The Regus Business and Executive Center exceeds the expectations of anyone expects of a executive center. The center provides outstanding business services that is reasonable to match the requirements of the local business and project communities. I highly recommend the center
Regus it is a very efficient network.
You feel like in your office wherever you are.
I'd used the Regus meeting facilities in central Reading once before and I'd found them very satisfactory. I was therefore happy to choose the same venue for my recent meeting and I was generally not disappointed. As before, I was welcomed with courtesy and efficiency and I found the facilities very good.
On this occasion, I'd ordered a gluten-free lunch and was pleased to find that this was duly delivered. I did, however, waste some money by ordering tea and biscuits for the two of us, only to realise that the gluten-free option didn't include the biscuits.
Although the meeting room was suitable for our meeting, I'm still not sure whether it was exactly what I thought I'd paid for. When paying online, I selected what I thought would be a room that had an external window (at a small extra charge). I was therefore rather disappointed that we had a view only of the foyer. Perhaps I didn't fully understand what was meant by the description but I'm still a bit disappointed anyway.
When we started with Regus a year ago, we had a very positive start, with nothing as too much trouble and it felt as though Regus worked with us.
In recent times this has not been maintained and is definitely declining not improving!
We had all meetings rooms withdrawn with little notice, as they had been "let out to someone else", then left empty for a reasonable period with no meeting room facility. Then they were all available again!
When we moved into Regus the meeting rooms were key for our business and requirements. In addition to this, despite being a tenant client, we do not get the meeting rooms at the lowest price - you have to click on Regus Direct on-line, print the price out anyone could get and ask the team to match it! From these issues, I have to say their loyalty to their clients is a limited and declining.
In addition to this we have just been notified WiFi is no longer free, so when we have our suppliers or clients here and they require WiFi to present to us, we shall be charged - very anti-business in the modern day.
Regus do have an on-site team whom manage the reception well and maintain the day to day facility very well, but I would have to say that having just signed a new contract and were given no loyalty incentives to stay, plus the declining proposition, there are certainly better facilities and business support functions available. We shall be seeking these in due course, as like many other businesses whom have left Regus of late.
After only 7 days (and never using any facilities) I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the arrangement, but was told that Regus don't have a cancellation or "change of mind" policy so I would have to stay for 6 months. I don't believe this to be a fair policy as there are lots of companies offering a 14 day change of mind cancellation option. I hardly use this as the nearest offices are too far away so I don't feel it is value for money for me. Therefore I would have liked to cancel and will as soon as possible.

Have visited Regus Businessworld in Chelmsford several times & found the whole experience thoroughly rewarding .
The offices are new bright & airy & the staff are friendly & efficient.
I use the facilities at my local Regis and others on a regular basis and cannot complement them enough. Friendly and helpful, I'm not sure what I did without the facility. Wifi access could sometimes be better and the heating not so Mediterranean but that's not so much as a complaint but more an observation.
I've never been unimpressed with the rooms and service I receive from Regus. From long-term to one-day hires, it's always delivered exactly what I've needed.
Great customer service at Newbury from the moment you walk into the centre to the moment you leave .
Use the business lounge quite often and the standards of centre have improved since Chloe has taken over as centre manager . Would recommend Regus to anyone who needs good facilities and great friendly customer service !
Used local Regus office for a recent meeting with a colleague - both of us work remotely for a US based company in the electronics industry, so our meetings are typically called at short notice and usually last just a few hours. The Regus locations are widespread and typically available - the process to book on line is pretty straightforward and costs are reasonable for the quality of room and facilities. My only critique.....the hire of projectors is very expensive, so we bring one along for our use. Regus needs to offer this as standard equipment supplied FOC.
We've been with Regus for a while and in two different buildings. Our current building is a bit antiquated with regards to aircon and space. But to date, the staff and service are why we stay.
Re Cardiff City Centre: good central location & looks nice, however old building was much better - quieter, less busy, more private atmosphere. Staff turnover very high owing to staff dissatisfaction of Regus. Some staff very pleasant, others downright rude. Expensive with lots of hidden charges. Billing has ALWAYS been an issue and 3.5 years later it still is - only yesterday I found out they'd ended my contract by mistake before the end date & my DD didn't come out. Needless to say, I have finally decided to leave Regus! Not recommended sorry.

We have pleasure in providing the reference below:
PML are a Management Consultancy and we have been operating from the Regus Office, located at The Broadgate Tower since October 2012.
During this time we have found the whole environment to be conducive to a good working atmosphere. We find the current Regus staff to be very friendly, polite, flexible and professional.
We are happy to provide this reference.
Worst company that I have ever came across, with the worst customer service. I had a virtual office with Regus for a year and problems never seem to stop. The telephone lines did not work for a month, my clients where calling my telephone number and Regus was ANSWERING IN A DIFFERENT COMPANY NAME that had nothing to do with my company, had my mail there for 5 months and every time I contacted them they said they did not have anything for me. Appalling customer service to say the least, avoid this company like the plague.
As one of the other reviewers says, Regus promise you anything to get you into their offices then simply couldn't care less and start grabbing as much of your money as they can. We were promised Regus Gold Cards so that we could use other offices around the country, but in the whole year my business rented at Thorpe Park, we never received them in spite of numerous requests.
While my business was in Thorpe Park, we were moved twice - to accommodate larger businesses who need the space our small offices were taking. No choice in the matter. Just had to move!
Their invoicing system is terrible. If you do have the misfortune to rent a Regus office be very careful about reading your invoice. I found bills for national calls that apparently lasted four seconds - and a lot of them. It was never really explained to me how they ended up on my bill, but they were eventually removed when I pointed out they simply could not have happened. I too was plagued by the 12 invoices for one payment because they couldn't get it right.
Some of the management team are OK, but they are clearly managed from above by people who are all about grabbing your money. I notice none of centre managers hang around very long - a sure sign of poor leadership from the top.
I moved out of Thorpe Park in March this year, having been very careful to give written notice well in advance. Having been ripped off for paying pointless 'dilapidations' (no damage was done and we were only in the office a few weeks as we had been forcibly moved into it) and being forced to take their 'virtual' office services for three months after that, guess what? I've just received a bill for £6.00 worth of those weird phone calls.
Really don't go near this company. Better to work from your garden shed than put up with their nonsense.
UPDATE: 3rd October 2013. I wanted to update this review as it is only fair to do so. I have now received a credit note for the incorrect invoice, and appreciate the quick response. Regus are paying attention to this site, and I hope that upper management are taking note of all the issues. I still cannot recommend this company to other small businesses, because of the many issues with hidden charges and invoicing problems which are time consuming to deal with. The staff at our Leeds Regus were absolutely fine, but Regus as a brand really does need to get a different attitude to invoicing - it's part of the service too, guys.
September 2013 - I rented the office at Regus for 1 year and 6 months. In that time, I found the reception staff unable to care for my basic reception needs without many errors. I even had to have my computer replaced as they didn't wrap it properly and it broke on the floor from the courier. My patients were continually upset at the administration errors, with people showing up at wrong times and the experience was negative on my business. Now that I moved out in frustration, they are making it very difficult to get my bond back by giving me vague time frames as to when I will get it after a lengthy time of waiting already. I find the contract to lack transparency. I will never use this company again, and many of the tenants on the floor expressed the same frustrations.
I had the misfortune to take a Regus office and very much regret the experience.
First they promise you the earth then when you are in there are added charges not mentioned at the start. My first invoice which should have been straight forward resulted in 12 invoices and credit notes, and then the next month they messed it up again.
The staff are very pleasant but the management useless. I agreed a leaving date, put it in writing then requested to leave a month early. I had the verbal agreement from the centre General Manager (joke title) he also agreed in an email, and then he backed out of it saying he was wrong and could not be held by it.
I complained and stated I would not pay the last months rent as he agreed I could leave early. I was given a few hours notice that if I did not get all my equipment out of the building I would be locked out.
Then when they have ripped me off for the additional months rent they end up owing me money. Trying to get this deposit back is a nightmare:
• They say they will do it and don’t,
• They say they have to check with accounts and don’t get back to you,
• They say it will be on a date and it doesn’t happen
• Now they are not answering or returning my calls
This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever encountered. Their marketing material even has the audacity to say they have a 100% customer satisfaction and that is bordering on fraud.
DO NOT USE REGUS – HOWEVER DESPERATE YOU ARE FIND ANOTHER OFFICE SUPPLIER
Regus - don't bother saying you are sorry and contact customer service as I already did and got no reply.
I had a few encounters in Regus in the UK. Be very careful with anything you sign and read the fine print five times. The price can change in a week, as if to trap you - you make some moves based on what you agree - then in a week see the offer has changed. There is an exit fee the amount of which is not defined when you enter agreement and then they will charge you. They give you discount to catch you and then try to charge as much as possible. You click a button to see the content of an agreement in an e-mail and suddenly it appears that "you have just accepted it". Centre managers come and go, what you agree with one is not passed on to the other. You need to check and check everything. BEWARE! After a year of severing ties with them. I have just received a "renewal notice" in an e-mail with information that some "blue account" has been created for me - which I have never signed for or had a need for - just a matter of being in their database. Called their customer support - no one knows what is happening and all they can do is to tell me to send an e-mail. Basically - be extremely cautious if you need to use Regus at all. When you find a good deal with them all is nice... in the first months ONLY.
I am an ex-regus customer who fall in the traps of their contract. If you have not decide to use Regus, stay away. If you have used it, be very careful when you want to cancel the service. In my case, we talked to their manager 3 month in advance and their manager agreed it's enough (without a written confirmation). But when we think it's all set and want to leave later, they said we have not notify them. And the worst part, they AUTOMATICALLY renewed our contract for another 12 month !!
What a dirty company.
We are contacting more victims to form a class action lawsuit against Regus. If you are one of them, you can contact us at Regus-Sucks@outlook.com .
Let's act and fight for justice.
Note to the regus robot below: you robotic reply sucks too. And the same to the fake positive review made by your hired guns.
We've sent email to your so called ' customer service' months ago. If Regus does have someone take care of that email account and "REPLY" to EVERY customer voice. I am sure you will take care ours too.
I have recently paid and signed up for the Gold Service. 10 days later; I received an email stating my account has been suspended from use until they receive CVV number form credit card in order to charge the card every month. To this point neither have I received the card or used the service.
Because their system did not collect the required information they suspended the account from use until CVV number is received. It is a very poor practice to penalize the customer when Regus systems require improvement in order to collect correct data when setting up online membership.
I have cancelled the membership and requested a full refund.
I have been a gold card member of Regus for 18 months. I recently have had an issue with wifi in the Glasgow office. Despite contacting customer service 7 times, including an email to the Customer Service Director, nobody has responded to me. On the occasions I have spoken with anyone (to be told someone will call me back / redirected to a voicemail (which cannot accept new mails as too many messages) / redirected to a number that rings out) I have received rude conduct, lack of knowledge and a total lack of commitment or even inclination to help. The office manager in Glasgow promised to contact IT and revert, and I see no evidence that she did either at that time; my email to follow up before I made the trip to the office to work was ignored. I have never in my life felt less valued as a customer. I would not recommend anyone I know to use Regus for anything - clearly my opinion does not, as the email I received directing me to this like claims, matter. Shocking. I do not expect a response from anyone and will be cancelling my contract. I doubt very much the eyes of a Regus staff member will even read this.
The staff at Regus 81 Oxford Street are always helpful and accommodating. If I need to book a meeting room but they have none free they will find alternatives in the local area. I would recommend Regus to anyone.
Only used the offices once for a 1 hour meeting Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would certainly use the facilities again should the need arise.
If I have one complaint, its the heat on the office used. I don't know if they have air-con but we had the have the window open to make it bearable and there was a huge amount of traffic noise. Its probably a one off as it was one of the hottest days of the year.
Over many years hiring business space from Regus has been a most successful process. Friendly and helpful staff have always been able to service our requirements and provide excellent facilities in all circumstances.
Regus was a premier serviced office provider but have become too big to manage clients successfully and are losing clients daily. Their charges are not transparent when signing to join and its difficult to get out of a contract with them once signed. They sell themselves as great on customer service but many of the staff need training who look after the conference facilities etc. I'm middle ground on the offices and services and hope they improve.
The older machiines they used to have here were very easy to use and understand. The ones take some getting used to,I am afraid. I have had to ask more than once how to get onto the internet to check my e-mails! The choice of teas is nice though.
I think Regus offer what I'd describe as a 'heart' a place to share in an atmosphere as well as an office space. I think this is a great support to people starting a new venture.
I was able to book a meeting room at short notice to cater with an out of town request. Room was fine with good support from the desk staff and I had a fruitful meeting with a happy client.
I travel a lot for work, so having a Business Lounge Pass is ideal for making best use of time before, after or between meetings. There's a great choice of locations, lounge facilities and wifi are excellent, Thinkpods mean you can actually get some work done and not have to apologise for the coffee shop background noise on conference calls!
Plus at less than the price of a cup of coffee per visit, it's excellent value for money.
Can't fault apart from the free coffee being instant - would happily recommend otherwise and business lounge was modern, clean and nice working environment.
Business lounges can be very good, and sometime you even get to use the ThinkPod - however the experience differs quite a lot, at least in London where I had:
- Business lounge without wifi, where connectivity was only (and still is) possible with a cable
- Lights on some ThinkPod not working - who should follow repairs?
- Coffee experience, without exception, the worst possible; the 'soluble stick' is the worst coffee available and I believe lounges should offer better; I have noticed however that in some locations tea choice is quite good, and from a good make
- Info via the app, and also online should be more consistent, with better maps and specially with more detailed info about parking, i.e. availability & cost
- Some of the laptop holder on chairs in the most popular places are becoming 'wobbly' and unstable - who should follow update/repairs?
