One In A Million...
I ordered a Dremel push drill workstation from this companies eBay store which to my delight arrived a few days later, but after unpacking my item I noticed that the depth gauge had broken. I wrote to them using their eBay messenger first and then to the main customer services department email address.
Well what can I say, I was literally amazed by how helpful they were, they fully understood my problem and offered to dispatch a replacement item out which arrived the next day.
This company could not be any better if it tried, awesome guys really.

Never a problem!
I use Rapid at least once a month and have yet to have a problem with any aspect of their service.
Postage is fast and free (on orders over £30), and very well packed!

Rapid in every sense!
Ordered a pair of speakers off them a several years ago at about 5:30 in the evening & received them 8:30 the following morning! Fastest free delivery service I've ever had shopping anywhere in my life! By the way it was only free delivery if you order over X amount worth off stuff, as with many websites.
Well impressed Rapid. Superb service.

I found an unbeatable bargain that seemed too good to be true...
...but it wasn't!!!!
A brand new 16 way metal MK consumer unit for £14!!!!!! £40 everywhere else but this was the last they had in (according to their site) so I purchased it.
I was anxious until the order progress started to update online.
Very professional and I could watch it's progress right up to my front door.
These guys deserve 5 stars for saving me a fortune and being super slick :)
