First time I've used this company and I was looking for a genuine Futaba NiMh battery pack so ordered a product that was in stock with the store. However its took them a week (7 full days) just to post it - so in total including the post 8 to 9 days from a UK supplier who does mail order.
I did contact them on the 6th day to ask where it was upto as their online system stated simply "Processing" I was told that they were behind so would be an additional day before it was posted.
To sum it up - so long as it's what I've ordered I'll be happy with the product when it arrives and their system is easy to use. The guy I spoke to on the phone was polite - but the delivery took way too long. Hopefully it's a seasonal blip with them!?

Hi, Thank you for your review, We are sorry for the delay in you receiving your order, as a side note your order was placed at 9pm, also we do not process orders on weekends (causing more delays to order list) your order was dispatched last thing yesterday although we updated the order today, yes we are currently seeing a 900% increase in sales and visitors due to Christmas and breakages to prezzies, all said and done your order was longer than we would like also. Please note that low stock/good stock items are in transit or with the supplier stock, the Newbury stock is shown if there is stock in the shop and is usually followed by a number that is in stock these items can be shipped quicker again depending on work loads.
