A helpful and quick service both online and by telephone.
Easy to navigate website and helpful on the telephone. Once ordered, a quick dispatch service. Would have liked a bit more information online and a leaflet on how to maintain equipment and whether a repairs service is available from RDK or alternative repairs agency locally.

Good product but the fasterners are extremely hard to fasten
Although the product is good it was extremely hard to fasten the press studs onto the frame and anyone with a disablility in their hands would be unable to do this. I had to get a stronger person to do this for me.

brilliant
we have been looking for a long handled bath/shower brush for ages , after trawling around shops, chemists and fancy goods shops for ages i decided to try the internet and was by chance i found R D K mobility Bingo straight away just what we wanted, my wife and i both have joint problems and severe arthritus but know able to reach parts we could not before, Thank you R D K.

Sitting Comfortably
I ordered this pressure releiving cushion after I was discharged from hospital following a knee problem which is restricting my mobility. The cushion arrived as described and is amazing. It really does releive the pressure from sitting more than I normally do. The ordering process was easy on line and was delivered ahead of schedule. I think this is a good company and I would have no hesitation in ordering again. Price was also good.

First class service.
My 87 year old Mother relies on foam cervical collars as she is riddled with chronic osteoarthritis and, with free delivery, RDK is the best company from which to buy them. I thoroughly recommend them to everyone. Thank you RDK, from my Mother and myself.

Top Class Button Pull
Bought a button pull from RDKmobility - best design I have bought as the eye is easy to push through the button slit unlike others where more effort is required to pull the button through. Light yet robust. RDK price was great and received the product in quick time - would recommend both the product and RDK

DON'T BE ALARMED BY THE SIZE
We purchased a pack of Ring Zipper Pulls. The product itself totally met expectations EXCEPT product described as being "Diameter 220mm and Length 480mm", which in old money is over 8" diameter and nearly 19" long. Thankfully they are a lot SMALLER being only 22mm (7/8") in diameter and 48mm (1 7/8") long, so it looks loke somebody isnot very good at imperial metric conversions!!.

Certainly knocked the socks off!
Really pleased with the rapid delivery of goods to my mum. Product (odema socks) were as described in catalogue. Mama very satisfied and I bought a second pair (in a a colour she preferred) and service just as good second time around. Will for sure use again.

Amazingly quick delivery and excellent product.
I was just on the website looking to see when I could expect delivery of my holdall when my doorbell rang and the delivery van was there with my parcel !! I was so pleased as it was in the morning and I had only ordered the holdall in the evening 2 days before. It must have been about 36 hours from order to delivery. You can't get better service than that.

Response to order very quick
The mugs were great for cold drinks but unfortunately too hot too hold when drinking tea or coffee. Perhaps u have handles - did not investigate same at time of ordering. Service however was excellent.

Very slick service from website to delivery. Website was easy to navigate and decide on a purchase. The product was prepared within about 3 days which is excellent. Delivery took just a few days more. Website to delivery took about 8 days which is first class.

Excellent service!
I ordered a bandage cover for my dad so that he could have a shower whilst his leg and foot was in plaster. It was the week before christmas and I wanted it as soon as possible. I phoned RDK after placing the order online, to ask how long it would take. A very helpful member of staff got back to me after making enquiries, and informed me of postal charges. I opted for standard delivery and still recieved it the saturday before christmas. It was reassuring to have somebody on the end of the phone and I was really pleased with the product too.

With R.D.K. Everything will be okay, maybe eventually,
Always get most of what I need. although quite hard to get small parts.
I have been trying to get spare front wheels for R.D.K. sportie for the last 6 months. still trying. my front wheels are more chipped bits than wheel. got different phone no to try and it is always engaged or switched off. getting really annoyed, shortly I will be grounded because of front wheels.

A great chair
The chair was very well made and the two pieces fitted together very easily.
The instructions enabled me to get it operational in just a few minutes.
My mother (for whom I had bought it) gave it a 'Test Drive' and thought it was great.
Would recommend this chair to anybody.

company good, the item we bought less so.
We bought an extended device to open and close windows that could not be reached. Very useful if someone else presses the window lock first, otherwise no use. Need a product that has a spur to press down the window lock as all modern windows have them.

Good Selection, Bad Packaging
Was very impressed with the selection the website had to offer and the fact free delivery was offered. The products were cheaper than others offered online. The products came quickly. However the packaging was squashed, I'm not sure if this was due to the compact way they were wrapped up for delivery or whether the packaging was bag already! I wouldn't usually mind as it normally get thrown away but I was buying products as a gift.
Overall good service and good value for money. Would use again regardless!!

Very satisfied with both the product and your service
Mum has been confined to bed for several months and has not been able to visit her hairdresser. Using this inflatable bowl has meant that she can now have a weekly shampoo and set from a visiting hairdresser which she enjoys and looks forward to her weekly treat.

I'm really pleased with my experience of RDK Mobility. I wasn't sure which of two items to buy so I sent an email enquiring about them. I received one back promptly, suggesting that I call. Some time later, I did and spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with Andy who really spent time to get to know what my needs were and think about how their products could help. There was no 'hard sell' and it wasn't a case of just being advised to buy the most expensive of the two! It's wonderful to see that there are still some companies out there who appreciate and value good old fashioned 'customer care'. When I then received my order I was very happy with the product quality too. I would highly recommend RDK to anyone.
