Good service at a reasonable price
Having searched locally and on the web I bought a 37 inch Samsung TV from Reliant Direct. I was happy with the price, although I found it cheaper still after. I was a bit concerned at the lenth of time stated as delivery date, but it arrived before that date after I contacted them by phone. Delivery was as stated in a later phone call and on time. The van driver was very pleasant and helfull and helped to open the box to check contents which was fine. A good transaction, with good communication. Will buy from this company again

Fab service, helpful and friendly
What can I say about Reliant Direct? I had never used you before, but your prices were so competitive I just had to give it a go. I certainly wasn't disappointed. Great advice about cables and interconnects for my smart TV when you called me back and a fantastic service on the day you arrived (well done Dave!).

The perfect online/home delivery/installation shopping experience
I'm not a recommending sort of customer. I don't linger on other shopping websites with "advice" or tips for other customers and I don't typically read every review for everything I buy online - too much subjectivity from the fickle UK shopper, in my opinion.
Reliant Direct.... perfect. From browsing the website, to the moment the installation guy (David) took the packaging rubbish from the purchased whitegood and left the premises, the whole experience was perfect. Special mention to the deliverer/installer - helpful, full of good advice, on time, in communication right up to delivery and friendly.
The 5-star rating is no exaggeration - flawless from go to whoa.

Back home for 5 star service
The whole process from initial enquiry to delivery was fast, efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly. When I checked on their website I was surprised to find that they are based about half a mile from where I used to live over 30 years ago, it says something about us Blackpudlians.

Lowest price and great delivery
Bought a led tv. Reliant were the cheapest on the net by a country mile. Got given a delivery day and the tv arrived on the day - no messing. Goods were carried with care and put right where I wanted them.

Nice job Reliant!
I had never heard of Reliant Direct before so I was a bit dubious about buying a large item (46 inch Samsung TV) this way. But they are well established and the reviews are great. I'm going to add another:- best price, quick delivery, and great service. Driver polite and courteous and called 45 minutes before arrival. I would definitely use Reliant again. Keep up the good work! I am delighted with my new TV!!

Great quick good customer service
Order from reliant. They are efficient, polite and I had no problems with them. They have a service where you can get them to phone you an hour before delivery, so you don't have to wait in all day for them to arrive. All good all round

Fast delivery at a great price
Found what I wanted on the website quickly (Samsung UE46ES7000) and at the best price. Saturday delivery was included which is excellent these days, and I got a call from the driver to say he was on his way and would be 30mins, on the day.
Very pleased with purchase and service. I would definitely recommend to people and would buy from Reliant Direct again without hesitation.

smart samsung
Just bought a Samsung ue8000 all singing all dancing smart tv from Reliant Direct, a very smooth and easy transaction with a good on time delivery. The t.v. looks complicated but is very easy to navigate,and the voice and motion controls, while being a bit gimmicky are also easy to use. The picture is excellent and i would fully reccomend the t.v

Honestly an absolutely terrific company. I'll be buying from here again if I need anything they stock.
I was really impressed with all aspects of the transaction. The price was better than any of the competition - the staff were very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable - the communication throughout the entire transaction was perfect, informative without being overbearing - the delivery was right on time and the product was in perfect condition. I wouldn't even bother looking anywhere else in future.

Simply very good and they did exactly as promised. Delivery driver, theirs, phoned 40 mins before arrival to check I was in and all arrived safely.

Ordered a large Samsung Fridge as they had stock and I needed it urgently. The customer service was superb with phone calls to update me on the order process etc. Delivery on time, with a call in advance exactly when we needed it! Will come back for any other things we need! Fantastic job!

Purchased a present for my wife. Fast service and great communication. Just one minor suggestion -. Would have liked my item to have been placed in a box for delivery so the original packaging didn't get damaged. Would use again.

Fantastic service, super fast delivery and amazingly low price!
I contacted Reliant Direct to get some information about a 75" television I was interested in purchasing. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I was so impressed, I ordered the product. This was at 2pm and unbelievably, the product was delivered at 7pm the same day - fantastic. The price of the product was over £1500 cheaper than two very well- known stores so I am one extremely happy customer. Excellent service, price and delivery!

A very straightforward company to deal with.
I bought a very big screen tv and dvd player from Reliant. There prices were the best I could find. They had the products in stock and delivered them immediately. When I called them they answered my queries honestly and were a pleasure to do business with. Deliveries are made using their own transport (not a courier) and their driver was again very helpful.

Excellent customer service
Reliant phoned me after I had placed the online order for a TV to ensure that I had ordered what I wanted and to arrange a delivery time. I later brought forward my desired delivery date and Reliant checked whether there was a slot available while on the phone, and changed the date with no problems. The delivery driver phoned on the stated day to say that he was half an hour away. The delivery was carried out efficiently by a pleasant gentleman who handled the large and heavy package with care. Both the product and and its packaging were in mint condition and obviously not used or returned stock. The television was nearly £100 less expensive than I could find for sale anywhere else on the Internet and £500 cheaper than the most expensive on offer, yet the service was just as good as I have had from any other online store.

3'rd world service in a 1'st world country
I placed an order on a Monday night, so that it will be delivered on a Saturday so as to limit inconvenience to my tenant.
Seeing that I placed the order from abroad, I put down my local contact number in case i need to be contacted. After not receiving any correspondance by the 2nd day I emailed and asked what is the status or my order... I then felt obliged to call due to no feedback. Just to find that my order was unusual and that my transaction has not been process. It would have been appreciated if I was contacted earlier especially while my payment was 'processed' without any problems...by the time I called them they did not have any Saturday delivery slots left. They contact my tenant who left on the Monday for 2 week holiday (without means to clean her clothes).. washing machine was eventually delivered 3 weeks after purchase!
Cant say I will shop here again....

A sound purchase
Getting older, hearing starts to deteriorate, then along comes LCD TV. Great picture but why don't they invent SOUND. Not wanting a room full of speakers I did a search for soundbars. Most seem to be designed for LARGE tv's, but then I read a review on the Toshiba SBM1W. That will do me I thought, so where to buy. After reading reviews on Reliant Direct I decided to try. Am I disappointed? NOT AT ALL. Good pricing and great service. I chose my own day for delivery and an hour before he arrived I received a call from the delivery man to say he was on his way. Bad weather - no problem. So now I can relax and put away the ear trumpet. Thank you Reliant.

Great company, great service!
Website was recommended to us by friends when we were searching for two new TV''s. We had looked around at alternative retailers but when we compared the prices we found Reliant to be over £170 cheaper than our nearest electrical store. We placed the order on the Thursday, paid just £12 for a Sunday delivery and received them bright and early.
Would thoroughly recommend Reliant and will certainly use them again.
