delivery good,but a part missing which was sent after my phonecall.
I ordered a second drill and was informed that the drill was discontinued but another one would be available at the end of feb and they would send out to me.This did not happen so i contracted them and they said they would ring back with information,but as previously happened they failed again.I feel the staff employed at Ray Grahams are very poor when customers are promised some action to rectify specific problems and will cost the business future return business.

After reading your review we would like to ask if you could be more specific about the product(s) you ordered and when it was received. After consulting our staff no one is aware of a drill being out of stock and/or missing parts. Can you please provide more information so that we can consult the member of staff and ensure this does not happen again.
