I was only after a low cost item which was initially out of stock, but an enquiry was very helpfully returned by phone. For the item I bought, the price was good, they offered vat free, and fast free delivery.
These days you have to be careful what web sites you buy from.

I can honestly say that I can highly reccomend RDK Mobility as great service, quick delivery, great communication, reasonably priced.

Even though the items were low value the service was ansolutely first class,
Tracking and advising of parcel status tip top along with great prices.

Website was useful but speaking to a member of staff by phone was great. He listened to my problem and helped me find a solution, then speedily sent the goods, which lived up to expectations.
This is the second time I have purchased goods from RDK Mobility. Their service is always reliable, goods arrive quickly, safely and are of very good quality and construction and at reasonable prices.
I purchase the goods for my mother in law who is house bound and they have made such a tremendous difference to her ability to stay in her own home as opposed to going into an old people's home.
Could not recommend them highly enough.
I recently brought some new batteries for my powerchair and I have always struggled with knowing how long to keep the charger on after the batteries had reach full charge- My powerchair charges in the hall and doors are kept shut. The new batteries recommended the Numax charger (as it can be kept plugged into the chair trickle charging without ruining the battery) and after a quick look on line I found RDK Mobility had the item I wanted at a very good price. The best thing for me is the VAT exemption is done at checkout, before money is paid meaning you don't have to mess about chasing refunds!!! It also arrived in under two days which was fantastic meaning my new batteries could be fitted to the chair, charged and ready to go. I am now one happy pilot and my chair is back to covering the sort of range it should. RDK is now in my favourites tab and the next time I need anything related to my personal mobility I will look here first! Thankyou RDK Mobility ;-)
I have recently ordered a shower stool and folding walking sticks as a result of accident (fractured thigh bone).
I wanted the items quickly, and so rang up to see if they were in stock. they were and arrived very speedily.
Very well designed products, and...............Excellent service.
When I sent an email to chase the order, I received a message showing that the order was showing as 'failed' on their 'system'. They hadn't bothered to contact me using the email address given, or bothered to reconcile with their PayPal account. Why?
It wasn't until I chased that they realised the payment had been received, and sent the item I'd paid for. Checking and reconciliation should be part of any 'system', computer-based or not.
I did however receive an apology, and the item was then sent first class.
I didn't give permission for my email address to be used for any other purpose (including TrustPilot!).
This website gave a choice of items, of different price and colour. I ordered the Rollator one day and it was here the next - much to my surprise as I expected a 5/7 day delivery period as is normal on most sites!! It was exactly as described and Auntie is thrilled with it. It has given her back a much needed boost of confidence!
The back rest has proved a real winner. It has made reading in bed a real pleasure again and I find myself just sneaking off just to put my feet up at the slightest opportunity! Thank you for the prompt delivery.
Got a triwalker (at a reduced price of about £50) after looking for a 3-wheeler I could take camping.
Latest models about £720; so a no-brainer!
Very easy to 'assemble', lovely colour, easy to use to walk to shops, even useable on rugged terrain of isolated camp site with no 'mod cons'.
Only when mud ankle deep due to torrential rain was it unusable!
'Handle arms' do need regular adjustment to keep them immobile, but perhaps they are supposed to be like for cornering! Not really tried them out for that yet.
A real bargain, which I ordered on a Sat and received on Tuesday am. RDK are new to me but now I understand all the good reviews they get.

The ordering and delivery of wheelchair was great. But all went down hill after that. We bought my mum this chair to save hiring one every time we went out. Chair very comfy and easy to manouver. But the BRAKE CABLE KEEP ON SNAPPING. I have reported this as it was within the 3 months insurance, they are supposed to be sending out new cables, that was two weeks ago, as yet NONE have arrived, very bad customer care. If you are reading this please someone sort this.
As new customer, recently ordered side bags for wheel chair, happry with price, quality of items. Was dispatched quickly and arrived on time, with e-mail confirmations on order status. Well recommemnded will use again for items that are needed.
Bought this cover for my motability scooter,it fits the scooter well and covers all the controls,for when it is raining.it is a universal fit (I bought medium for my pride colt)so will fit some scooters better than others.it is of good quality and was delivered quickly.
A well made item but not as easy to fit as advertised. No real instructions with it. Have tried several times but have given up. Will have to wait until visitors come in January to see if they can do it for me.
I organised to send my uncle who lives in the UK a rollator walking frame, from all the way from Perth, Western Australia, from the online portal with great ease. He received it very quickly, and has regained the mobility he lost because of a fall. I can definitely recommend this service.
These Slippers were bought for my mother-in-law, who needed good support for trying to walk again after a stroke, she was thrilled with them and THEY FITTED, she has not managed for years, to get anything to fit her swollen feet...SO THANK YOU SO MUCH RDK....I will be back!

Brought Begining of feb. After the second outing with the wheelchair the bracket buckled.
After dragging their heels, -not recieving emails, unable to open pictures sent I was asked to return the chair at m y own expense. I did this and they looked at the chair for faults. I recieved email back after prompting for information, Bracket has been straighted i can have chair back but it will buckle agian as the joint is now weakerned. or for further cost they can repair it properly. Who wants a brand new chair that needs fixing after max 2 hours of use and then will break agian??. I asked for a refund. Now its July and Still have no refund and now they ignore emails and refuse to accept letters sent. I'm in process of getting support from cab so i can take them to court.
They were slow to deliver the goods ordered. When the parcel finally arrived my daughter took delivery and signed for it. For ease of transportation, we did not open the box until arriving at my mother's house a week later. Upon opening the box we then discovered one of the three items we had ordered was missing. I called RDK about this several times on the freephone number they supplied but I never got through despite holding for as long as 20 minutes on one occasion. I then resorted to writing an email. To date I have not had the courtesy of an ackowledgement, let alone a reply, but they've taken my money alright. Grrrr!
