This bag is a really useful item to help get past that not able to carry when using a walking frame. It's so handy to carry a book, pop your toiletries in before going for a shower, your magazines, well so many things can be dropped in here & carried to another room. I would highly recommend this to anybody who needs to use a walking frame
Item arrived almost 3 weeks after ordering - NOT good with a disability aid.!!
RDK said they had been let down by their supplier and eventually found the item and then despatched it 1st class post.which saved them from a worse rating
I bought this bath aid to help my elderly independant father. (83) He had previously got stuck in the bath and was too scared to get back in. Your aid has given his independence back. Thank you
The website was easy to use and order BUT that is when things went wrong. Received the email to say order complete. After a week it had not arrived. I rang and was told that the item I had ordered was out of stock. The lady apologised and said someone should have rung or emailed me to inform me. Another week pasted still no order and NO COMMUNICATION from the company. I rang again and was informed they were out of stock still. My order place on 1st October. I last rang on 16th October. It is now 28th October and I still do not have my order and the company has NOT BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME to update me on the situation. I will not be recommend this company to anyone.
the rollaton you offered in lieu of the one ordered was delivered promptly, unfortunatelyit was not suitable and it was agreed we would return it for credit on Friday11 October.. arrangements were made for it to collected on either tuesday 15th or Thursday 17th,then we had a phonecall in Friday 18th to say they were E ma\iling a label to to enable the carriers to collect it on Monday 21st. Monday came and went with no collection , after phoning rollaton collection was arranged for Thursday 24th but again no collection, after further phone calls rollaton they changed carriers and arranged for a Saturday collection.saturday has passed but still no collection, not a a very good service ,can you help to sort this out ???
I have recently purchased a sports wheelchair for my daughter. Your service was exceptional, The details received were very helpful and the ordering was easy for me to understand. I would like to thank you for the returning an email to me quickly when I asked when the delivery date would be and for you arranging it to be delivered it to me at work as an alternative address. The chair has enabled my daughter to be more independent and to enjoy her life more, and informs me it has been greatly admired by the young children it the disabled sports group she is helping out at.

Firstly, the rdkmobility.co.uk website was easy to navigate around as it was extremely well designed. Pictures of items were of good quality and I located the items I wanted with ease. I also bought items that I hadn't thought of buying because I didn't know such items existed to make life that bit easier, but because of the wide choice of goods given I did buy and I'm glad that I did. Placing my order was a very simple process. Once placed, I didn't have long to wait for my items to be delivered. The goods were well packaged and discreetly done. Once opening the package, I found my items to be of good quality and the itemised invoice was helpful in checking of what I had ordered. It also contained all the pertinent information required should the need arise to contact/re-order/return to RDK Mobility. All in all, very happy with their service and therefore, highly recommend.
Efficient service with regular updates on order / delivery service via email. Especially useful as the wheelchair was being delivered to a Care Home for my Dad, a long distance from where I live.
I've jusr purchased a 4" memory foam cushion for my wheelchair from RDK, the whole process was very simple with delivery in 3/4 days. I just wish I had found this sight sooner and their ex vat prices are excellent. I recommend you seek it out.
This bath has been the best purchase I have made since being widowed. I have only used a shower for the last 15 years and always longed to have a bath. One day out of the blue I decided to have a look at walk in baths. It was a way of staying independent in my own home. I was worried how long it would take to fill and empty, but this has been no problem at all. I JUST LOVE MY BATH. My sister also loves to come and stay with me now.
I purchased the wheelchair cushion for my mother, it came very quickly and the ordering was easy. The description of the item was exactly what we received and she is very happy with it and it was a good purchase.
The item was recommended to me by a friend, but she had purchased it through another website. RDK Mobility's price was around 20% lower, including postage and packaging. RDK's website was easy to use, the order simple to place. I received emails to confirm the order, another that the order was being processed, and a third telling me the item had been dispatched. The item arrived in perfect condition and functions exactly as advertised. Couldn't ask for better.
I ordered just two small items, and they arrived quickly. One item was the wrong size - no fault of RDK Mobility as it was labeled correctly on the packaging. One phone call to them & they sent out a replacement immediately. Will buy from them again.
Great service from RDK as always. Bought dry wipes as my NHS supply runs out too quickly. Also bought two cups with lids on which had valves in. Had some trouble with the lids fitting properly, meaning I spill my drink. Great cups when they work though. Will definitely buy from RDK again.
My wife fell whilst on holiday fracturing her hip. After extensive surgery she was left severely incapacitated, and needed various items to overcome her disability. We noticed the firm RDK on line and decided to order the items from them. We anticipated at least a weeks wait for the items, but were pleasantly surprised when said items arrived by post within a couple of days . So well done RDK! WE know where to buy any other items to facilitate our mobility in the future.
I brought a case to fit back of wheel chair and the site was very easy, the purchase was received quickly and I couldnt be more delighted. Thank you RDK Mobility. Oh and the case does exactly what it is supposed to do and is strong and sturdy.

I bought an exercise ball to do my physio after breaking the scaphoid bone in my wrist. It was exactly what I needed and arrived very promptly. The deciding factor for me for choosing RDK was that the postage was free and therefore worked out cheaper than rival firms with the same product.
I bought a 4 wheeled rollator to help me with my poor balance when walking. I chose the equipment from the description and 'photo on the web site on a Monday, so I was a bit apprehensive as to what it would be like. I 'phoned Customer Services on the Wednesday and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who told me I could expect delivery the next day. The goods did arrive on the Thursday and I was delighted with the quality.
I certainly intend to use RDK again
I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife and when they had not been delivered a week later I phoned to enquire why not. A very polite man could not give me an answer but promised to ring back. By next day when I had not had a reply I phoned again and the same man said that he had not been able to get the information and gave me phone number for Lesley in head office. It was then I learned that the shoes were discontinued. We agreed to amend the order with a refund as the alternative was cheaper. I was therefore very surprised when early next morning the replacement shoes were delivered. So it was thanks to Lesley for expediting the prompt delivery.
My wife is very satisfied with the shoes.
Original order delivered in about 2 days. Unfortunately faulty - telescopic ramps didn't telescope properly. RDK arranged for them to be picked up on a Tuesday and replacement set arrived on the Saturday, Can't fault the excellent professional customer service.
Staff very helpful but have yet to recieve the products we ordered and it has been three weeks. Staff says thier supplier sent them the wrong product and so they could not ship my order yet. Credit card has however been charged. Hope I do not have issues and have to fight for a refund. Cant evaluate product because I do not have it. Lots of issues with on line ordering system as it was not set up for international orders. Really hope this product meets expectations because it has been a frustrating process thus far. Really need item or would have given up by now.

Easy to navigate website and helpful on the telephone. Once ordered, a quick dispatch service. Would have liked a bit more information online and a leaflet on how to maintain equipment and whether a repairs service is available from RDK or alternative repairs agency locally.
Although the product is good it was extremely hard to fasten the press studs onto the frame and anyone with a disablility in their hands would be unable to do this. I had to get a stronger person to do this for me.
