NOKIA N8 - GREAT GREAT GREAT
Brought a Nokia N8 from these guys and I love it. Phone was only 159.95 whereas a brand new one is 240 pounds from another company. I only brought the phone from these guys after reading the comments below about a grade A phone as I did initially hesitate. My gut instinct told me to purchase it so i did. My gut instinct was right !!!!

These guys at Refurb-phone were really helpful and the delivery was very fast. Purchased a number of phones for my company as replacements for my staff and they talked me through the whole list of possible phones that would suit my needs explain their pros and cons. Thanks

EXCELLENTO
Brought a 6310i from refurb phone and I am absolutely delighted. Phone must be about 100 years old (going OTT here) but these guys did a fantastic job putting the phone back to as new condition.
Well done guys. Its hard to make customers like me happy but you guys did it :)

Brilliant Service. Item exactly as described and prompt delivery.
I ordered a Grade A refurb iPhone 4S 64gb for my wife. It was exactly as I had hoped for. As good as new and half the cost of what it would have been on high street. Only thing I would ask them to improve is the look and feel of their website. I am sure a more professional looking website would inspire more would be customers to purchase.

well i started out by ordered a siemens SL65 waited 3 days then was told they did not have any that could be sold must admit got a refund straight away then i went for a samsung grade a only to be told again they only had a grade Bso i said ok ordered my phone on thursday still waiting hopefully it will turn up on tuesday lets hope so

Fantastic service, excellent
I ordered a grade A phone for my dad. Wasn't very sure with second hand phones, but the phone arrive as if it was brand new, ordered 11 am received the phone next day . That is super fast delivery. I would highly recommend them

Great service
There were a few small cosmetic scratches on my Grade A phone, but they were happy to re-class it as Grade B and refund me the difference. Excellent Customer Service, and quite quick delivery time to Ireland

Ordered an iphone3 from them a friday evening and received it the next thursday. Was not happy on the time it took as it said it was next day delivery so expected it tuesday but when it arrived it was in excellent condition and worth waiting for :) thanks

Extremely disappointed
I ordered my phone on 8th March and still have not received it and it is now 18th March.
Two phone calls later I am no further forward except that they blame Royal Mail.
I now simply ask for a replacement to be sent and if the other turns up I will return it.
We are talking here of a Nokia E51 about 5 years or more outdated not a smart phone or something.
I simply want this model as my husband liked it so much and everyone knows the difficulties of changing phone.
I have never experienced such an unhelpful company.

Grade A As Described
Brought a old Skool Nokia 3410 for my dad as that is the only phone he could use. Searched through eBay an amazon trying to locate a good possible deal. Saw a few offers on amazon but whilst on there came across refurb phone. Fortunately they had a number I could call them on. They picked up almost straight away (very impressed) . I asked them all the relevant question. The lady on the phone was very pleasant . Taken in by her charm I ordered the phone. Some how she managed to persuaded me to take additional items . Anyway received the phone the next working day an I must say I am surprised. The phone was boxed with all accessories an looked absolutely emmaculate. My dad is going to be very pleased indeed. Will defo recommend

disappointed customer
I called to check if they had a nokia e90 in stock before ordering. I was told yes, and ordered it immediately before 3pm and paid for next day special delivery. After 2pm the following day I called to ask why I hadnt received the phone and was told i ordered late, which I know I didnt, and that the phone would be sent out the following day. The following day, the phone was not delivered and when I called to enquire why, I was this time informed the batch they had had failed testing and it would be anther couple of days before I would receive the phone. I explained I was travelling hence why I ordered for next day delivery. I was offered an accessory pack and a refund on my special delivery charge and assured I would receive the phone after 2 days and the manager would call to confirm despatch.
I did not receive a call. However when I have received the phone 5 days later than expected, the phone was in relative good condition, with a very old battery and to make matters worse the WRONG nokia charger. The big style rather than thin pin charger was sent making me question the quality of their checks before despatch. Also NO accessory pack was sent.
I ordered a new battery and charger from ebay for a fiver, delivered without problems.
Will not be ordering from Refurb again.

Some dispatch problems, but good phone and nice customer service
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy SII. The next day, refurb-phone phoned me, but I missed the call. They didn't leave a message or contact me by email, and since I didn't recognise the number I didn't think anything of it (thought it was a spam call).
After I didn't hear anything for 3 days I looked up the number and realised they'd try to contact me.
I called them - they picked up straight away (no annoying call queuing) and I had a brief but pleasant conversation. The Samsung galaxy SII was out of stock in black but available to ship that day in white. I don't care about the colour, so that was fine. I was kept on hold for about 10 seconds while the advisor checked the status.
They then dispatched the phone to the billing address rather than the shipping address, which delayed things by one more day.
The phone is in good condition (will look new once I've cleaned some much off the screen) and well packaged (boxed in a generic box, phone protected by bubble wrap, charger kept safely away from phone screen, all in a correctly sized jiffy bag). It's unlocked as specified (no problem putting my existing O2 SIM in) and loaded with all the usual default software.
So I'll echo what someone said about their order fulfillment system -- they do not necessarily have the stock shown on their website. I could have had my phone 4 days sooner if they'd left me a message or sent an email, and dispatched to the right address.
They also didn't send me any notification of shipment when they shipped the order. This would have been helpful.
Overall I'd say I'm happy, because the phone is good, but I don't think I'd use them again. I think I could have paid the same amount somewhere else and not had the small amount of hassle that I had. If I'd read the reviews more closely and seen that some of the 5* reviewers actually received damaged phones, no way would I have used them.

speedy delivery
great to get phone with charger too! sadly there is a dent and the screen is cracked on the left hand side. tried to e-mail them but having problem, something to do with HTTP verb?

A website worth trusting and a business worth purchasing from.
I believe it is rare to find a website that has amazing low prices, top quality phones and of course take pride in providing great customer service. Brilliant customer service!!
Came across this site from a friend who had ordered from here. Originally ordered a HTC Wildfire S but then decided on a Desire C. Refurb Phone were able to send me the phone i wanted with no complications or problems.

Great phone, shame about the keypad and charger
V pleased with my refurbed Nokia 6230i which I bought in case my current one dies. I want to stick with this non-current model because I have a dedicated cradle for it in my Merc and these cost a blinking fortune to replace, far more than most phones!
The first keypad was very badly made and didn't work properly and the earth pin was broken off the wall charger but these two items were replaced overnight so can't really complain at all.

Great Products at Great value
I ordered the HTC ONE X from this company and was looking everywhere for great deals and fortunately I bumped into their website. They do great phones which come at great value which was a plus side for me since I had a tight budget. Since this was a birthday present I spoke to one of the seniors from the management and got some accessories with the phone which was wonderful considering the price they were selling it for. I was extremely happy with the condition of the phone and could not tell it apart from brand new phones. I would like to also offer praise to the website as I found it extremely easy-to-use, all in all this is a very effective and efficient company to have bought the phone from and would recommend it to others.

poor service
I am not impressed with service it took over 3 weeks to get my phone after numerous phone calls I was given different excuses. Yes when it did come pleased with the phone great value.. But companies should respect their customer and tell the truth in the first place

Great Service!

Fast delivery even just before Christmas
My old phone broke just before I went travelling a few days before Christmas/ New Year time. Refurb-Phone got me a new phone on 'next day' delivery even at this time of year, which was in very nice condition. The price was also comparable to Amazon, although Amazon couldn't deliver at anyway near that speed.
Only slight quibbles were that it seemed they were unable to despatch the order late afternoon (I ordered about 3-4pm), so in effect it arrived almost 2 days later, but that's fair enough, if they had that would have been super impressive. Also the phone (HTC Desire) had Orange logos on the casing back and some Orange items in the software, but not a major issue, could even be useful.

ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!
After buying 2 faulty/problematic Pre-owned htc desires from The cash generator website I looked online for an alternative place to buy from. After a brief look on google I came across the Refurb phone website and was pleased to find they did the same phone for a very reasonable price but also with 3 months warrantee! The phone arrived a couple of days later imaculate and works a dream! Would certainly recommend!

Where's everything gone?!
My phone arrived swiftly - quicker than I had expected. It is in full working order but I was a bit surprised that in addition to the unlocking, it seemed to have wiped many of the phones settings/features etc during some reformatting - so in fact there were no longer any Nokia themes, wallpapers, tones etc left on the phone. Also the order I put in was for a pink 7373 but I received a black one! oh well, never mind ....

Man of the words!
The phone I received was exactly what I imagined it to be, a second hand phone with a few scratches and not. I was very pleased with the delivery as it took only 1 working day as it promised on the website. The only downside was that it didn't come with the original phone charger and the alternative charger took forever to charge the phone. Overall I'm pleased with the phone and the service provided.

I love the nokia 6700 classic and my three year old phone was giving up the ghost so I looked at amazon, ebay etc to get a replacement, all too expensive so i gave these guys a go!!!! superb, ordered 1.00pm on a thursday, delivered the next day and didn't even pay for next day delivery. it's a refurbed phone but looks brand new so very pleased so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lets hope it gives me long service but can't fault the whole experience so far.

Great products but poor order fulfilment system on website
I order an Ericsson T39 which was in stock however after waiting sometime to see why my order was not on its way I contacted the company. They replied and said they would look into the issue. The following day I had still not heard back so I sent another email and the response was that the Ericsson T39 was not in stock!!!! So they offered my a similar model which I accepted. Whats disturbing here is it seemed that between the time I ordered the phone and when I followed up with an email a week later to see where it was that my order was in limbo. Would I have been waiting indefinitely to hear about my phone was not in stock if I had have not initiated contact? So obvious problems with their ordering system. At present do not take an item thats shows in stock to be true but rather email them first before you order and part with your cash. On the flip side the product is great now that its arrived and I am happy with its top condition (almost as new)
