Absolutely ridiculous. I approached this service with promises from their website that their service is quick, reliable and would be completed within 24 hours. The staffs were polite through emails (which I had bombarded them with day-by-day), but I found what they said to be twisting one another and whatever they said (i.e, you shall get your phone back by the end of this week) was just met with oh, sorry, we meant end of next week. I had my iPhone screen fixed within ten minutes at a repair store after making an appointment, it really should not be that difficult. It is their priority as a service to ensure that they get their parts from whatever supplier they source from ready for their customers, it is not a matter for the customers to wait longer due to their mistakes and inconsistencies. The sort of service they are offering to their customers is absolutely unacceptable as it not only shows that their service is slow and unreliable, it also shows that their staffs are extremely disorganised. Needless to say, after waiting for nearly two weeks and being told (only when I made an enquiry, they did not have the courtesy to inform me themselves) that I will only be getting it back in a week's time, I could not comprehend it any longer and asked for a refund and for them to mail me back my (still-broken) iPhone. Extremely disappointed, do not use them.
Repairs4Limited were absolutely brilliant. The service was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. They got my son's iphone back as promised before his return to university, it's like a new phone. Thank You
I wanted only parts sending as my son had broken his screen on his samsung galaxy s3. Spoke to customer service and the lady was brilliant, , Sent it Saturday morning delivery , She gave me pointers on how to fit it . Would def use again . 1st class service
My phone was dropped and the back smashed. Repairs4 Ltd replaced the back with a new one and I received it within 5 days. Looks like new. Would definitely recommend this site and very reasonable price too.
I had sent my Galaxy S3 for a screen repair, a cracked glass .
I was kept fully informed by text and email, of the progress of my repair and return by courier I was given a time and date for the return of my phone.
My phone is now back like new.
I would recomend the company to all my friends and family.

Chose these guys because the pricing was keen and they seemed to offer a same day return. In reality it took 7 days from sending the phone off til getting it back. Repair was good although screen seems not stuck to the led sensor screen fully so there is sometimes less sensitivity than with its original screen. I'm assuming this is standard for a replacement screen though. I emailed them a couple of times to check on progress as it was taking longer than I expected and got prompt satisfactory responses. Overall I would recommend this service.
UPDATE 09AUG2013: Beware! This company WILL try and get your review removed if it is negative! I have recently been requested to provide proof of my order to ensure that it is legitimate 5 MONTHS after my order by providing an invoice or order confirmation. I don't have either of these but hopefully printing the order page from their website will be sufficient as proof, otherwise I have a long e-mail chain with them from my initial complaint which I will provide as additional proof. So if you write a negative review, be sure to keep your order confirmation as Repairs4.com will use under-handed tactics to try and get your review removed to ensure their average rating stays high. Look at other reviews around the date of my original review (08APR2013), a lot of them have been reported for being false. These are most likely the negatives as the 5 star reviews are still there for all to see. My rating has now reduced from 2 stars to 1 because of this.
I also encountered issues with the length of time this took to get repaired. In total, the service took 24 days from sending the phone out (which they received next day) to when I received it back. Customer service was good at first but then gradually deteriorated, not updating me at promised intervals. The fault diagnosis took 10 days alone, which for a service advertised as 24 hour repairs is simply unacceptable. Amongst other repairs, I paid £30 for a housing and bezel rebuild which was done to a poor standard leaving a visible gap between the housing and bezel and causing the mute button to constantly slip into the mute position. Very poor throughout.
UPDATE 16APR2013: After contacting the company, they offered a new back housing at no extra cost (except for sending the phone back out to them). Customer service was excellent this time, very prompt to respond to my e-mails and had the job done within a week. It would have been quicker but they had a parts issue which delayed it. However since the phone has returned for a second time the vibrator is now intermittent where it will frequently stop working after 1 or 2 vibrates as if the motor is vibrating itself out of position. If I shake the phone, it will start working again for a short while. Whilst not a major issue to me, I question their quality control checks as it doesn't seem to be comprehensive. For that reason, I can only increase my rating from 1 star to 2.

I had sent my son's phone with a cracked screen on recommendation and as they were one of the few companies able to undertake this repair and by far the cheapest. although the repair took a little longer than originally promised, I was kept informed every step of the way by Rebecca. every time she promised to phone, she called me with another update. Nothing was too much trouble and the phone appeared repaired to a very high standard. Cue one very happy son !!!!

They were very good. I did not realise that you could take your iphone to anyone but Apple. Prices very reasonable....so I would highly recommend them. I will certainly use them again as I have 4 iphones in my family which are all subject to wear and tear!!

Repairs4 were recommended by a friend and I found them to be perfect in every way - even through they couldn't fix my phone!!
My Iphone 4S ended up in the toilet and suffered water damage, after dropping it off to Repairs4 they tested it, found it to be beyond economical repair and supplied me with an official letter for my insurance company without any problems at all. Very impressed indeed!
Was kept well informed of progress as they fixed my iPhone and is as good as new since repair. Only quibble is I wish the service could have been a bit speedier as two weeks was a long time to be without my phone.
The battery on my Iphone was failing. I sent the phone off to Repairs4 on Tuesday and they rang me on Wednesday to say that they had received it. I received the phone back the following tuesday and it has been fine since. I would recommend the company as the cost was very reasonable.
Very good service. A colleague of mine lived near to the repair center so dropped my phone in for me and was able to pick it up the next day. They were very helpful on the phone when I rang to make the arrangements, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. A very polite, friendly and professional service. Highly recommended!!
First and foremost, MY PHONE IS FIXED, for which I am eternally grateful.
It has showed me how much I am reliant on my phone.The first impressions were superb, as others who have reviewed Repairs4, in that they aknowledged receipt of my phone on "My Dashboard"(4th March).
Only after an email to them on the 3rd day(6th March) to chase my order, did my dashboard change to "parts ordered" and a quick reply to say that they are running behind. I should expect my phone back on the 14th March!!! I did express my opinion as to advertising 24/48 hour repairs, but that is by the by. Anyway, nothing had changed on my dashboard until I chased again on the 13th to see if they were on time and whether I would be receiving my phone back as promised?
My phone turned up yesterday, on the 14th March and working.
In summary, I would use them again, but would not have hopes of getting my device back in a hurry, as I initially did this time. I have given a fair review, I think, it would have been a 5, but for the time delay and having to chase for an update.
Used by a collegue who took his phone into the workshop and had it repaired on the spot (cracked screen)-highly recomended so after I dropped my iphone 4s I booked it in for repair.
Sent it on a Friday, they recieved it on Saturday and it was booked into the workshop Monday.
After reading that the online account is updated with the status of the order I checked hopefully throughout the day as on the site it says most repairs are done on the day of reciept.
Nothing but ''device recieved'', Tuesday ''device recieved'' by wednesday I was a little concerned and gave them a call, ''yes its been booked in we will get it done asap''-''could you let me know asap when it will be likely to be fixed and when it is I will collect as I am an estate agent and going out doing viewings without a phone is a real safety issue''
Didn't recieve a call back so Friday website still says ''device recieved''.
Called again - ''no still not done we are waiting for a part and it wont be done till Wednesday we will dispatch as soon as its done''
1. Why wasnt I informed of the fact you are waiting for a part and my phone will be with you a week and a half!?
2. You clearly ignored my call requesting I be informed when the device is fixed so I can collect and provided no call back to update me that it would not be done till Wednesday.
3.Why was your system not updated as it says it will be? - aparently the system was down and they were in the process of calling everyone but clearly hadnt got around to me!
REALLY dssapointed with the service-maybe I would have been more understanding if I had not had to chase after them to get the updates! Waiting for a part cannot be avoided however I think customers need to know that this is the case and not be treated like hardwork when they want to know what is going on with their device.
I will not be reccomending or using again.
I had got a micro SD card stuck in mt Garmin Sat Nav. Garmin quoted £95.00 (!!) to remove it (which would involve posting it back to Garmin). Repairs did it for £10.
I contacted them, made arrangements to take the device into the workshop at Felixstowe and delivered it late in the afternoon. I was phoned early next morning and told the job was done and had been so simple that the charge would even less than quoted. (£20-£30).

After the home button had failed on my Iphone 4s, i decided to search for a repair company close to where i live and/or work.
After reading a few reviews i decided to go with Repairs4.
After emailing i got a near instant response, they were really helpful and were happy for me to pop into the repair centre and they could fix the issue while I waited.
Although the nearest centre was 29 miles away, I decided, as I needed the phone quickly, the time and fuel was a small cost that waiting for the phone in the post.
The cost of the repair was also really good, 24.99 to replace the whole power button, including.
All in all, a great service and I will have no issues with dealing with them in the event of another issue/failure and will happily inform my friends if they require their services.
Sent on a Wednesday with a promise of a return by the weekend. Showed on the order progress for several days as 'device received'. Chased on Monday to be told 'it's on the engineer's bench, I'll see what's happening and ring you back'. Chased on Tuesday or Wednesday (can't remember which) to be told exactly the same thing (almost word for word). Eventually despatched on the Thursday without further notification (by which time we were away for the weekend!)
The repair itself looks very good, but it's disappointing to be let down over the turn-round time and unforgivable to promise a return call (twice) and not make that call.
I took my water damaged IPhone to the Apple Store who basically told me that there was no hope and offered to sell me a reconditioned one for £120. After seeing Repairs4 on the web & reading their reviews I decided to give them a try. The service they provided was very efficient, reliable, friendly and professional. Rebecca from Customer Services kept me informed of their diagnosis & the cost etc and was very helpful & friendly. They managed to locate the problem and for a small fee of £30, rectified it and I now have a fully functional IPhone. I would definitely recommend Repairs4.com.
Had to chase them 3 times over 11 days for diagnostic on iPhone 3GS, then they came back and said it was hardware failure and sent it back un repaired with no explanation . Very disappointed service would not recommend based on my experience cost me £14 in postage and a total of 2 weeks with no phone.

We needed the front glass on our Ipad replacing, gave them a call and they informed me that there may be a delay as the part was not available but would be couriered next day.
I actually dropped off my Ipad at the centre to a very helpful lady and we agreed a couple of days for collection as I had other commitments. I had forgotten about another appointment on the agreed day and Repairs4 came up trumps and delivered a day earlier, actually on the date that I had been given over the phone.
Excellent customer service and communication via email.
Ipad is now back to perfect.
My order was slightly delayed being returned, but when I contacted them to queery this, Rebecca from the customer service department was very helpful. She did everything she possibly could have to help and ensured us that my phone would be sent back as soon as possible. Not only that, but the reason for the delay was that Repairs4 were checking over my device to make sure that no damage was done to the device apart from the obvious external damage. Rebecca phoned when she said she would, she sent me a photograph of the colour to make sure that it was okay before the conversion was done, and she altered the delievery to make sure it was back to me when I needed it.
From the minute I contacted these guys they were efficient, friendly, knowledgable and speedy! Hope I don't have to use them again, one can only drop a iPhone in the loo once, but if I had to, I would! You saved my phone! Thank you!
Even though they couldn't repair my iPhone 3GS, they did perform a complete check to see if they could indeed repair it.
They differ from other companies as they do not charge for an inspection.
Phone returned very quickly.

Having cracked the screen on my trusty old iphone 3GS I called repairs4 one Tuesday morning to see how quick they could get it done; I was in need of a pretty fast turnaround to get over to Felixstowe have the repair done to then get back to pick the kids up from school and as its my only day off and need my phone for work the sending off of the phone was not an option. The guy on the phone assured me it would be done within the required time so I dashed over (about half an hour from home) was greeted well - professionally and courteously - and after explaining the conversation I'd had on the phone earlier left the phone in their capable hands. Half an hour later I returned (maybe a wee bit sooner as I was probably a bit keen to get on) and although it wasn't quite ready the very nice lady made me a cup of tea while I waited. Having been to the viewing point on the beach while I waited in the fierce wind that
tea was a dream. I still managed to get back in plenty of time and was only marginally poorer for the experience too. Excellent service, value and tea.
