Great and very simple service!
I had been recommended by a friend to ReglazeMy Glasses so I gave them a go!
I filled in the very simple information on their website and in a few days received the packaging and all the necessary to send my existing frames to them. I have received my glasses in a very short time and they are just fine! I had recently paid £384 for a new pair and I only paid £125 with ReglazeMy Glasses! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and thank you to the friend who recommended me in the first instant. I will definitely use them again when I once again need new glasses!

Excellent service exactly as promised
All I had to do was look at the website then follow the instructions. Everything ReGlazeMyGlasses said they would do they did, in the right order, quickly and courteously. I received the packaging, received the polite and helpful phone call, gave the go-ahead, and 10 days later there were my specs. They are as good as new and cost half what my optician quoted. Would use this company again and I am reccomending it to everyone!

Good service with pleasant customer support.
Web pricing a bit confusing if you have rimless frames but still good value for standard lenses. We're returned promptly and have been wearing them for a week now, as good as new.

Not so fast
When received back, the glasses were as I expected. True to prescription and as ordered. However, having been told that they would take 7-10 days, I was surprised that it took 19 days for the glasses to drop through my letterbox. Perhaps it would be better to state the true delivery time rather than a shorter one that can't be met!!

We have been quoting approximately 10 working days with all single vision lenses, and the reason we say approximately, is that there sometimes can be reasons why certain reglazes take longer than others. In most cases people get their glasses back about 5 or 6 working days after payment, but others, as in was your case, took more like 10.
There can be a number of reasons why a one job takes longer than another, for example we want to do the reglaze again, because something has been spotted in quality control, or we have had to wait for delivery of specific new nose pads to match the frame.
However given recent feedback we are going to change the way we advise turnaround times. We are going to stop quoting "working" days, and just give the total amount of weeks it can take. I think this way customers will have clearer indication of how long the process can be.

simple, good value and no surprises
I wanted a pair of "out and about" glasses that I didn't want to worry about damaging, so a good price was necessary. Everyone has some old frames with life still in them so this is the perfect solution. Quality of lenses I couldn't fault.

Excellent very affordable service.
I saw the piece in the Telegraph the day after I had my new (free) prescription. Clicked on the website and followed the very simple procedure and now have an excellent pair of glasses in my old favourite comfortable frames. Total cost for bi-focals with anti scratch and anti glare, £51.50 including postage. Excellent.

If you need new glasses but don't want to pay for new lenses, then I would recommend you go to ReglazeMyGlasses. It will save you perhaps £100's. I am really happy with my reglazed glasses, they are like new!

Would definitely recommend because of excellent work
Glasses reglazed were done to a very high standard and I am very pleased with them.
The organisation of sending glasses, payment and return of the finished article is very good and works well. However, I had a small hiccup after I apparently missed a confirmation phone call which caused a delay..

Money saver.
Great little website with friendly, helpful and efficient customer service. Really happy with my glasses. Why pay £££ for new frames when I love the ones I have. Simply changed the lenses with this company saving myself a lot of money. It came to £31 in total!

Professional and friendly top quality sevice.
I like this organization.
They have staff you can ask advice of who know what they're talking about.
I've used them three times for top end Seiko lenses which I'd recommend too.
The turn around is reasonable. If you are in a mad hurry it may be better to use a traditional shop. Opticians don't seem to like reglazing glasses these days though.

Am not one to write reviews. Was a bit sceptical due to low price and wasn't sure I wanted to send my designer frames by post. but went ahead seeing good reviews. quick delivery and helpful customer service. Will use again.

Great!
Very efficient service. Took about 3 weeks from posting. No forms to fill in when you send glasses as they send you a form ready filled in from your application. Only complaint there were no instructions on how to make up the box!! Would definitely recommend to anyone, glasses came back like new and at half the price of the big glasses supermarkets.

I accidentallybent my glasses before posting them and was happy y to pay to straighten and repair . But all done within quoted price which is a real pleasure in this day and age when company margins depends on " Extras " .

Pierre Cardin given a second chance
With my latest prescription for varifocals already made up, I thought I'd get a pair of readers too, but the price was a bit steep. Then ReglazeMyGlasses had an offer on MoneySavingExpert, and I was able to get a favourite old frame glazed with simple lenses very cheaply. All you do is send off your frame in the box they provide, somebody rings you to check the prescription and take payment, then the specs arrive a couple of weeks later. I was very impressed. My lovely, comfortable Pierre Cardin glasses will be great for reading. I may even look out some of my other frames and have some sunglasses made up.

First class service - very good price!
Decided to try this service just one pair of distance vision lenses to be converted to bifocals. I wanted two pairs converting but didn`t have the confidence to proceed after a bad experience a few years ago with a new online service. Very pleased that I chose this company. High Street equivalent quoted me £84 for new bifocal lenses only. I paid just £28 and including a bank holiday took just fourteen days to complete.
I will now send off for a second pair to be changed.

Used twice - Fantastic value, service and quality.
I am hard to please, and expect the earth with anything I buy, especially something as personal as lenses - they have to be absolutely spot on don't they?! Well, mine are, and have always been from here. Wouldn't hesitate to use in the future, and would highly recommend.

Great service, great price.
Saw an article in the Sunday Telegraph and as I needed new lenses thought why not, Registered on website and sending package arrived next day. New lenses (thin lenses/ anti glare treatment) cost £36 including first class delivery. End to end process approx 10 days. Very happy.

Perfect
They are me favourite glasses but the lenses were all scratched and was unable to wear them. I can across reglaze my glasses and decided to give them a go. So happy I didn't my glasses are as good as new.

have now an extra pair of glasses for little cost as I was told by opticians that I would be
cheaper to renew rather than reglaze at cost of £87 I now have had them reglazed
for £12 . saving of £75 . Now I am happy with everything I will send of my next pair to be
reglazed. and next eye test i have any new prescription replaced in my current frames
and not by the opticians .

A really efficient and cost effective service
The procedure was clearly explained to me before I committed to using the system, and a new set of lenses were set into my old frames to the prescription that I sent them. The cost was significantly less than that charged by the high street opticians and it was so easy to do.

Absolutely excellent service!
As my prescription had changed a great deal within a short space of time,I was faced with having to spend a lot of money on a new pair of sunglasses which I had barely used. Instead I had them reglazed at half the price I would have had to pay at wellknown opticians. I'm very happy with my sunglasses plus new lenses. Excellent service. I will definitely use "ReglazeMyGlasses" again.

Absolutely top draw
Sent off my, old glass,s for reglaze. They have come back, as new, no hassle . The most work walking to the post box.
I will not be buying any glass,s in the future. I just wish I,d tried reglazemy glasses before, and saved a lot of money.

I'm astounded that more people don't know about this service. It's so good! I've never had a spare pair of glasses- far too expensive to justify. Now I'm able to keep one pair for work and one for 'best'. I'll definitely be recommending this service, and using it again. I can finally use my beloved old frames without having to pay extortionate high street prices for re-glazing. Very happy indeed!
