A hidden gem

Very professional small family run business. Nothing was 'too much trouble' and we were very impressed with the product and service.
We found them very competitive with other suppliers and would have no doubts recommending them to others.

It's nice to find a company that actually cares about it's customers and are human. I ordered a table and chairs for my decking, and was so pleased with purchase that I went back for 2 more chairs and occasional table. My wife found the table too low for her use. David (the MD) instantly offered an alternative at no additional cost.

My brother has since brought a setting and can not thank me enough for the inroduction!

Good product, good service

I was disappointed to find that one chair had been damaged in transit. A quick phone call to Rattanfurnitureuk and an emailed photo of the damage and a new chair was on its way. I'm delighted with the furniture and am now just waiting for summer.

Aweful

Ordered product over internet, wrong product sent to my house which I phoned up to report and the lady I spoke to (who didnt really seem interested) said she would send the right one, to this day I have never had the right product and I ended up having to use the wrong patio cover (the original one you sent was for a 6 seater Rattan set I ordered for the 4 seater cube set) which doesnt fit and keeps blowing off in the wind. Would never use or recommend your company or products for this reason. Phoned back to complain no one returned my call.

I am very sorry to hear that we not only sent out the wrong table cover but worse than that did not reply to your call. We do endeavor to return every call and it was not our intention to let you down in this manor.

I have emailed Mr Taylor to ask if I can resend the correct cover so as to attempt to make things right.

Friendly & Reliable

My wife ordered a set of garden rattan furniture online and it was exactly as shown on site, it was delivered on time and when she phoned with a few questions was answered by a very helpful person.
