My wife who has just recovered from cancer decided she would order a spa bath and sauna end of January. After paying over £3K using visa card she was told the items would be delivered within 12 week. Pretty much on week 12 she received an e mail to say redsauna had went in to liquidation .After investigating initially it would appear this company has been ripping customers off since August 2012 and not delivering products ordered from their very convincing web site. My wife is completely gutted as it was her life savings. We reported this to the relevant bank and authorities. It is worth checking this company through companies house as there is more to this than meets the eye. I hope they get what they deserve.
Ordered first sauna wouldn't fit in house. Ordered second sauna in January waited 6 weeks, nothing. Phoned up, waiting for paperwork. Week later paperwork arrives, apparently. Sauna will be here next week, 10 days later can't get in touch with them!
It took me 2 months to get the money back for first sauna, should have stopped there!
Will buy nothing else from them. Maybe I will never get the sauna?
3 weeks ago when I call to them they said that sauna is already in UK just need documents, this week they said that sauna will be arrive on 1st March and week after they will be start deliver. It is funny. First time I get something like this. Do not trust them people if you want to save your money. I am waiting already 3 months and I will inform everyone every week what they promise and what come true. At the moment just promises and nothing else.
Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I ordered a infa red sauna in sept this year and 12weeks down the line have still not received it. All as you get is lies and excuses off them , and you can't get in touch with them because they leave the answer phone on all day and you can't leave a message because it's full.
After using my new sauna for over a month now, I feel it fitting to give this company the recognition they deserve. Their staff are absolutely lovely to deal with, I was quite confused looking at their website at first, and they answered all of my questions perfectly, and although the model I wanted was out of stock, they offered me a free upgrade to the next size up! Delivery was arranged quickly, and even the delivery guys were incredibly helpful, they offered to carry the sauna upstairs to my bedroom, which considering they could of easily left it in the hall, I thought was very kind. Would recommend an infrared sauna to anyone. Enjoy :)
