Scam! Avoid!

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from remote-island.co.uk They are obviously a total scam: they have not replied to my emails and I haven't had a wiff of my order since Feb. I have now started proceedings against them with the help of my credit card company.

Fake products, terrible customer service

This company is a total rip off and should be shut down. The plane they advertised was not what they sent me. What they sent me was a cheap piece of rubbish. When I asked for a refund in line with my statutory rights they refused and became aggressive. This company has gone out of business at least once and reopened the following day. Avoid, it's a scam.

COMPLETELY ILLEGAL PRACTICES

This company will rip you off and they make sure they do the very best they can to avoid the consequences. There is no phone number to contact them on and they make their trading address difficult to understand.

Remote Island, if you read this, make sure you understand that people like you do not succeed in British society, where the majority of people are decent and honest. You have no place in business or in this country.

avoid this company

i bought a r/c dynam snowbird model plane,when i received it,it was found to be faulty prop only goes round for short time that is when it goes round at all.I sent 2 emails requesting a return number,they do not have any telephones,but they have not replied. we are one week in now and looks like i will have to turn to legal action to recover my £60.00. In the meantime i have found several other people in the same boat, GOOGLE (remote-island reviews)

I ordered one orange lamborghini and I was sent a black lamborgini, the black model is a different one as ordere,

Awful Company. Buy elsewhere

This company shipped me the wrong item, and then expected me to pay to return it, and then pay shipping on the correct item. I've never had such bad service before. I really really advise you to shop elsewhere.
