This company is a disgrace. I emailed and called customer service of 20 times and never heard from anyone. I certainly hear from them every month when they email my invoice. My goal will be to prevent other small businesses from making the same mistake. You can't disregard your clients like that and remain in business. Once the contract was signed, the customer service disappeared. Be reluctant to do business and/or trust your own with these people. BBB is my next call! Wish I had read the online reviews prior to being fooled. Your money is better spent with any other option.
When I initially, joined Regus, I was attracted to the perceived advantages it would have for my business. During the first week my experience was postive, but as time went on I began to notice a change in the treatment I was receiving from the staff. As the only black client at the center, I was continuously treated rudely by the staff, and made to feel uncomfortable. It progressed to a point where I had to voice my feelings towards this treatment. After nothing was done, I decided to leave as it was not in my best interest to continue my business in a place where I felt uncomfortable. I would STRONGLY advise anyone from working with Regus.
I am from their Bangalore office at world trade centre. It's at the southern part of india.
They just make money at any cost and provide little sensitive ness to people. They are the biggest cheats I ever saw. They don't even want to return your own money till they earn interest for a few months....I think I will go legal.
Regus give me the opportunity to have full office support without all of the costs associated with my own office.
The team ensure that my clients get the back up they require from an organisation such as ourselves.
I use Regus at Doxford Park apx twice per week and the staff always make you feel welcome. Nothing is ever a problem to them and take care of my business needs with no fuss. I often meet with clients here and they are also made feel very welcome and comment on how friendly and business like the staff are in particular Nicola.
I have used other Regus offices in the U.K. and although very good, in my opinion Doxford Park is the benchmark for all Regus offices.
As a long-termer (seven years) within the Abbey and now Regus at the St Paul's office I'm always refreshed to see the excellent attitude of all the customer service people - from the people on the reception desk to the Centre Manager - is always really good. Nothing is too much trouble.
I have recently started using the Regus facility in Wood Street and have been very impressed with both the facilities and the service; both of which have been very professional.
The icing on the cake is that the room I book has fabulous views of St.Paul's - not that I have time to stare out of the window of course!
The offices based in Manchester were amazing, room size fair, security excellent, parking expensive but overall an amazing and beautiful set of offices but as for Regus...they had poor customer service, managers took weeks to reply to emails and once the tenancy was over another bill appeared called Business Continuity Service although we had performed no work in the offices due to business partners illness they said this was in the T&Cs but this charge was NOT clear at the initial meeting before taking the offices.

Regus provides me with a place to work wherever I am, perfect for catching up on emails or just getting my head together. The staff are responsive to my needs and with my business world platinum card its all included. Great business tool.
I was really surprised to find everything I need to start running my business for such a small monthly payment! It really is a great idea. I felt regus were not as clear as they could have been in setting out their terms and conditions though.
Regus efficiency is, without doubt, pretty good.
Offices are clean, kitchens well stocked, refreshments never run out. The websites all work well, are easy to navigate. Requests are handled promptly
Yet something is often missing....Passion.
Passion from some of the staff for their jobs. Passion for Regus as an organisation, Passion to be the best. Passion to go beyond the efficient.
If there was a glimmer of Passion in the workplace, then Regus really would be unstoppable. But it's not. Yet.
Firstly my experience with the regus on the great west road, 1000 building and the regus in Arlington square are fantastic right down to the small detail,
i really do have concerns regadring the cobham setup, i have used this place on 3 occasions and each time i keep getting sent the invoice instead of them charging to accounts which states on the requests and then get threatening action if it is not paid i find them ludicrous, i will never use the regus in cobham on the M25 again and i most certainly will not recommend to any of my business colleagues.

I always know what im getting with Regus. I think costs have gone up a little over the last year however. Good standard service, I would be surprised if my colleagues had a negative experience when using their facilities.
Well done, you have provided a very good facility with on site services, this really suited our requirements. we will certainly be coming back to more of your locations.
At short notice I had to book a venue in central London, close to our headquarters. My first point of contact was Sheryl, someone who not only had a friendly and sunny disposition, but who was highly organised and flexible at changing some of our plans at short notice. The meeting room was to a very high standard and everything ran very smoothly on the day with the Regus Citypoint team working to our strict schedule in terms of catering.
We will definitely be using this facility again, given my confidence in this team.
To help grow our company, a year ago I started exploring the idea of renting a serviced office in Brighton. Having previously worked for Cable & Wireless, and one of my former colleagues having looked after Regus, they were already well known to me.
I met with their incredibly helpful and courteous staff and decided to hire a serviced office. We were paying a lot of money for a small space however, the service initially was worth it. For 8 months I remained very happy.
However their service went downhill very quickly after nine months. The first incident involved doubling our bill overnight without telling us in advance. Then it took 20 days to explain why the bill was much higher than normal. It appears they forgot to bill us over £2000 and then suddenly wanted payment for it, but didn't bother to tell us before adding it on our bill. This was the tip of the iceberg it seems. To a small business like us this is inexcusable.
During the whole process of discussing their billing and customer service errors, we were ignored, harassed by credit control, sent threatening emails demanding money even though we were disputing their mistakes, money was taken by Direct Debit when they said they would't, money was taken from our company debit card without authorisation, they stored our card details without our permission, we were threatened with service termination on two occasions, and we were hung up on by their Customer Service Director Suzanne Jackson. Not an impressive sequence of events!
Our experience is that when Regus are good, they are brilliant, but when they are bad you know about it. I feel they don't make all charges clear and customer service is patchy. They could have dealt with our problems much more quickly and sincerely. They did make efforts to put things right by crediting some of the charges, but some of their 'bullying' tactics towards us, feeling left in the dark about what was going on at times, and the time it took to resolve things, left us feeling that our relationship crumbled to a state where it was professionally unrepairable. Personally, I would be very wary about using Regus again.
Modern workspace in a good location. Very useful to productively use the time between/before appointments or as a meeting place. Haven't used the offices but they have a good choice there if you need to organise an interview room or decent sized meeting room.
We have had a virtual office (VO) at the Camberley Regus office for many years now. The service that we receive is excellent. All contact is dealt with in a professional and reliable manner which makes doing business that little bit easier.
We have also used Regus office space at other locations and have been impressed by the ease of booking and also consistently high standards provided at each location. Highly recommended for either office space or virtual offices.
I have been at regus for 4 months now. i decided to go for Regus because it was sold very well . It showed the best customer service and a stress free environment. starting up a new business this look like the best option for me. From day one we have had non stop problems. They have been Under Staffed since Day One. First month was ment to be free! but the sales man made a mistake! even thoe we had emails in black & white proving this we still had to make the payment. After the land lines we where offered to us unlimited calls free , well that wasn't the case , we got charged for every phone call. Regus also provide a receptionist to pick up your calls . we had to put a stop to that because they where not getting answered. We made it clear to the manager that we only signing up for a 6 Month Contract because we where moving our business to a shop on a high road. Even after saying this we have been auto renewed for another 6 months because the new manager said we didnt give 3 months notice , but i have had many conversations with the manager who left 2 weeks ago that we where leaving, This is restricting me from working and moving forward. i am having too many sleepless nights.
Also there is so many hidden costs that you get every month. And i have not recived one correct invoice.
I hold allot of expensive stock in my office and you would think that it would be safe in a locked office at night ? well last week i found out that every key works in my door and my key works in every other office ?? how is my stock safe ?
I have asked to speak to the area director a number of times but i have been told he does not deal with customers.
The new manager cant help me and i really dont no what to do ?
if someone from regus can please help
I am based in potters bar , Maple house , Regus.
Great flexible office solutions at an affordable price
As a "road warrior" I want to be as efficient as possible - Regus enables me to check in and get connected with ease. No distractions ... just smart clean facilities and a good working environment!
Thank you Regus
My Regus Gold Card is a fantastic way of providing working space between my London meetings. I've only once found the Business Lounge full but it was only a 10 minute walk to the next nearest Regus location.
I would recommend Regus to anybody who needs an office space that they are able to meet clients in.
The girls at Newbury pulled out all the stops, to make it easy for me to be able to see my clients with no fuss. I have a lovely quiet room which, gives my clients privacy and security, knowing that they are not going to be overlooked or surrounded by other people. On weekday appointments, my clients are delighted to be greeted by a lovely welcoming reception team, and made to feel very much at ease. My client feedback is amazing!
I truly believe that you can't go far wrong with a Regus room!
I have only used their lounge product rather than the serviced offices (Lounges are offered as an 'incentive' to use paid-for services and I think this is a great idea). Lounges are good, free coffee, tea and water, quality computers.
When I wanted an affordable office space by filling some online enquiry forms, I received about a dozen phone calls...but the first one was from Regus. And it answered all I wanted.
While most office space providers are small and local - which at times can be a good thing, but Regus is both, local and international.
I can do my work anywhere in the country, in lots of cities around the world - and yet it's very affordable.
But there is one more important element that for me I will recommend Regus to evry business professional - and that's the professional team that is very friendly. How can you meet a general manager the first time and feel like you have known then for the last tywo years? That's how I felt like when I met one general manager for the first time. His team is too reflects the same atmosphere.
Regus, thank you.
I now have to visit 3 or 4 centres to find a vacant desk. This is not the convenience that you promised, so be warned - when more of the Virgin Lounges are opened, you will lose a considerable number of your London members.
You have the advantage - open more or enlarge your existing facilities, clean the toilets, put more desks out, and stop the receptionists of very posh buildings looking down their noses when letting us 'riff-raff' in; and you will have many happy small business people and a few bigger ones (we employ 900 people in London).
BOOKED OUT A ROOM FOR A HALF DAY AT REGUS, COBHAM AT THE BEGINNING OF MAY. HAPPENED TO ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY SO THE LADY ON THE DESK SAID IT WAS FINE FOR US TO GO INTO THE ROOM EARLY. ALL WENT WELL UNTIL I NOTICED ANOTHER £150 TAKEN OFF MY CARD YETERDAY (A WHOLE MONTH AFTER THE BOOKING). WHEN I PHONED I WAS TOLD THE REASON WAS WE HAD USED THE ROOM FOR EXTRA TIME!! I WAS PROMISED A CALL BACK TO DISCUSS BUT NOTHING HEARD YET..................
I use the business lounge and it's a great base. The environment is excellent and there is a good range of shops a short walk away down a pretty path by the side of a stream. The staff are friendly, too. The only problem is that the car park is quite often full by 9.30am and I have to park elsewhere. I suspect that some people use the car park as a free way of storing their car while they jet off from nearby Heathrow. I think a system should be introduced to stop this - perhaps asking for all vehicles to have left the main car park by a certain time every evening unless they have a special pass.
I'd been a member for ages but hadn't used the offices, then suddenly I needed to be more flexible geographically and was concerned as to how I could do my desk work as well as be on the move. I expected it to be difficult, noisey and uncomfortable - I thought I had to squeeze into a small space, working around other people. It was not like that at all. I usually have my own desk or room, I can hold meetings, do paired work with colleagues and use the internet easily. Using regus offices has truly added flexibility to my business without the massive overheads. Chrisalys Ltd
