I was very happy with the advice I received, I have used them twice and on both occasions found the service excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly and their prices cheaper than I was quoted in Ipswich, access to their premises was easy with plenty of parking and I cannot recommend them too much.
This is the third repair i have had with Repirs4 and i have to say i was unhappy with the service every time. Mainly the fact that repairs take 2-3 weeks. If you need a quick turn around on your phone i honestly wouldn't send it here. Good luck if you do!!
Absolutely ridiculous. I approached this service with promises from their website that their service is quick, reliable and would be completed within 24 hours. The staffs were polite through emails (which I had bombarded them with day-by-day), but I found what they said to be twisting one another and whatever they said (i.e, you shall get your phone back by the end of this week) was just met with oh, sorry, we meant end of next week. I had my iPhone screen fixed within ten minutes at a repair store after making an appointment, it really should not be that difficult. It is their priority as a service to ensure that they get their parts from whatever supplier they source from ready for their customers, it is not a matter for the customers to wait longer due to their mistakes and inconsistencies. The sort of service they are offering to their customers is absolutely unacceptable as it not only shows that their service is slow and unreliable, it also shows that their staffs are extremely disorganised. Needless to say, after waiting for nearly two weeks and being told (only when I made an enquiry, they did not have the courtesy to inform me themselves) that I will only be getting it back in a week's time, I could not comprehend it any longer and asked for a refund and for them to mail me back my (still-broken) iPhone. Extremely disappointed, do not use them.
I used this company after searching the web for an iPhone 4 repair service. Apple and istore prefer not to fix older kit so I needed an alternative. This company were very responsive and kept me informed throughout. Very happy with the whole experience and there is a 12 month warranty on the work done.
I sent my phone off expecting to get it back within 3-5 days it was almost 3 weeks before it was returned. This was due to two delays on the company's side of things, the first delay was communicated to me the second was not!! The only way I fould out about it was by making an enquiry. The repair so far appears to be fine.

I sent away an iphone 4 I’d replaced the screen on that had then developed a front camera issue. Customer service was exceptional. The quality and price of the repair was second to none. I’ve stopped fixing iphones now; I simply point everyone in the direction of repairs4.
I have to say that this is the worst company I have ever used, and I will surely never be using their services again, i fact I suggest you close down, because you are an extremely useless site.
I sent my phone off on the 18th April 2013, and they received it on the 19th of April, as I had sent in <external link removed> Special Delivery, but I didn't get any confirmation that my phone had been received until the day after, when I tracked the status of the phone. The site states that it is a 24 hour turnaround period, they had my phone for over two weeks. When I sent in my phone, i believed it would be a quick and fast repair, but it was not, the status of the phone remained as 'Device Received' until the 23rd of April 2013, when I had to email them, I have to say it was a fairly quick response, they said that the parts for my repair were due on the 30th of april, I was angry at this because they said it was due on the 22nd originally, but the supplier had a delay of 7 DAYS apparently. So initially, i thought to wait for my phone, as it was promised that I would get it back by the 3rd of may, I got it back alright, only after I requested it back and a full refund, so I have got it back now, the way I sent it. I emailed them again on the 1st of may, wondering why the status of my repair had still not been changed, i got an email back saying 'My deepest apologies for the delay updating you regarding your device. I am so very sorry but checking with our stores department your part has still not arrived with us. Speaking with my manager they unfortunately have been refused upon receipt due to the quality of the screens and our technicians not being happy to fit them to your phone. We have replacements due with us on Wednesday of next week but understanding this means you will be without your phone for longer we are happy to return your phone along with a refund of your repair.
We will ship the phone back to you tomorrow and a tracking number will be sent confirming.
My sincerest apologies again and if there are any questions we can help with please feel free to contact us.' I was furious, ANOTHER WHOLE WEEK! THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO TELL ME THIS, I HAD TO EMAIL THEM! My nightmare continued, when I received another email to say my phone was due back on the 7th of may UNREPAIRED! i was angry that there was no next day delivery, and emailed them to ask, of course they got the information wrong, and I have recieved my phone today, I have now sent my phone to http://iphone-surgery.co.uk/ which I think everyone should use, they aren't as cheap, but I can assure you, that you wouldn't get this abuse from them. Repairs4.com should be giving their customers more than a refund, they're con men. I strongly suggest, that you change the details of your site to more than a 24 hour turnaround, it is extremely misleading. I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN, AND I WILL BE BLACK LISTING IT TO EVERYONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM WITH AN IDEVICE. Just for the record, my phone screen was cracked, it was an apple Iphone 5.

Had to ask for a return because 9 days after recieving my phone the single trained chimp they must have doing all these repairs hadnt even got around to ordering the correct glass. Apparantly "the wrong colour model had been ordered' this was quite obviously an attempt on the behalf of the CSA to make it sound like at least some attempt at a repiar had occured!
As the next day was the start of the bank holiday I requested my phone be sent back. This unprofessional operation clearly takes on as much work as possible despite being copmpletely unable to offer the services they offer. Just read the past reviews that I so foolishly ignored. I will now be taking my handset to Kensington high street where I can be assured of a profesional service
Item (iPad Mini) was eventually repaired after 3-4 weeks and returned. Poor communications throughout with the exception of one person towards to end of the process but damage already done. As for the repair itself it seemed god at first but quickly the adhesive used to stick down the new glass has started to peel away in one corner. I have applied new adhesive myself which has done the trick as did not want to send it back and face another 4 weeks without the device.
Tried their best I suppose but lack of updates and broken promises left a sour taste.
A second item could not be repaired (iPhone 4s with no GSM signal).
Was hopeful of using to contract a number of repairs to repairs4 but now do not have the confidence in doing so.
Ipad 3 broken screen: The price was good but the parts are not apple supplied. The quality of the repeat was also of high quality. the main issue was that the repair took two weeks. The website implies a one day turnaround, on receipt they indicated a three day turnaround but in the end it took two weeks with a fair amount of chasing. Overall expectatations were not met.
I would advise repairs4u to make sure that the order is fulfilled before sending customer feedback requests out. The order status said they were waiting for a part - but surely iPhone screens should be in constant stock for a phone repair company?
Sent phone to this company due to the reviews stating a quick turnaround. Unfortunately my phone took over a week to repair apparently due to a sudden influx of repairs! There was no real explanation other than this but wasnt expecting it to be delayed for so long as took 4 days to tell me this.
Repair was done to very good standard but just time delay that disappointed me as needed a quick turnaround as use phone for work. Will reconsider using this company again.
Repairs4.com took my broken iPad mini, that had already been partially dismantled, along with a replacement digitiser glass that I had purchased in an attempt to first repair it myself, and then get repaired in a high-street repair centre when I figured out I couldn't do it without prior experience. The high street store scratched their heads for 5 weeks and were unable to obtain all the parts need to fix it, so I took it back and looked for an alternative repoairer.
Repairs4.com happily took what I thought was a deceased iPad, along with the replavement digitiser and fixed it in 4 days.
I'd most certainly use them again. Great value for money, superb communications, friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Well done!
I sent off my iphone to have a screen repaired seeing all the good reviews and although my phone returned fixed, it took two weeks when I was told it was two-day-turn-around. This was very inconvenient but they did email constantly with updates which I appreciated and the price is really reasonable. Would probably end up using again but hopefully next time it won't take so long!

I wanted only parts sending as my son had broken his screen on his samsung galaxy s3. Spoke to customer service and the lady was brilliant, , Sent it Saturday morning delivery , She gave me pointers on how to fit it . Would def use again . 1st class service
I would never use this company again, I was initially told that the repair would take approx 3 days, after many phone calls and emails I eventually received my phone back 3 weeks later. The phone went there with the camera working fine but when it was returned from this easy repair it was not working at all. It was collected free of charge and returned to have the camera fixed, again I was promised a quick repair of 3 days, it was eventually returned after just over 2 weeks. I hope that the company read this and tries to improve the service it provides to it's future customers. Maybe they are trying to take on too much work and cannot keep the promises they make, who knows!
Web site states 24 hour turnaround. This became 3 - 5 days on receipt of device. Then there was an issue with the fix which delayed it by several more days. Repairs4 kept in touch and responded to queries promptly so I would use them again, but disappointed with slow turnaround of repair.
My phone was dropped and the back smashed. Repairs4 Ltd replaced the back with a new one and I received it within 5 days. Looks like new. Would definitely recommend this site and very reasonable price too.
I had sent my Galaxy S3 for a screen repair, a cracked glass .
I was kept fully informed by text and email, of the progress of my repair and return by courier I was given a time and date for the return of my phone.
My phone is now back like new.
I would recomend the company to all my friends and family.

sent my phone to them with a crack screen about two weeks ago got it back fast no problem only when I started I notice the button in the middle was not flash with the screen it has now pop back in place. the touch screen seams to not work as it did before.
I've been told that it could be that as they left a tiny chip in the corner from the old glass.
Chose these guys because the pricing was keen and they seemed to offer a same day return. In reality it took 7 days from sending the phone off til getting it back. Repair was good although screen seems not stuck to the led sensor screen fully so there is sometimes less sensitivity than with its original screen. I'm assuming this is standard for a replacement screen though. I emailed them a couple of times to check on progress as it was taking longer than I expected and got prompt satisfactory responses. Overall I would recommend this service.
They claim a 24hr turn around on their website but took 2weeks to repair my daughters ipad screen.
They never let me know that there was such a delay for a routine repair. I emailed them and still got nowhere. Only after I rang them did they respond by sending it back.
I never knew it was that easy to get an iPhone repaired. Most helpful company I've used. The repair was quick and they kept us updated by phone and email. Excellent in every way
After being recommended by a colleague I ordered the fault diagnosis item which repairs4.com states - Our fault diagnosis service could take up to 3 working days depending on the extent of the damage and the repairs necessary
It took 8 working days (12 in all) to turn around a faulty iPhone 4 docking connector.
Phone is fixed but slow service has left a sour taste. Would think twice before using again.
I sent in a SGS II to have it's glass replaced with web indicating it was a 24hr turn around service.
The web only said they offered SGSIII screen replacements but someone in customer services told me on the phone they did the same for SGS II for the same price.
Sent in my phone and it took about 3 weeks to get it back. I got excuses that the part wasn't in for over a week and then some other stories. I arranged six or seven call backs to be advised on progress and was not once called back by the arranged time. I always needed to call the company and got apologised to and some story on why my repair was being delayed.
Part of the way through this saga I was told that I not only needed the glass replaced on my phone but also the underlying AMOLED screen! The screen seemed to be working fine when I sent it in so I'm a bit dubious of that assessment, but Repairs4 gave me a full replacement screen, at no additional cost, due to the delay in my repair, which would be quite nice if I was sure the phone needed it!
In summary, if you don't want your kit back in a hurry, think about using these guys as they are quite well priced... you may be luckier than me with service times and not need to contact their customer services staff that, though super polite on the phone when called, would not keep to agreed call backs.

After being told by Apple that they could not fix my ipad (it was 1 year and 1 month old) - it was a closed unit and could not be opened!
They weren't going to do anything for me and if I want a new one I would have to buy one. I think thier reprasentative's response was - sometimes these things last a long time - sometimes they dont!
I was absolutely bowled over by their arrogance - considereing that I have all of their products. They are even being seen as arrogant in the Chinese Market! Big mistake.
I sent my iPad off on the thrusday and got it back the following thrusday - as good as new! i highly recomend this company.

Sent my galaxy s3 with a cracked screen to repairs4. I was told it would take a few days. couple of weeks later received my phone which didnt work so sent it back a couple weeks later again receivd my phone that now freezers quiet alot if you press the screen to hard ,i have to lock the phone an open it again to get it working im not even going to bother sending it back again just to wait weeks an probably have a new problem think I can put up with it for now untill I get a new one. phone worked fine before apart from crack in the screen wish id of left it how it was . Wouldnt recomend to anyone. Kind friendly lady on the phone tho must of spoke to her 20 times to see if my phone was ready.
