First class service - highly recommended
The remote control in one of my B&B rooms stopped working - with guests in residence! Ordered a replacement and it arrived the next day. You can't ask for more than that!! Great, speedy service!

Does Exactly What It Says On The Tin!
I bought the JVC MR-C1905S remote control for my Dad, who's 89. I was expecting to have to re-tune his TV or tune in the new remote control to get it to work. But no, I pulled the new remote out of the box, put in the batteries (which were supplied with it!) and pressed the 'On' button - and it worked!! As simple as that. No fuss, no messing about, it was great. I could hardly believe my luck at how simple it was.
I'd shopped around on the internet before purchasing and seen the same product that was much more expensive. I have to say I was concerned (because this one was so much cheaper) that it would be poor quality or wouldn't work. But it's great.
The layout of the buttons are slightly different to the original remote that came with the TV but they're clearly marked and my Dad has had no problems at all using it.
The service from the Remote Control Shop was brilliant. The remote control arrived by first class post the day after I placed the order.
We've used them before and I really have no reservations about recommending both the products they sell and the company themselves.

Replacement remote control for kitchen tv
I ordered a new remote control online early Tuesday morning, it arrived in the post Wednesday afternoon.
I went for the replacement remote control and not the original. The buttons are in a different position but they are all there. I put the supplied batteries in and it works perfectly. This is the place to go to for new/extra remote controls

difficult....
The remote didn't arrive till late Saturday (ordered Wednesday) but that probably the terrible post round here.
I'm finding it difficult to work out what does what. It is certainly not as easy to use as the Humax original (which keeps jamming). I need to keep exploring it to see how to access the recorded TV and other features. It is possible, but a bit hit and miss. I don't want to buy another Humax one as it is more expensive and seemingly they do jam.

can't believe how fast it arrived!
Great service. we'd been looking for this remote for months since the original was broken by the children. It became essential when local retuning occurred and we were without telly. Thought it might have taken a couple of weeks to arrive but it arrived within 48 hours of making the order (which we did late at night so really much less than 2 days). thanks.

Fantastic company with great products and superb service
Ordering a replacement remote control could not have been easier. I was a little uncertain whether a replacement would do the job, but on the basis of other reviews of the site / company, decided to go ahead. The remote arrived the next day, and although different in appearance and layout, has exactly the same functionality and is exactly what I wanted. A replacement was half the price of an original too.

Excellent service
My remote for my freeview box had got very old and some of the buttons were no longer working. I put the freeview box product number on remote-controls-shop website and it told me what remote I needed to replace it. Ordering it was easy and it came quickly without any problem. I immediately put the batteries in (that came with it at no extra cost) and used the remote to control the freeview box problem-free for the first time in ages!

Prompt service saved the day after dog chewed the remote!

Excellent Service and Very Quick Delivery
I was not sure what remote control I needed so I contacted the company and told them my problem. After speaking to an adviser I ordered and received my new remote control next morning . Amazingly quick . Unfortunately we couldn't get the remote control to do what we wanted so i rung the company and spoke to the technical department who were so helpful .I had ordered the wrong control as I gave the adviser the wrong info My fault !! The very helpful technical department advised me what I needed and I received again the next morning in the post . Very Impressed.

I ordered the remote at 11:45 on Wednesday, it arrived mid day post on Thursday.
Popped in the supplied batteries and it worked immediately with no set up required.
It comes with a list of keys mapped to functions and the only one I needed to look up was the media library key.

Successful remote at last
The original remote that came with the recorder was difficult to use and the buttons didn't react to my requirements. The parrot did us all a favour and removed some of the buttons from the remote rendering it useless. Went onto web site and entered model of recorder and ordered the remote recommended. It came within two days of ordering and is absolutely superb. The buttons don't stick and the recorder reacts to the remotes command.

Exactly what was wanted
The remote was a replacement and had all the functionality of the original. The service from the Remote-Control Shop was efficient with the remote being received within two days of ordering. It worked first time; there was no set-up involved. A small but important point was the inclusion of the batteries.

I would definitely recommend this company
I bought this to replace a broken one. The replacement 'official' one would cost £30 but this was advertised for £12. It said it did exactly the same as the old one so I bought it. It is just as described and does all the same things as the old one including a programme guide button. It also arrived within a couple of days even though it said it could be longer than that. Very pleased.
