Not much to say - Redhilll were the cheapest supplier we found for our Miele dishwasher and fridge freezer units. They were delivered on time, on a weekend, and the driver brought both appliances all the way into our kitchen - really appreciated.

I rang to discuss tumble driers with Redhill. I felt extremely reassured about the purchase I was making as it was quite expensive. I think the price was extremely competitive. Overall very pleased with drier. Delivery was also good.
Offered bottom dollar price for a top-of-the-range Miele dishwasher and, contrary to popular believe (you get what you pay for) Redhill Appliances offered a great service - polite on the phone, efficient in order processing and goods were delivered (on Christmas Eve) as soon as Miele got stock from Germany.
Will use them again in future.
Redhillappliances were very helpful and friendly. The appliance was delivered when they said it would be delivered in their 3 hour window, took away the old appliance and all the packaging. We are very pleased with our new dishwasher. thank you
We bought a high-end appliance recommended by RA for it's reliability. Unfortunately there was a problem with the appliance encountered within the first week or purchase.
We were expecting RA to deal with this by offering a cash refund or replacement, but instead there was not apology, just hastily offered the manufacturers number. I would expect under the circumstances a better deal than technical service visits so early in ownership of the appliance. We need to purchase many other appliances for our new kitchen over the next few weeks, but would not use RA again, for this reason.
Very helpful people with competitive prices. I bought a warming drawer and the free delivery service was excellent to Abingdon.
The goods were delivered and carried into the house to the point they were required, they were also the most competitive price we could find.
I have waited for a dishwasher to be delivered for the past 2 months after them telling me 7-10 days for delivery. I then cancelled my order and got it elsewhere and asked for a full refund. Which I was told would take 7 working days. After waiting for nearly a month for my refund to be up into my account (which they told me on Monday it had been done) it is now Thursday) the money is still not in my account. They said it might take 3-5 days to show in my account. I have contacted my bank and they said as soon as the refund is issued it goes straight into my account. So they are absolute liars they have made no attempt to put the money back in my account. I've just called them and asked to speak to a manager and they said he'll call me back in 5 minutes. I have now been waiting for almost 20 mins with no phone call. Whatever you do DO NOT shop with these thieves!!!!!!!

I Called this company and asked how long there deliveries take before i purchased anything, was told about 2 weeks if i ordered at the time i made the call to avoid christmas delays... So yeah i went ahead the same night and purchased a microwave from them online and have been waiting for it for the past 2 months near enough..
First phone call i made to them after 2 weeks in to my order i was told..."it is due to be delivered any day now you will receive a email"
Second phone call i made.... "i can see there was a problem with the manufacturer so it was delayed a few days, your delivery is due this week you will receive a email when it goes out"
Third phone call i made.... "we dont have your order in our stock right now and we do not expect to receive it from the manufacturer untill after christmas"
(funny how that effected me as my purchase was made near a month before christmas)
Fourth phone call AGAIN made by me.... "we have not received stock yet from the manufacturer because christmas has just gone past, you should expect to receive it mid january"
Fifth call made by me TODAY.... " i have to call the manufacturer to find out whats hapoening because its not in our stock yet"
I was idiotic enough to wait this long, not gona wait any longer, i cancelled my order. I am not shore how long im going to be waiting for the refund now as i was told my details will be sent to accounts who will then place my refund...they said up to 10 days, but hey there 2 weeks was 2months so god knows
DONT THINK JUST BECAUSE IT HAPPENED TO ALL THESE PEOPLE DOES NOT MEAN IT'LL HAPPEN TO ME... Because thats what i said when i read the reviews and look where i stand now

Please read and believe every BAD review on this site. My experience is virtually identical to every one of these customers who have had a nasty experience with this company. Fortunately, I left it to my Credit Card company to retrieve my money that Redhill Appliances had been hanging on to since 31st October 2012 after they said they could not fulfill my order (after much chasing by me to find out when I was going to get it), which they had accepted, told me it would be available in two weeks, and took the dosh for.
Sooner or later someone is going to place an order for appliances from this company and NOT get their order AND lose their money also. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

The worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a cooker. Ordered on 26/11/12 and paid for it upfront. I was told it would be delivered to me on/or around the end of the first week of December. I phoned up at the end of the week in December (7th) to find out where it was only to be told it was going to be another week or so! Phoned again on 17th December to inquire where my undelivered cooker was, I was told they'd call be back in a few minutes - I had to call back an hour later, only to be told they'd phone me back 'soon'. Whilst waiting, I called the manufacturers who informed me there were only 4 in stock, I then phoned Redhill again and told them that they were in stock, who said they'd phone me back soon (AGAIN!). When they did eventually phone back, they said they couldn't get me one until after Christmas - bearing in mind I told them at the time of purchase I needed it before Christmas due to no oven. GREAT. No turkey for Christmas!
Long story short, phoned Apple Electrics in Reading who got me one in three days. Only good thing about Redhill was that I got my money refunded the same day.
PLEASE PLEASE (I AM BEGGING YOU) DO NOT SHOP AT REDHILL APPLIANCE - SHOP ELSE WHERE! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

I won't bore everyone with the long story of exactly what went wrong. A multitude of screw ups from beginning to end. I ended up cancelling the order, because I had had enough of their incredibly lax attitude to 'customer service'. At one point, the manager actually laughed at me on the phone when I said I would not pay for a failed delivery. They obviously tried to deliver in the very time frame I had called them twice to say would not work for us. Was told by the guy on the phone that ours would be the last delivery - it was the first. I have no idea how this company is still in business.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I wish I had looked into this terrible company before placing my order for a Smeg oven. Having been promised 7-10 days delivery and checking there would be no delays before placing the order, I have now been waiting 4 weeks with still no sign so I am staring down the barrel of having no oven for Christmas. I must have rung them 20 times, they never proactively keep you informed, and they have repeatedly fobbed me off with excuses about the manufacturer and their distributer while making promises about delivery they haven't kept. They have no clue about where my appliance actually is or why I haven't received it and their customer care levels are practically zero. I have managed to speak to the manager today (Saturday) but he can't get any information until Monday, so not much use. They are clearly a business going downhill from seeing other reviews, and I doubt they will survive much longer at this rate with excellent competitors such as 'Appliances Online'. I only used them as I couldn't find stock of this oven elsewhere but I regret it massively, avoid at all costs!!!

Unfortunately, we did not look for reviews of this odious company before we made a purchase and have been without appliance or returned monies for 6 weeks.
Order placed for a dishwasher on the 29th September for £419.
Chased after 2 weeks and told it would be in stock for dispatch within a few days.
Nothing turned up and no notification received.
Chased again and were told it would be with them in a few days.
Nothing turned up and no notification received.
We cancelled order on the 25th October and were told that they would not be returning funds for 30 days as per the law. I queried this with my credit card supplier who confirmed that this was indeed the case.
After 30 days were up I contacted them by phone and was told that the money had been released but that it would take upto 5 days to clear into my account.
The money arrived on the 35th day after cancellation.
Lets examine the facts:-
The appliance was advertised for sale and in stock. Lie!!!
They tell you (and if you read other reviews, they do the same to many others) that the item is on its way to them from the manufacturer. Lie!!!
When you eventually cancel the order, they take a full 30 days to begin the process of returning your money. I know of no other company that does this or what possible reason there can be for doing so.
Beware. Do NOT have anything to do with them and pass this on to all you know. They are scammers. I have informed Watchdog and their local Trading Standards Authority and as many other review sites as possible. We need to drive these blaggers out of business. Who's with me?

Paid by credit card.(they take your money quickly enough & then ignore you)
I buy loads of stuff on the internet & this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS .
Latest story from this company on 22nd Nov "In transit from Germany est delivery 2weeks from today". Order cancelled, cheaper from local Currys today & in stock.

I ordered a dishwasher which they stated online was in stock.
They took my payment the same day.
Then no emails to say when delivery would be, I had to phone them only to be told it was not in stock and had to be ordered.
I cancelled the order and had to wait over a month to get my money back.
I had used a credit card and the credit card company got the money back for me.
I pity anyone who paid by debit card.
PLEASE do not order from this company.

Ordered a Bosch fridge freezer was told they would order it in and it would take 10 days. I phoned after a couple of weeks and was told they would ring the manufacturers to find out when it would be in and call us back. They did not call back so we phoned again, they said we could have it delivered the following Monday. I phoned again at the end of the week to make sure it was going to be delivered only to be told it had not come in to stock. I asked for a refund only to be told they could not do a refund until the accounts person was in and then it would take two weeks. I then asked if they had anything in stock which was similar, they said they could deliver a Siemens on the Monday. This was £40.00 more money which we said we would pay on delivery but they refused so we paid the extra. Not very good customer service. We received the siemens fridge freezer when they said, but I would not trust them as far as a could throw them. Stay clear!!

I ordered two items agreed a later time slot deliver to suit them.
Made arrangements to be there then received an email 1 hour after the agreed deliver time to say items would be delivered that afternoon. I could take deliver so cancelled. They said money would be refunded with 10 days still waiting 14 days later with no help from them.

I placed an order for a gas cooker on 04 August 2012 by phone. I was told delivery would be 7 to 10 days, that was fine, I didnt need the cooker for 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called Redhill Appliances and was told my cooker was still not in stock and would be anothe 10 days. At this point I cancelled my order and requested a refund.
I have since called Redhill Appliances to chase up my refund and been told it can take upto 30 days. They took my money within 1 day but their accounts department cant refund it for 30 days!
Appalling service, they have to this day never contacted me by phone, text, email or post! I do not reccomend them for one second.

I ordered an electrolux fridge freezer in May/2012 and was told there would be a three week wait.Fine,four weeks passed and not even a call to say what was happening with my order! So I called redhill and was told the fridge would be yet another 3 weeks! Ok so another 3 weeks passed and eventually a delivery date was given which i took a days leave from work so as to be there when the delivery arrived.... No delivery! No phone call ! just a number of emails to say there was a mix up in the warehouse... All in all ten weeks passed and no fridge freezer! Not a single apology!. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Customer service with in Redhill appliances is truly non existent! Would advise anyone thinking about ordering something from Redhill to think very hard about doing so!... Family of six left without a fridge freezer form May to the near end of August!!! Not acceptable! O and then nearly a three week wait on top of all that fro Redhill appliances to pay me my money back so as I could go elsewhere with my order..... Thanks for treating me like you did....

Redhill appliances called me the next day after I placed the order - they informed me of the next delivery date in my area which was 4 days later and agreed that the driver would call me 30 min prior to the delivery. This is exactly what happened - the only reason I gave a rating of 4 and not 5 was that I live on the first floor and there was only one person with the delivery - I had to help take the dishwasher up the stairs - there was no opportunity to discuss that I lived on the first floor.
Very impressed with the service and how knowledgeable and helpful Andrew was at Redhill Appliances. Being a woman I changed my mind on my cooker hood and hob about half a dozen times!!! Andrew just patiently waited and advised and helped and now I feel that I really have the most amazing range of appliances for my new kitchen and cheaper than anywhere else I could find them. Highly recommend this company, they are great and I am not easily impressed. Ask for Andrew!
Ordered a Miele dishwasher and got a call in the evening to let me know the delivery date, which was going to be in 10 days. A day before, I got an e-mail, letting me know the time slot of my delivery. And as planned, delivery came, van man was careful and friendly not to damage the goods and my home. I have to say that this is the first online company who has rung me to confirm delivery date, I was quite impressed. Not only was the dishwasher cheaper than anywhere else, the service was great. I certainly will be using them again.
Excellent service from start to finish. Very helpful on the phone when ordering and the driver was definitely on a mission. He arrived before the email giving the delivery time and was very helpful. Had we read some of these reviews we may not have ordered from this company but it just goes to show that it is difficult to tell good/bad service from just reading a review. I ordered an AEG dishwasher on 6 March 2012 and was told it was not in stock but it should only take 7 to 10 days. I called after 10 days, on a Thursday and was told it should definitely be in by the next Monday latest Wednesday.
The next Thursday I called again and was told definitely next week. When I pointed out that I was told last week that it was definitely going to be in this week he was quite rude and said that it was not their fault that their supplier was out of stock. When I asked if he could contact his supplier to find out when they would have them in stock he said that he could not find out and that they can not track the deliveries either. They cannot find out when any delivery is next due, it just arrives and then they can contact us. He was just plain rude. I rang again the next Thursday, same old story, should be in next week. I asked if I could cancel the order and was told that was fine, but I probably would not be able to get it elsewhere any quicker. I waited another 4 days and had found the same dishwasher at Hispek, who had it in stock and could deliver it in 2 days, it only cost me £20.00 more.
So I called Redhill again to give them 1 more chance, but was still told that it should be delivered next week, but no guarantees. I cancelled the order on 2 April 2012 and they took my credit card number and I was told their accounts department would deal with it, but it could take up to 5 days to show as an credit on my credit card. 10 days later I called my credit card company and they had not yet received a refund. I got them to send me a dispute form as I have wasted enough time calling Redhill, who will just lie and lie again to you as I have found out by reading your reviews today. Redhill Appliances seem to be brilliant, when they have things in stock, but the worst when it is out of stock, they just take your money and then don't care and take ages to refund you. It is now 21 April but still no refund. I wanted to buy from a local supplier but will definitely not recommend them to anybody. No customer service whatsoever, rude, bored sales staff who don't seem to care one bit about their customers. Do not buy from them!!!!

Just bought a Miele tumble dryer for my mother. Great price, delivery went exactly as they said it with. Definitely would reccomend. Just bought a TV from Currys and will be using Redhill next time as the service from Currys was very poor in comparison.
Great website and the staff was very helpful on the 'phone as well. We are very happy with our Miele fridge freezer- Redhill offered the best price going and they delivered quickly (a similar model and John Lewis costs £30 more and they couldn't guarantee delivery within 14 days). The fellow who delivered it should get a medal for good-spiritedness and efficiency.
Bought a Miele small fridge. Best price we could find on the internet, no delivery charge, very quick delivery after they made an extra effort to accommodate us.

Really good price for a Miele vacuum cleaner and they delivered it 2 days earlier than expected. Purchased two items now and would recommend them.
My old tumble dryer packed up before Easter and I wanted to replace it with a Miele. The trouble with Miele is that it's hard to find anyone who keeps a wide range of them in stock. They're also pricey.
Not only were RedHill Appliances able to get the tumble dryer I wanted delivered in a week, they were over £100 cheaper than the list price. They also kept me updated on the delivery time slot during the day.
Difficult to think of anything that they could have done better on this occasion so 5 stars well deserved. Bit surprised by some of the other negative feedback listed here. Seems to be people ordering Miele's have no trouble. Maybe the issues are with the other manufacturers?
If I can give a zero rating to this company I would. I ordered a Cooker Hood in February 2012 and informed delivery will be in 7-10 days. On day 14, the hood had not arrived and I had not received any calls or emails giving a reason so I contacted the company and was informed there has been a delay and the item will be delivered in 3 weeks time:-(This is 5 weeks after I had ordered). Item was not delivered so I again contacted the company and was informed the item will be delivered in 7 to 10 days. No delivery again!!! I contacted the company and was finally given a date (2 months to date of ordering item). Relief at last I thought. The hood arrived and opened it to find a different coloured item which looked like an ex-display item. I have contacted the company and I have been informed a replacement will arrive in 7-10 days!!! I have requested an email confirming this and I wished I never placed the order. I will provide a further update on this case.

Although item ordered was not in stock received a phone call next day to say it would be available by Saturday. It was delivered on Saturday as promised, with an email beforehand to say when and a reminder text 30 minutes before. The gentleman who delivered it went out of his way to put it just where I wanted and happily took the old machine away too. Excellent & faultless service. Would recommend them to all my friends!
Ordered a Miele dryer that was in stock, Saturday delivery for our area. Received an email on day of delivery for the 3 hour time slot the goods were due, and it arrived during this period.
Excellent service. I was disappointed that the Miele tumble dryer that I ordered could not be delivered for a week as it had to be ordered from Miele. However, on delivery, which was at the time stated, the delivery chap was more than helpful, and love the dryer.
Absoloutely awful ordered an oven on the 02/02/12 finally cancelled my order on the 23/02/12 after at least 5 phone calls asking where it was then to top it off i finally received my refund on the 14/03/12 after yet another 5 or 6 calls would never use again absoloute joke

Do not buy from this company ignore all reviews that are positive, they dont deliver gave me that old line about product being damaged in warehouse would take 10 days to get new one immediately cancelled and am now in process of getting a refund, already waited 3 days think i will visit there showroom companys that take your money under false pretences sicken me not having it.

The service in the showroom was good, helpful and informative. From there it was rubbish! I was promised my oven would take three days to come into stock. Only when I rang to chase it was I told it would be another week. I was not offered the chance of cancellation and only found out when I chased it. When it finally came in I did not get a call despite asking for one. I got a cruddy email. It got worse when trying to arrange delivery with surly service on the phone and no call back, no call before either just an email the morning of delivery to tell me it could be bwteen 9 and 12. They could have told me that on the Phone! After sales service needs to improve 100%
