happy hydrated hens
Fast delivery, happy with this water container it is bigger than I thought, but does the job, no leaks and holds alot of water will buy again from this seller.

First Rate Online Shop

Excellent service but expensive P&P.
Staff on the phone were very helpful when I was looking for an anti pecking device for my hens. At a cost of £1 for 4 beak bits this was very cheap. However to be charged over £^ for P^P was very steep.

I placed an order for all my Coop needs in the afternoon and got the address slightly wrong, I was called up to check the details and then received the delivery the next morning!
I was send confirmation emails to keep we updated.
All the products were just as described. I would have ordered the food from there also but the delivery price went up so I used our local garden center.

We needed heat lamps for our chicks and checked on line, Regency were quick and seemed efficient, so I ordered them and within 2 days they were delivered to my door. What more could I ask for!!! Will certainly use them again for our poultry needs.

Incredibly efficient next day courier delivery and products received as described.
Very happy with the electric hen I ordered, it was the cheapest I could find online. I was almost put off by the details of delivery online as it could take quite a while, however, I emailed to advise it was urgent and received a quick response to advise that it was being despatched same-day. Also very happy with the huge trug for our ducks and Easi-chick bedding. Would shop here again.

Regency Poultry has a very easy to use friendly site which made placing the order very easy, they also have a wide selection of equipment Etc. I placed the order around midday and first thing the next morning a big box well package arrived ready for me to use.

Hi, I'm very pleased with regency poulty, they vaule is very good and delivery was superquick, I orderd on the monday afternoon and the lap I brought was delivered at 11am the following day which was excellent as my new chicks decided to start hatching a day early.

cozy nest box for cuddly chickens
bought 4 section nest box for my babies that we got from merrydale next door,

Good product, good price, easy to use website.
Delivery charge of £7 for courier which is presumably a next day service (as per other reviews). However, our order was placed Tuesday morning, and arrived Friday afternoon?
Also, customer service was a bit slow and seemed confused. I queried the order on Thursday after expecting it Wednesday, was told would be delivered that day (Thursday). No delivery was made. Sent email Thursday night saying no courier had called. Delivery was made on Friday and then my email was answered on Monday, telling me that the delivery had been made? Which of course, I already knew, because I had signed for it!
So is it next day delivery? I'm not sure. A £7 delivery charge would suggest so, but our order took 3 days. Other than the slow delivery/service, all fine.
UPDATE - following comment from Regency Poultry - not sure what to say to this, I think you need to take this up with your delivery firm, not me. Clearly the courier didn't call, as otherwise we wouldn't be having this conversation? I assume those times are the times the van got back to the depot, not delivery times. It was delivered on Friday at lunch time. Re-rating from 3 to 2 stars for trying to shift the blame to me!

We have looked online at the couriers website for info on this delivery as we actually shipped this out the same day you ordered. On checking I can see a delivery attempt was made the next day at 18.40 and again the following day at 18.25 and then attempted again on the 3rd day at 19.38 when you were in and available to take delivery. Hope that clears up why it took a little longer than usual to get your delivery. Kind Regards. Regency Poultry.
