Fantastic service!!

I was very impressed by Regtransfers, I didn't really know anything about number plates and bought one for my husband for his 40th birthday. They talked me through everything I needed to do, and were very friendly and professional!

DISAGREE TOTALLY BEWARE

I ordered and paid £300 for a number plate, within half an hour of taking my payment they rang back to say it was no longer available. Even though they had taken my money. They also said I would have to wait at least 2 days to get my money back.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM BEWARE THAT YOU DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE THE GOODS.

I WOULD ADD THAT AT NO TIME WERE THE STAFF RUDE

Bought my number plate recently from Regtransfers and the staff were really very helpful. Answered all my questions and found me a great plate within my budget. Impressed with the speed it took to get it all done as well. It was about 10 days and I had the number plate. Really good. Well done to them.

Tell your friends! Fantastic prices, friendly customer support

When I was buying my number with Regtransfers I found that on the whole they offered the best prices, and unlike some companies didn't force me into buying the actual plastic plates at the same time, which saved me £30 or so!

Throughout the entire process I found the people on the phone where genuinely interested in what I had to say, and helped with any questions I have.

I'd definitely recommend Regtransfers to anyone looking for a personal registration. :)

Sold a Reg they didn't own but didn't have problems taking my money.

The site is simple to use. I put my initials in and saw a number plate I fancied. I enquired and forwarded my details for the registration plate.

2 weeks later I got a phone call saying it wasn't now available...Fine, there is another one I liked and they said because they had messed me about they would discount me.....again fine, if not excellent.

After sending all the correct documents off after recieving the made up plates of my initials/number and £850 taken off my credit card I was almost imagining my car with the plates on as you would think it was a done deal.

However, 6 weeks later after numerous emails and telephone calls made by myself to chase them I then get told that they do not have the Reg to sell - Thanks for letting me know!!

So then I have had £850 taken off my credit card with the interest being added of £40 for a number plate I will never recieve even though I have the plates in my boot and the money and all documents handed over.

To add insult to injury I only got refunded £830. So I've spent in total £40 on..........well, pretty much writing this review

I think It's fair to say I won't be using this company again.

Seamless Transfer

I searched for my required reg. no. on line and found it for £275. I then went to two other websites and RegTransfers did it for £175. The other company wanted £350 including very expensive number plates! They negotiated it down to £275 but didn't believe the Regtransfer's price.
As I was passing their office, I decided to deliver my documents by hand. The office was very busy and all phones were active - there must have been at least 10 advisors talking to clients.
The owner met me and had the time to check my documents and show me around - she is delightful.
I saved a load of money and I have superb registration number for my old Jag. I would recommend Regtransfers to everyone for a seamless transfer and great service. Keith, MD ADMIT Services Ltd.

Best of the Best

I've bought and sold many numbers over the years and have to say that Regtransfers stand out as the best company to use time and time again. I may have found one or two bargains elsewhere but no one else is as efficient with the paper work.

If you're looking for a trusted company that's been established nearly 30 years then you've found the right company with Regtransfers.

Very Poor Aftersales Customer Service

We bought two registrations from this company as they appeared efficient. Indeed everything was delivered on time but when we had an error with our paperwork, the change only required a signature from our local offices, the company insisted that we pay them £50 admin fee.

They were not willing to forego this fee as in the words of there management, we are running this business for a profit and yes your are correct, you pay the fee or the paperwork cannot be processed as they purchased the number plate.

Stay away from this company if you feel the customer should retain the right to good customer services after they have taken your money
