Heely great experience shopping with Rawk
My 8 year old son had wanted a pair of Heelys for some time and he saw exactly what he wanted on the Rawk website. Ordered them on the Sunday evening and they were delivered on the Tuesday. Tremendous service, no damages or issues - we received exactly what we ordered. One happy child! I would definitely use this web site again.

great service and skates!
I was looking for blades for my partner who needed size 13. Rawk had a better selection than anywhere else. Placed my order over the phone and got great helpful service. Next day delivery. Great blades and a very happy partner! Would definitely recommend them.

Disappointing
Heelys are fine and daughter loves them but they were a gift so was disappointed when she opened them to find that the sticker saying "Do not remove" had been removed already and the paper and bags used for packaging were ripped so these had obviously been a return from a previous customer. Also, one of the metal eyelets to thread the lace through was loose. Difficult to take them off an excited 8 year old to return though.

I'm so sorry to hear that it sounds like you've been sent a returned pair of Heelys in error. This will have been due to a mix up in the warehouse for which I sincerely apologise.
We would of course have replaced any faulty or used item, however I completely understand it must be hard to get them off an excited 8 year old.

Very good quality products, not expensive
Bought a very good, inexpensive skateboard and I was very pleased with it. However I would Like to know exactly what comes in the box.
By this I mean my friend had got stickers with his... Doesn't sound like much but if these small items are included it could convince a new user to use rawk rather than another website such as skatehut. Luckily, this is the case with most skate websites. If I had known that they give a free skate tool (something to tighten and loosen nuts) I would have bought the, exact same, skateboard from them.
I hope the last paragraph explains what I mean by 'what's in the box'. If it does not, feel free reply back.

Awesome choice of stunt scooters, excellent service. Within 48 hours my 7 year old was on the local skate park impressing his mates. Thank you
I was very impressed with the Rawk web site, it was well layed out and clearly priced. Super quick
Ordered some skates for my daughter's birthday and they came very quickly; neatly packaged and she was over the moon. Met expectations
I ordered roller skates bundle and I was travelling so I needed the kit on time. Everything arrived as expected with no errors in shipping and on the exact time. I also was kept informed as to the status of my shipment by email and text which was very helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Diligent and fabulous service
I wasn't sure about the exact product I wanted so I phoned them up and spoke to them. They're advice was impartial and patient... Even though I kept her on the line for ages as I kept on changing my mind.

Superb service

Fantastic service! Very efficient.....
I recently purchased my sons Enuff skateboard from Rawk, I live in Ringwood and Rawk is based in Poole... I rang them and asked if could come and collect as it was better for us. I spoke to a lovely young lady and she said it was in stock and I could pick up the same afternoon, which I did!!! My son was very happy not to wait for delivery.

Blazer quad clamp - great product, fast delivery
Ordered a new Blazer Quad clamp for a Slamm Rage scooter (bought from somewhere else) that has never worked properly since new. The new clamp arrived a day after ordering and it has transformed the scooter. Yippee !!!

Ordered roller boots for an 11th birthday present, delivered within 24 hours! And I only paid standard postage price.
My daughter loves them, and so do I!!! Infact I want a pair for my birthday, but then I remember its not 1984 anymore!

High level of customer service ,perfect products with extremley fast dispatch.
I called at 4.30pm on a thursay afternoon for a birthday present for my daughter the next day. Tom was extemley helpful making me aware of all the new heeley range, sizes and availability. He confirmed that these would be here the next morning for her birthday.
The heeley's were delivered friday morning for her birthday !!! Perfect!!! However I had order wrong size . I called the next working day to arrange exchange sent them back. By the next working day my daughter was in the garden on her new heeleys. Extremley good communication via text and email . Letting me know that the that the order had been dispatched and the other shoes had been recieved. Highly recommended !!

We ordered by phone and spoke to a really nice person who was really friendly, she had great knowledge of the product and helped me out as I was ordering for my son, who had left written instructions of what he wanted and I really didn't know what I was talking about-thank goodness she did!!

very impressed with service and product
I bought some Heelys for my daughter's 11th birthday. I couldn't believe how quickly they were dispatched. The delivery company was the most efficient I have ever dealt with and when they arrived they were perfect. She absolutely loves them. Rawk appeared to be the only website on the net that had the blue ones in a size 3. I am so glad that I found it. Will recommend highly and definitely use again.

Great service
The service was fantastic , although I had to return the item as they were too small , very disappointed that it cost over £11 to return , u hope the new ones fit as otherwise it's really not worth my while paying out to return again !!!
