Refreshingly easy to deal with
Shame I had to return my jacket as it didn't fit but the price was excellent as was the jacket. Reem sent it to me immediately and dealt with my refund the same way. Highly recommended.

Fantastic clothes line, some brands unavailable here in Ireland which makes all the better! Delivery was fast and promt! Looking forward to ye taking more of my money ;) haha!

So close to 4 stars
I couldn't give it 5 due to a hoodie from original sin being really badly fitted, I don't know why anyone would want such a wierd fit.
Anywho I do really like the clothes and I think that the sizes and materials of reems own brand clothes makes for a great fit, which many brands get so wrong.
Would have been a 4 but when I sent some clothes back with a request for a larger size on 3 items, I asked for a change of address on the form. But they got sent to the original address anyway. Considering I've spent a fair amount recently and my new adress is 90 minutes away or £10 ish in post by recorded delivery.
Extremely busy atm and the lack of attention to detail in this respect just about knocked off the fourth star.

Great clothes, good service.
I was very pleased with the t-shirt I ordered. I was kept updated about my order every step of the way which was very helpful. The only problem was that I waited in most of the day after getting an email to say my parcel would b delivered between 08.17- 09.17 this was because they had the wrong address typed on the front of the parcel but the right address on the invoice inside, the address was 13 on the front of the parcel but 15 inside, so it was delivered to my neighbour instead ! Also where the email said a signature is required the parcel was squeezed through her letterbox without obtaining a signature !

Clothes from reem clothing are good quality
I buy a lot of my clothes from reem n I am very impressed wi them . The only problem I have is that sometimes I need to send them back for s different reasons n I have to pay to send it back which cost me £5 which is ridiculous I believe this should b free as I've paid £4 for delivery ???

Like some of their clothes - shame about their delivery / returns policy
I was rather annoyed to have ordered an item that was too big for me (particularly when szing guide said to do so) , not only did I have to pay the rather high delivery charge but also had to pay to send it back.
Just about every big one line store has moved to having a free returns delivery and in every instance that this policy was adopted there sales shot up. I would strongly urge you to aviod ordering from this online store unless you are 100% convinced what they have is what you want as going through the hassle of returning items is one bit of stress you can do without.
So fo me I will no longer be a customer

We are really sorry to hear that the lack of free returns has resulted in the loss of you as our customer. Unfortunately though, free returns is not something we are currently in a position to be able to offer. As you said yourself it is the 'big' stores that offer free returns, and this is because they can incorporate the costs into the price of their own branded goods. Also, you will find most offer free returns, but not exchanges, we on the other hand will send out your replacements free of charge.

I have been a customer of reemclothing.com for several years. I live in the USA, and for some reason I can't find the brands and styles here that I have found on reemclothing.com. I had a problem with a size I ordered and they bent over backwards to get things right for me, which I appreciated. Customer service seems to be important to them, and it's important to me, so we get along great. My one and only negative is, it seems they often don't have the size I need, and they run out of stock on many items I have tried to buy. Other than that, my rating would be 5 stars.

longest procedure and no delivery till now
I have been trying to do this order for over 10 days now and I called from over seas to find out when it will be delivered ..and customer service assured me that it will be delivered by wed. And I received an email insuring that it was dispatched on tuesday ..and today is thursday and I have have not received the order.and no following up either.

Unfortunately, we were unable to process the order as it was very high risk. The order was cancelled as the billing details do not match the details of delivery. Here at Reem Clothing we have very strict security measures in place to protect our customers and unfortunately the details you provided us with meant we were unable to process the order. We emailed the PayPal Account email address to advise of this.

i like reemclothing because i find originals clothes for teenagers and youngs peoples
Hi, i can give you, the adress of a shop where you can buy on line. They have a lot of fashion clothes. When your order is passed, very fastly your parcel is delivred by Royal mail at home. Often, I wait less than three days. It's very sérious and you can return articles if they don't like to you.
I forget there is regulary sales and it's not expensive. I buy often tee shirt to my boy and they have a good quality,

Perfect in every way
Reem always manages to have products that i cant find anywhere else, they dispatch same day and i always receive it the same day.
I cannot fault them and have never had any problems with them, so my rating has to be 5*.
It also seems they have changed their website layout etc, which is great, the previous format wasn't exactly in the same category as its competitors.

Brilliant Service all round
Received text giving approx delivery time on the due date but it was too late for me. I replied to the text asking for the next day. I then received a text the next day with a different time which suited me. The clothes were delivered bang on time. All round a fantastic service and the clothes arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use Reem again.
