitters (at cost as it is late notice). I have two friends who are refurbishing their kitchens at the moment as well and will be telling them to avoid Rangecookers like the plague.
As pensioners, we are not very adept at ordering on-line.

and it was dealt with immediately and efficiently.
Having selected a Mercury Range I was then told by Rangecookers the model was about to be changed. No one else gave this info and even Mercury themselves were not as clued up! Always friendly and very competitively priced, cannot recommend them more highly.
For over forty years my wife would have loved to have a range cooker. We found Rangemaster website, which was brilliant. Talked things through with a very attentive and thorough man. The delivery was on time and and delivery men were very helpful. At last we have a rangecooker from Rangemaster, it looks fantastic in our chimney breast. i didn't think my wife could possibly be an even better cook! but with this marvellous appliance she IS!
