over the years i have purchased items from them, they arrived within a few days and the one time i had a problem with one of the electrical brooder not working they sent me a replacement next post I still placed my last ordered with them despite finding the same items a few £s cheaper else where-knowing that i will get my order is worth that
the site is so very easy to navigate and easy to find what products I needed, very good communication and extremely good fast service will recommend to other small holders in my area. and regency poultry were kind enough to help me with some questions and help I needed
Many thanks for getting my goods delivered so fast. I needed an electric hen urgently as I had been let down by mine thus leaving me with some unhappy chicks. Regency Poultry forfilled my urgent request and from ordering to delivery was about 18 hours. Couldn't ask for better service then that. Well done Regency Poultry and many thanks, this was very much appreciated and I now have some happy chicks. I shall recommend you highly to others.
I'm new to poultry and electric fencing in general. Taking that into account I was really pleased that the kit was easy to erect and was accompanied by clear and easy to follow instructions. On top of that, now it's in place, it looks solid and serviceable.
The company had a lamp that I wanted, so I ordered it on a Sunday evening and it arrived on the Tuesday. They kept me informed on the email regarding delivery. The lamp was really well packed and the chicks are now loving it.
My chickens were a bit curious with their new additions but have got used to them now. I am wondering if there is a design flaw in the feeder as I think the struts across the feeder should be the other way up so that pellets are not caught in them.
Traced this company through a Google search which brought it up on e-bay, but then visited their website and ordered direct through them. Ordered on Sunday - Received on Tuesday - can't get much better than that. Thank you.
I placed an order with Regency Poultry for one of their covered trough feeders made of metal. I wanted a covered one so the hens mash stayed dry when it rained, otherwise I end up throwing the wet mash away as it goes mouldy very fast. plus it had a grillso the hens could not rack the mash out. Also the price was compatible with other suppliers. I placed the order Monday morning and by midday Tuesday my henswere eating from it. The trough has a pull out tray, so it is easy to remove stale food also easy to replenish. There was one fault. The walls of the tray are only bent up, leaving a gap in the corners were the meal can flow out. A seam of soldier has now solved that problem
