Rawk - awesome company to use :)
Both my children have stunt scooters,my son got his last year and my daughters this year,and both have come from Rawk.. The customer service has been above excellent on both accounts, very friendly and willing to help as much as possible. Rawk always have the best prices about which is handy when you need to replace worn out wheels,deck tape etc as your children have practically lived on their scooters since being purchased ! would highly recommend to anyone.

fantastic service.
Really impressed with RAWK. Ordered heelys for my daughter on the saturday, arrived on the tuesday. Even got a text to let me know when the delivery would be.

Rawk was Amazing
I ordered some Skates for 2-3 days delivery at about 8pm, they emailed me the next morning saying they could deliver it that day, i couldn't tho because i wasn't in. the skates are brilliant and cheap, Very happy and have told my friends if they want any skates than they should come to www.RAWK.com.

Fabulous service with great price and super quick delivery.
I was unsure if a scooter would be suitable for my children, so I rank Rawk & was given excellent help & advice. The price was one of the best online, so I placed my order and within an hour I'd recieved an email confirming my 2hr delivery slot for the next morning! (with the option to change if needed)
The item was perfect and a friend was so impressed that she asked me to order one for her son as well, I placed the order at nearly 5pm, and despite serious snow across the country, it was delivered at 8.30am the next morning!
If only all online companies ran like this!!

7 Year old daughter goes flying!
I got these Roller Skates for my 7 year old - good points are that they will grow with her as she grows. OK from shoe size 2 to 4 and as she's just got into a 2 they will last her a good year or so.
Bad points are she hardly takes them off! If she could go to school in them, sleep in them or go swimming in them she would.
With reference to Rawk. Skates arrived ahead of schedule and were well packed. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family .

NOT IMPRESSED
I am a size 10, When I called Rawk to place an order they advised me to purchase a size 10 skate. So I did and they were too small. Little did I know that when purchasing skates it's best to go up a size.
So in reality the size I actually needed was a size 11.
I phoned them again, I did explain that It was their misinformed error but Unfortunately they did not refund me and told me to sell them on eBay. I had to and I lost £40 because of their poor consumer advice.
After shopping around I found the same skates a lot cheaper from other sellers on eBay, overall I was very disappointed.

At Rawk we offer a no time limit refund or exchange policy on all items, we only stipulate that goods are unused and in the original packaging.
As these skates had been used, we were unable to offer a refund. A suggestion was then made that ebay is a good place to sell second hand skates. However, had your skates been unused then a full refund would have been given by us without hesitation.

Geat customer service
I recently purchased a childs scooter helmet which ended up being to large. RAWK provided clear and easy to follow instrcutions on their website in regards to their return policy. I returned the helmet, I then received notification of the return and that a smaller size would be sent out, the replacement arrived the next day. While this all seems like a standard service I was impressed by the level of communication and speed of the replacement

Great products, Great price, Quick Delivery & Great Customer Service.
I bought a pair of skates for my son, showed them to him the next day but he wasn't keen and chose a different pair. I called customer service and they cancelled the original order and sent out the second pair in their place, with no problems or aggravation in any way (which is unusual these days). Boots came within 2 days and the driver even called in advance to make sure I was in.
Skates are great quality and the price was the best I could find on the net or in shops.
Only good things to say about RAWK, it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Best price and best service
I ordered some skates which were the best price online and they arrived really quickly. However there was a slight problem with the skates (caused by the manufacturer which Rawk would have been unaware of until the skates were used). I contacted Rawk who were so helpful and quickly arranged for a replacement pair.
Fantastic service, great price and I'll definitely shop from again.

I sent for some heely's for my daughter-in-law for Xmas-arrived on time..good price and well packaged. Oh dear! I got the wrong size. I sent them back for exchange-no problem whatsoever-I even sent them to her address instead of mine-again no problem.

Great company to shop with.
Bought my daughter some disco roller boots last May, they were great. She literally wore them out. Just bought some more before xmas, another pair for my daughter and some for my son. I had to return my sons as they were size too big. Posted off and received new ones within a few days.... upgraded version too as others were discontinued! Very promt service.

the toy bmx my son purchased fell to bits within weeks much to his dissapointment the other one s still ok
