I ordered a samsung galaxy s2 5 weeks ago in white after about 2 weeks when I didn't recieve anything I contacted them countless times via phone and email, eventually I got through and a black phone would be with me in 2 - 3 days it did come but unfortunately it wasnt working, it wouldn't even switch on, so after another week of trying to contact them I sent it back, that was 2 weeks ago now, I havent heard anything since, you have to wait 7 -10 days for repair but im over that, im scared that I won't be getting my full refund back as im yet without a phone and ive lost almost £150 which as everyone knows is hard to get back, does anyone know where I can go to fight to get my money back?
I bought this phone because I was looking for a near-perfect phone. This was described as a Grade A (indistinguishable from new) phone and I think that's an accurate description. All the features work ( I made sure to try them all, because Refurb Phone even offer you a seven-day money back guarantee) and there isn't a mark on either the inner phone itself or the snap-on covers with which it was supplied. I am happy to have discovered Refurb-Phone and I will certainly use them again in the future.
Hassle free way to get a phone that your looking for at a much cheaper price. Brought the Nokia lumia 800 Grade A Refurb. No marks on the phone at all and worked perfectly with my Vodafone simcard. Buying a refurb one saved me £80 in comparison if I was to purchase a new one, an I can't even tell the difference in the quality and condition. Great work Refurb-Phone in saving me money when times are hard.
I ordered a grade A rated phone by standard delivery which was meant to take 3-5 days, as I hadn't received my order after waiting a fortnight I contacted them and was assured the phone was going to be dispatched that afternoon by first class. Still no phone after waiting a further 3 days so contacted again to ask when I would get the phone. I was told because they had been busy there was a delay and they stated they will send the phone by guaranteed delivery and received this on the following day.
The phone a received was not in grade A condition, the speaker grill had been glued on wonky and the screen was unresponsive at the top of screen making it very hard to reply to text messages received. I contacted refurb phones to arrange to return phone and get a refund. I was expected to pay the return postage which I did and after complaining received half of the postage back, I I also received a full refund after having to ask 3 times for it.
I gave this company1 star only because they refunded my month within a month of placing order. Will never use this company again and would recommend anyone thinking of buying from them not to.
ordered a 16gb ipad 1 from refurb phone. Once received I realised I ordered the wrong tablet. Rang the company up and spoke to them, that I ordered the wrong ipad and I wanted the ipad 2. The girl on the phone was very pleasant and told me to return the ipad and she will exchange the ipad for an ipad 2. The following day I returned it back by special delivery. On receipt of the parcel another member of the refurb phone team rang me to take additional payment as the ipad 2 was more expensive. The very next day I received my new ipad 2.

The phone arrived in good time and in very good condition, however the windows operating system leaves a lot to be desired. It is not easy to navigate and I can't use the Windows "Marketplace", it keeps saying unable to connect and upon further investigation it does appear to be a common fault with the system so 9 out 10 for the phone but 0 out of 10 for windows operating system......... give me the android version everytime
My full review is very bad actually. I was not informed properly about my order status. I have been given wrong information most of the times and also the phone I selected was showing as available in stock but it took 2 months for refurb phone to find it on market to refurbish. The first correspondence was done by me and I got a reply email after a few days stating that we are out of stock and it will take 1 week. But ultimately I had to wait for 2 months with about 15 mails sent from my side and everytime I got a response in about 4 or 5 days. Also a line was added in the end that we will be happy to refund your payment as we apologise for the delay and phone is out of stock. Bad conduct and wrong information being provided. Not recommended to anyone outside UK.
After a long wait, certainly not same day dispatch, my ordered "grade A" HTC Chacha phone arrived, firstly it was not grade A, secondly whoever had put the screen protector on the phone put it on poorly and upside down, thirdly no battery was included. If the phone was checked before dispatch it was not done properly. I returned the phone and requested a refund and return of postage.The phone was refunded quickly but 2 months and phone calls later i am still awaiting the cheque for the postage.
I absolutely love the staff at refurb-phone. I rang at 5pm desperate for a Samsung Galaxy S2 for my mum. As this was a xmas present i needed it for today. I am happy to say even though I ordered very late I still received the phone today. Really chuffed with their service.
Bought a phone last year which the keys fell off almost immediately then it "died" altogether.Got the run around and was then told I would have to pay£40 to have it fixed.I refused.Avoid like the plague..................
