The service from Reidys was excellent, sadly the delivery company that was used let the experience down!
Dealing with Reidys to purchase my Digital Piano was easy. Communication was great throughout and I was kept informed of what stage my order was at. Unfortunately the delivery company that was used (Nightfreight) let Reidys down. I was advised via email that my piano had left Reidys on the Thursday and to expect delivery on the Friday but alas, no delivery or phonecall. The number that was provided to ring them was constantly engaged and I did not manage to speak to anyone at Nightfright at all. Monday I contacted Reidys and Gaynor was extremely helpful and apologetic and did her upmost to find out what happened to my delivery. After a number of phonecalls I finally received the piano on Tuesday lunchtime. The Piano is lovely and the service from Reidys was overall efficient, friendly and prompt.. Sadly only the Nightfreight people have let down the experience.
