I found this website and saw they sold My little pony t-shirts, with prints of the different characters. I was excited and ordered 2 t-shirts and waited for them in good faith.
I was sure that this would become awesome, but I ending up dissapointed on so many levels.
First of all...
They smelled like a combination of vinegar, glue and plastic. I'm serious.
The prints were in bad shape, and much lower quality that showed on the pictures.
This is the last time i'm buying anything from Redbubble.com

I bought a t-shirt, the sticker wasn't so good and it smelled a lot of plastic and glue.
maybe it was better if they wash it.. It was a present and i had to do it!
(i think it's only a problem of sticker t-shirt).
About the service, it was really good, the pack arrived as they said (from America to Italy).
Over a month for the items to arrive, then had to pay £11.30 Customs charge. This is a known problem to them if you read the reviews on here and on their support forum. They are deliberately avoiding paying UK Tax, which results in a very slow delivery service and the fact you have to go to the post office to pay the charges. On their website it says this, "As customs rules in various countries can frequently change, this can cause delays, and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country. While we take all reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, Redbubble is not liable for any additional customs import taxes or duties."
Feel tricked into paying 25% more then I agreed. Never will shop here again for the lack of transparency dispite the fact that I like the tees and would have paid this price if it was the marked price. But tricking people is not how a respectable company makes money.
I ordered a Breaking Bad t-shirt in a women's cut. I got the package today and the t-shirt is completely square cut, not the cut that I chose and that was shown to me on the website. The print itself is really bad, it looks like it's been washed a couple of times and is already faded. All in all I'm pretty disappointed. The cut makes it look like a men's t-shirt when I specifically chose one for women and the print is pretty lazy.
I ordered a shirt for my grandson and it's a 'baseball' style and you can see thru it. I can't give this poor quality shirt as a gift. Bad job.
I ordered 8 t-shirts, from RedBubble and i cant say i was dissapointed, the shipping time was as they promised 10-15 days, (i would say thats acceptable considering im from scandinavia)
The shirts themselves is made from a nice fabric, and the prints are very nicely made.
Very good site, and nicely manageable.
All in all, 5/5 Stars!

Wonderful site I would recommend it to everyone!! The designs were fantastic and I ordered 5 tees and 1 hoodie. They arrived a day before they were meant to and all the designs were beautiful. The hoodie is a light weight hoodie but is still incredibly comfortable. I had a problem with one of the tees as it was a slightly different colour, I filed for a return and within a day they offered me a full refund or store credit and they also let me keep the top!!! Absolutely wonderful site
Speaking to HM Customs (0845-010-9000) it transpires that they are aware that the re-routed packages through Germany still originate from USA (as per their web page) and so therefore incur an import tax (a it's not paid in Germany). They ASSUME any single t-shirt is worth £16.50 (slightly over the duty free amount regardless of the 1p on the postage declaration) and charge £3.30 VAT. However there is a minimum PO handling fee of £8 which brings the total charges up to £11.30 in import taxes etc. This is 1/2 the price of the ONE t-shirt purchased! I can't do anything about it so be warned! Also it took 20 days to arrive! Will not be shopping there again unless I have to. Don't get caught out too......
WOW! I am a first time customer, and HUGELY impressed. I ordered a T-shirt for my son, and tracking said it was delivered, but it didn't arrive. I did a Live Chat with Red Bubble, and even though I wasn't a long-time customer, and even though I had a small order, and even though I could have been lying, they kindly offered to send a replacement. When it turned out that the original order had been delivered to the wrong house a few blocks over, I called and told Red Bubble, and they said just keep both. This is a CLASSY and GREAT company. I will definitely be a repeat customer! (PS My son LOVES the shirt--both the fabric and the printing is top quality and it has lasted perfectly through quite a few washes!
Poor service, still haven't got the T shirts ordered for my daughter's birthday. They claimed to have dispatched goods on 29/6 when it is clear from the tracking that they dispatched on 5/7from the US. No doubt I will get conned into paying VAT at some point as I hadn't realised that they were coming from the US.
As per the tracking, it has spent the last 5 days bouncing around NJ USA. Knowing this company, it is probably waiting for a boat!
Would never, ever use them again.

6 tee's ordered... not one arrived. Difficult to establish any contact & when eventually find how there is no response. Tracking solution is pathetic and infers more visibility than actually available (unless premium service used). Would not recommend & will now be seeking a refund from Amex for my payment. One could even suggest this is online theft... take payment and dont deliver. Purchase at your own risk...
This site has NO costumer service available at all. :( It's so frustrating. You can't call them, when you e-mail them, you get automatic answer with useless and unrelated suggestions :( I dot defective shirt, with part of the paint missing from the print. I am trying to contact this company for 4 days already with no results, just automated responses with promises, that someone would answer:(

i ordered a shirt and it came quickly, was great quality, the image looked perfect... only thing was i underestimated what XL meant. so, i put in a request for an exchange for a large instead. not only did they promptly send me another great shirt, i didnt have to return the XL!
I ordered an iphone case and it looks nothing like the picture on the website! It is just awful. On the website, it has a vintage American flag, in red and blue while it doesn't have any color in real! it's just a very ugly brownish color! No blue and No red as we can see on the picture! It took me a month to get it after they shipped it to the UK and had to pay almost the same price I bought it for customs and now I lost all my money and have to return it again to the US. Thanks for lying on your website!
I ordered 6 Tshirts for Xmas and they came really quick, especially for that time of year! The tshirts they were printed on were of really good quality and the designs printed on them were amazing. I really loved the presents and the tshirt I ordered for myself and they all fit perfectly, a problem I commonly find with online shopping. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Add my experience to another "lost in the mail." After 14 days since shipping out, I looked at the tracking info and it had stalled at the main post office in San Antonio 13 days earlier. There was no update after that and I didn't get the package. Contacted Redbubble via their Chat feature and was told to go check at the post office. What is this, 1950? My neighborhood has plenty of shared mail boxes for parcel deliveries so I doubt they couldn't fit two stickers in one of them, if not my personal mailbox, and I didn't get any notice for pickup. But they wanted me to go stand in line and ask anyway. Then the Redbubble rep told me to give it another 5 days. Look, the last tracking update occured 30 miles from my house 14 days ago. I don't think 5 more days (for a total of 19 days) is going to make a difference. But in the Redbubble universe, I guess this is how things work. Seems like a lot of items get lost for some reason, but since they couldn't just resend my $5.00 order on the spot, I don't think they're too worried about customer retention, so I'm done with that site.
They just ignore problems like people not receiving their orders. Can't believe the "positive" reviews here this is more in line with my experience
I stumbled upon Redbubble while looking for a onesie for my niece. I found the perfect one here and I ordered it. After calling my sister, I found out my niece was bigger than I assumed and the size of the onesie would be too small. I promptly ordered the onesie again in a bigger size, as I wanted it to get here before Christmas.
That was about a month ago and I contacted Redbubble today, on 01/10/13, to let them know that I ordered the wrong size originally, but I wanted to return it for store credit because there was something else I really wanted to buy. Not only did they give me full credit for the item; they let me keep the shirt! That is amazing customer service right there and I would recommend this company to everyone. The onesie looked even more perfect in person and I look forward to doing business with them again.

I just ordered a print of one of my favorite artists (Leonid Afrimov) which is really hard to find. It came 2 days later--I was amazed. Everything went smoothly! I will warn purchasers in the U.S. though--check the sizes you order, because they're a little bit off from normal frame sizes and I just dropped a pretty penny (more than the print) on getting mine custom framed at Michael's..probably would have been cheaper to order it framed from here. Lesson learned. But otherwise it's gorgeous and I'm thankful I could find some photographic prints of his work here at a reasonable price.
I've been using RedBubble since they first started and always loved it. It's got a fantastic range of t-shirts, framed prints, stickers etc. and although I've only used the t-shirts and greetings cards I can confidently say that if the quality in their other products is just as good, they'll be amazing as well.
Unlike some other sites that have artists uploading their work (such as Zazzle), this still feels friendly and personal and possibly because it's Australian and not American, it's got a completely different feel than some of the other sites that essentially do the same thing. Their t-shirts are amazing. I've only ever had trouble with them twice. The first was years and years ago when I'd ordered some tees for Christmas and they got delayed but even before I noticed they were delayed, I'd got a full refund for everything I paid even though they were still going to ship it all and I think it actually arrived just before Christmas after all. GREAT costumer service! The second time I had trouble was about a week ago when I received a t-shirt with a blurry print on it. They replied to my email straight away and have already sent out a new one, hopefully non-blurry, free of charge.
Apart from that, I've only ever had perfect t-shirts and perfect prints and although they're sometimes slightly more expensive than getting something in a shop, you know part of it is going to the artist who you can talk to and send messages on the site. This is absolutely the best place to get something awesome with amazing costumer service as well.
