Superfast delivery and best price on the net.
Looked around online, when taking delivery costs into account Reidys offered the best price. Ordered at about 1:30 pm, pedal arrived at 11:15 the next morning. Great!

Excellent prompt service

Brillianr Blackburn !
My new Yamaha Clavinova was delivered last Saturday, the lady who organised it's journey from Blackburn was Gaynor who was extremely efficient; the driver arrived at 10.am and was very helpful especially with the lifting ( up two flights of stairs ) and the installation.
I would recommend Reidys to anyone l know who requires a musical instrument.

I would have given a 5 star rating but had some grief trying to enter my address on line (this may have been down to me) so had to order by phone. Your staff were very pleasant to deal with, the guitar arrived at the time stated, really good little free tuner, very pleased with the guitar.

great communication, weird packaging
Ordered 3 pairs of drumsticks, arrived exactly when stated and the comms telling me via txt and email when I would get them were great and very helpful. Only small criticism is that they arrived in a massive box which seemed a bit inappropriate for the goods.

Great prices and free next-day delivery - what's not to like?
Added two guitar pedals to my basket on Monday afternoon, by Tuesday afternoon they had been delivered. No fuss, some of the best online prices I've seen and delivery by the excellent DPD who give you a one-hour slot.
If there's a negative point, it's that I'll probably end up spending more money with Reidys than my wife will approve of...

Well, aa'm ganna tell ye, me amp wos knakered and Aa had a gig cummin' up. Now me marra had gettin a canny one from Reidy's through his computa.So Aa gets mesel doon tiv it, and in ne time the web site woz lowpin'. Aa had pressed owa menny buttons mind, and afore aa knew wot had happin'd there woz THREE amps in me baskit..PANIC! So Aa foned the man up and he fixed it canny, and me amp cum on the Thorsda (2 days later as Aa woz oot on the wednesda) and, mind what a bargin at the price... Neebody, not even Amazon cud match it, and post free and Aall.. It's a Laney AH80 and it's got more lowp that me aad 150 watt (20 year owld). Man, Aa kin tek on the World now! Very pleased with the Epiphone Hummingbird Pro I purchased. The guitar was very well packed even without the extra packaging. Excellent delivery service which allows customer to view the 1 hour delivery slot on the delivery day, so I didn't have to skip lab work all day to wait for my delivery.

Great instrument, well packaged and delivered once available
Didn't find out the instrument I ordered was out of stock until I rang the shop 2 weeks after I ordered it to find out info. But everything after that was great, good communications, got a good discount on a newer model as a goodwill gesture, good delivery and friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Great online catalog, great range and superfast order processing.
I was desperately wanting to buy one of the new Gretsch Bobtail resonator guitars when I read all the reviews, but it was looking like I'd have to import one from the USA at that time. Someone told me to check out Reidy's and yep, there it was. I'd like to say thanks Reidy's for a superb service, and I gotta say thanks Gretsch for making a truly sweet resonator that sounds like it should cost double!

The price is right on the Fender Excelsior
I went for Reidys because their price was substantially lower than other online retailers for this product. £68 cheaper in fact.Delivery was as advertised, and my only gripe would be that the power lead had a European plug instead of a UK one. An easy and cheap fix., so all in all well satisfied.

Would definitely use again!
I had no idea what to get when my husband asked for a guitar for his birthday. I had been given a few personal recommendations and found one for a quarter of the price anywhere else here (even cheaper than eBay!) unfortunately they were out of stock but could not have been more helpful in finding the perfect gift for my husbands birthday and the one they recommended was actually cheaper than the original one I tried to buy (since when does that ever happen?!) They also delivered it last minute so that it was here on time for free and my husband was over the moon! Probably one of the best companies I have purchased from in a long time, definitely recommended!
