Great, no issues, mentioned a product I was after, they worked hard to get it at the price I wanted to pay for it, it was delivered exactly when scheduled, it was valuable product and the delivery driver was very careful (I'd previously ordered the same product from another supplier and the it was damaged in the van), the delivery driver was excellent, all in all - very good indeed, will definitely use again.
Placed our first ever order with these guys for a top of the range Samsung TV, first impressions, great! Very nice and helpful sales person who did us a great deal, better than we could find anywhere else!! First TV had a fault, contacted them and they arranged to replace within 5 days, brilliant service we thought! Unfortunately when the second TV turned out to have a very annoying fault also and thus we decided we would prefer a full refund (given this was set 2 all in the space of under 3 weeks), things went downhill VERY quickly.No more dealing with a salesperson, only a very rude customer service individual who appeared to take our issue very personally, acting like a petulant child and taking great pleasure informing us that there was nothing they could do as Samsung would not allow the Television to be returned and the matter was now closed, so basically tough luck!
Fortunately we decided to take the matter direct to Samsung, who couldnt have been more helpful and said they would of course accept the television back and tell the Retailer to offer us a full refund.....in fact as it turned out, they had never refused to accept the set back in the first place, so it appeared Reliant Directs Customer services simply didnt want to help us out on this occasion.Now whether that is actual Reliant Direct policy or simply one individual given too much power is hard to say? Anyway we eventually had the television collected and a week later a full refund was offered.....big relief to say the least. In the end we decided to keep our old television and buy something completely different!! So to sum up, great sales people, great deals, but horrible customer service! All in all, our worst online experience in over 10 years.
I bought my 64" plasma tv from Reliant as they offered the cheapest price. It was delivered promptly and the delivery driver was very courteous and professional. There was slight cosmetic damage to the set which I discovered after unpacking. However, I spoke to customer services and they solved the problem. I gauge a company's reputation on after-sales service and Reliant direct provided me with exactly that, perfect in all aspects. I will certainly be a return customer, thank you.
I actually found this retailer by using Trust Pilot and feel it would be an injustice not to write my own account of buying from them.

I was very impressed with the way they looked after my older. From the initial order on their website, the tracking of the dispatch to the actual delivery. Extreme care was taken at every stage. I would thoroughly recommend buying anything from this company.
This wine cooler was available elsewhere but at a higher price. It arrived exactly when they said it would and the courier called to say he was on the way. I would definitely use Reliant again.
The thing that impressed me most was that after going through the checkout process & ditching out when my delivery date was unavailable, they phoned me and offered a suitable alternative along with a couple of free extras thrown in. I was not pressured - or even asked - to complete the transaction over the phone, instead he just told me what they could do for me & left me to choose whether to go back to the website & complete the sale. Upon doing this he recognised that my order had gone through & called me back to assure me that the correct delivery date & the free extras had been arranged as promised.
Above & beyond. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Bought a Samsung F40 8000 TV, led here initially by the best price.
But was delighted to find that the back up service was equally as good,
had a courtesy call from John to let me know about the delivery and to
check I'd be in that day etc.
Also impressed that he was able to answer my techno questions and obviously new
the equipment, beyond the traditional spec list.

I ordered a Samsung Ecobubble washing machine online picked the delivery date and the machine was delivered by a helpful delivery guy on the day stipulated. Good price, good service and quiet and efficient washing machine.
fantastic old fashioned approach to customer service, advance calls and confirmation of delivery time. We had a faulty item - no problem, offered a selection of days for pick up and replacement, even able to do a Sunday.

How can one fault a perfect transaction.
Reliant Direct are there for the customer, nothing is too much trouble. I knew what I wanted and a call to customer services secured it at a great price with no hassle at all. it was delivered when promised as well. I will use again.
From the first phone call to the final delivery of my T.V. and blue Ray player, it was great to deal with such understanding and helpful staff. Having not used Reliant Direct before we were a little apprehensive, however after reading the reviews we felt we had no need to worry. David Hornby ( the Manager), helped me with the order and he is a credit to the company , he is extremely patient and has a wealth of knowledge. He arranged delivery within a 2 day period and emailed all details as promised. The delivery driver also called Dave was excellent, he called me the night before delivery to confirm his arrival time. Will definitely use this company again and would recommend without hesitation. Nice to see good customer service is still out there :0).
Lethe price was the best and I was worried so looked through other reviews which were all positive. This is exactly my experience the price was the lowest and the service on the phone and delivery was excellent.
Ordering online was simple. The television that I had ordered was out of stock, as a newer model had taken it`s place. This was explained to me. The newer model was pricier, but the customer services department gave me a good deal. I was happy to proceed with the order. It was delivered on the date agreed, even though I live in the North of Scotland. The delivery guy gave me a call the previous evening to give me an approximate delivery time,(between 7 & 8 am), which was exact. The television is up and running. No problems there. All in all, a first class service. Any future electrical requirements that I will need, I know where my starting point will be. A big thank you to all at Reliant Direct
I ordered the TV I wanted from the Reliant web on the basis that it was the best price I could find and it was showing in stock. The next day I got a phone call to tell me that, contrary to what it said on the web site, the TV was not in stock and as it was discontinued they could not supply it. I was then offered a later model at a higher, but not such a competitive, price. Hmmm, maybe it's my suspicious nature but this didn't sound good!
Eventually, after a little negotiation I was able to secure a deal which I thought was fair. The new TV was delivered at exactly the date and time agreed.
The sales person at Reliant was very apologetic and helpful. As long as the 'web site' problem I experienced isn't a regular business practice I would give them the benefit of the doubt and say that I am now a very satisfied customer and still rate them 5 stars.
Spend a large amount of money on new Samsung 75" tv so keen to try and get best value but still speak to someone with knowledge. Their salesman John was very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time ensure I obtained correct mount etc. He also took the time to explain the Samsung cash back scheme which allowed me £300 off another Samsung product. Delivery guy was excellent. Very helpful indeed and an excellent ambassador for his company. All round a good experience.
Reliant Direct were at least £50 cheaper than other retailers for the smart TV I wanted - and their price included delivery (by their own drivers, not some couldn't-care-less courier firm). Communication with customer service was excellent and the TV was delivered on time. For a small additional fee the TV was set up for us and all packaging removed. God knows I've bought enough kit in my time to know good service when I see it - and Reliant delivers! Heartily recommended.

I did quite a bit of research both on the internet and at the retail parks before buying the soundbar to compliment my new TV.
What I couldnt understand was how almost everyone else was consistently charging £350 'ish for the item (and sometimes a lot more), but Reliant Direct was in at less than £270 with free delivery ?????
I pondered for a few days having never heard of them before, did a bit of research on their website and read the reviews. I even phoned them to ask a couple of technical queries that I had. These were answered quickly and comprehensively.
And so I took the plunge. Their website was easy to use, I had the ability to pick a delivery date that suited me, and so I arranged for delivery to my workplace 2 days later.
I guess I was thinking that it would all end in tears as I still couldnt work out the price differential (almost 25%), more if you counted the lack of delivery costs.
The email confirmations and contact was perfect. This was followed up by a phone call 24 hours before delivery to confirm details etc and to ask if I had any questions or concerns about setting up my new purchase from a very knowledgeable gentleman.
The parcel was duly delivered by one of their own delivery vehicles, exactly when they said!!
I am still bemused by the experience but I could not recommend their service highly enough! It has just confirmed a long held thought that the high street is ripping everyone off......
Ordered a Samsung washing machine. Cheapest I ccould find on internet. Chose a date on line. Had a call back to confirm details and date - not a call to sell extra warranty. Phone call the evening before to give me exact time of delivery. Really pleasant delivery man, company's own delivery not a third party. Offered to help me unpack - that's a first for me. What more can I say - I would use them again in a heartbeat. Obviously I can't speak about after sales service but on the evidence so far, I would feel pretty confident.
I needed my fridge as quickly as possible. Not only they provided me with the fastest delivery(when all other failed) they kept me informed through the whole delivery process. They delivery driver was very helpful as well and made sure he places both the items exactly where I wanted.
The people on the phone were very courteous and helpful. I will be using them for all my future on-line appliance purchases.
