Happy feet
thank you for the prompt despatch of the elastic shoe laces. My shoes have never felt so comfortable and easy to put on.

Would Give 0, Wheelchair broke 2nd use. Returned. No refund, no chair
Brought Begining of feb. After the second outing with the wheelchair the bracket buckled.
After dragging their heels, -not recieving emails, unable to open pictures sent I was asked to return the chair at m y own expense. I did this and they looked at the chair for faults. I recieved email back after prompting for information, Bracket has been straighted i can have chair back but it will buckle agian as the joint is now weakerned. or for further cost they can repair it properly. Who wants a brand new chair that needs fixing after max 2 hours of use and then will break agian??. I asked for a refund. Now its July and Still have no refund and now they ignore emails and refuse to accept letters sent. I'm in process of getting support from cab so i can take them to court.

Slow delivery, order not complete, no response as to the whereabouts of the missing item
They were slow to deliver the goods ordered. When the parcel finally arrived my daughter took delivery and signed for it. For ease of transportation, we did not open the box until arriving at my mother's house a week later. Upon opening the box we then discovered one of the three items we had ordered was missing. I called RDK about this several times on the freephone number they supplied but I never got through despite holding for as long as 20 minutes on one occasion. I then resorted to writing an email. To date I have not had the courtesy of an ackowledgement, let alone a reply, but they've taken my money alright. Grrrr!

quality products at a good price
They stick to what they're good at and don't try to stock all aids s. This means RDK spend their time sorting the wheat from the chaff and only offer the best quality durable product lines. I don't have to wonder if the goods will be flimsy or not up to the job. Great reliable supplier

Wheelchair came within two days of submitting order. I was very impressed with the structure of the wheelchair. Easy to use and easy to get in the boot of the car plus it looks good too!

A vital aid for bathtime!
Since I came out of hospital a year ago, I have found it impossible to get out of the bath as I could not get any leverage. All the bath seats I have seen have been too high so in effect I am just soaking my feet. Your seat is just the right height so I can get a soak and also get out of the bath with ease. Thank you so much - I am thrilled!

got me moving again
i had a bad fall, which meant i became immobile. i ordered the wheelchair so i could have a little independence, not relying on others. the wheelchair was delivered within a couple of days. no assembling was required. and away i went. top service. good value for money.

Comfort at last!
RDK supplied me with a Putnams Stadium Seat, so now I can endure long flights without the pain from aircraft seats. Being inflatable it is compact and of no real weight so goes in my hand luggage - ideal.

ummm, bad experiance
ordered a Radar key. it came but had been badly cut and did not work, I called up and was told just send it back. i ask if i need to put the order number in with it. and got the reply of you could do.
So i sent it off. waited and waited. tried contacting twice no reply. 3 time i was told they had not received it.
that was in October 2011. without key still may 2012. I wished I had recorded delivered it now.

We do apologise that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion, unfortunately we did not receive the radar key back to ourselves, we always refund or exchange products to customers IMMEDIATELY we get the returned product back but on this occasion we did not get the radar key back so could not offer refund or an exchange.

Disappointed! But sorted.
The scooter raincover was just what I wanted. I enquired on what size to buy and was told by on of your staff that the large would be more than adequate. Sadly it did not fit. As it was not my mistake I was cross to find that not only did I have to pay to return it I would also be charged full postage on you posting it out to me. I am pleased to say though that this was later changed and I will not be charge for either. If this is so then I will still keep you in mind for any other orders I may require.

Speedy delivery, great service and good products.
I purchased a bottle opener, zip openers, untensil strap and writing grips.
All the products were great and matched the product description. They also helped with my lack of grip in my hands making life much easier.
The bottle opener has been the most usefull however I am unable to open bigger bottle tops with it.
All in all the products were great and were delivered very quickly. I made the order on Friday and recieved it by Monday.
I would definately recommend RDK to other people.

Very disappointing service
I ordered a shower seat for my parents on 3rd April and had an email to say my order had been completed. Then no further messages at all, and no shower seat appeared. We waited and waited, trying to stay in to wait for the postman as much as possible, but after two and a half weeks we phoned to see where the shower seat had got to. We were told it would be posted out after the weekend, and it did at last appear today, three weeks after it was ordered. A very slow service where we were not kept informed of progress at all, and in fact I feel if we hadn't contacted you we would still be waiting for the shower seat.

Great item, well packed and fast delivery
