The worst online retailer EVER
The worst online retailer I've ever used.
Order product at their recommendation to receive it over a week later and find it doesnt work. Product was shipped from France.
Cannot contact on the phone to request a return, eventaully responded to 3rd email advising to return item at my cost to France!!!

Cheapest Original on the Internet
Having searched for my garage remote control both on the internet and local companies, I was originally sceptical about placing an order but proceeded ahead anyway. The remotes arrived as stated the next day and work fabulously. Would definitely recommend this company.

Amazingly good service
Once on the website I felt very confident. It was very easy to identify the product needed for our garage door. I had dropped the remote that came with the door and it stopped working. I ordered the replacement on Monday and was totally amazed when the DHL delivery driver came to find me in the back garden on Wednesday morning less than 48 hours later. I held my breath while following the very clear instructions and was delighted to see a reassuring blue light on the remote which suggested something was happening. It all seemed too easy as I was bracing myself for loads of trial and error and phone calls to Paris for assistance. It worked first time with no hiccoughs or problems of any sort. Wonderful to have our garage door back in easy use.

A1 product at a good price would purchase from them again.
The remote controls I purchased from Remotecontrol Express were A1 and work brilliant and were easy to reset for my garage. The delivery was quick.

Best for Remotes
Web site suggested a different remote from that being replaced....the replacment is just superb quality finish, not fragile plastic like the original but a quality product. I wish I had replaced the garage remote at the same time and saved the postage!

Excellent website, easy to find what I wanted and fast service
I wanted to replace an old remote for my garage door. It was easy to find what I wanted an even that it had been upgraded. Instruction on how to program it were available and easy to follow. It was easy to order and delivery was super fast. An excellent service and I would definitely recommend RemoteControl Express to anyone.

Great - products and good cross reference
Was looking for two remotes to replace broken cases. The website basically told me that similar products at half the price would do the job and they did!

waste of money
Good delivery promptly but product would not work even though I copied the code from the one I had which works. If I wanted to return it which they were willing to accept it would have cost by signed for delivery as it was to France £39.36

Not compatible
After trying many times to phone you, so far unable to contact you.Also e-mails go unheeded . The rem.control will not tune in, not after many tries. Pity for I like the look of the control. Ordered from a different supplier. Arrived the next day and took 5 sec to tune in. I am now waiting for instructions to return your control.

COULD'NT BE BETTER
I wanted to replace a defective and old garage door key fob. One of the staff (Seb) with whom I communicated a number of times could not have been more helpful.
He was eventually able to identify and track down a suitabe replacement.
The new fob arrived from France and now works well.

Brilliantly fast - good telephone help initially.
Nothing to fault - I needed an electronic gate opener. Was available, but was offered an alternative which was two at the same price as one of mine. It worked and the telephone call was quickly and helpfully dealt with when I asked to clarify.

Speedy accurate service
I wanted to replace a Garador remote control, when ordering the site offered me a cheaper alternative. I chose this.
It was delivered speedily. Once I had worked out the programming, use the info they send not the badly translated instruction in the packet, all works very well.

I ordered the wrong parts, my mistake and Sebastian at the other end sorted out over the phone. Once the incorrect items are returned he will send a system that will make my electric garage door system work. Great service and support.

Wont buy from again
Paid for 24 hr delivery when ordering on Thursday evening finally got it Monday evening not much wrong with the control but the service did not impress me and future orders will be done via Amazon and Ebay. Spoke to DHL and they told me they dont even offer the 24 hour service i had paid for.

Great service
When we got our order, we found that one of the remotes didn't work. RemoteControl Express were great at trying to fix it and, when that didn't work, sorted out how to get the replacement easily and efficiently. Would definitely use again (and probably will as we have washed so many remotes!!!)

Futureproof purchasing from a onestop shop there is only one Remote Control Express
I was stuck with my car in the garage and no way to get it out for work next Monday...
Remote Control express to the rescue with the right replacement, first time and with no hassle or delay i was up and running before the weekend end, I have their number filed on the cloud now it would do you good to follow suite there is only one and thats all you will ever need, in fact I am going to send for a spare just in case after all the updated remote is much cooler than the old one ...... and all for a price you can afford

Painless replacement, except to wallet

Great quick service.
No problems at all with using the company. l would highly recommend them. Their site was easy to use, and find the garage remote l was after.

Ordered the cheaper alternative from them but wasn't much good and so they agreed to exchange it without any fuss at all. Even though they are based in France the telephone No you ring is in the UK and they speak good English. So swapped my remote for the manufacturers one they sell, but it had two extra dip switches so I emailed them and they came straight back with the solution (turn the last two to off on the base station and the other remote). Brilliant! very pleased customer.

Excellent service. Concise instructions on programming the new remote control
The written instructions included with the remote made "pairing" the new remote with my old one,which was still operable, made the exercise really easy.
The delivery from France was made easy by the tracking service. First class service all round.
