Ordered a lovely pair of Barbour shoe's size 11 arrived in good time but a little on the large size more like a 13,Required to return by registered post approx £10 .Just received refund of £53.97 from initial outlay of £58.92 plus a £10 return post,very disappointed due to a pair of shoes that were sized wrong!! maybe they were seconds!,wouldn't recommend and wont be using again.
Ordering on thursday via internet, order well received on tuesday morning at my door by
delivery guy from my postoffice. Very pleased with the product purchased and delivery. Only improvement I would suggest for far away customers is a longer period for returning the product, if not the right size etc. 7 days is quite short time, returning a product to Repertoire from Sweden! Even more in my "order dispatched" mail i was informed that delivery should be by DHL. This seems not to be the case for my order which was taken care of by Royal mail , Parcelforce and the Swedish Post all together. But the cost for shipping was very customer friendly. I am very happy with my
product and the purchase from Repertoire fashion and would recommend them!

Easy to deal with, arrived when it should, no issues.
I buy most of my clothes and other things of interest online and most of the time from sellers overseas. It's very rare to find a company that sends a personal reply quickly and that has such speedy delivery as Repertoire. I'm very impressed and will definitely come back. But! DHL Express which is a speedy delivery service in general did not impress as much on the Swedish side when the item had arrived. They did not call me up when they couldn't deliver and I was forced to travel 1 1/2 hours back and forth to get to their remote pick up spot outside central Stockholm because they did not care if I received it in time.
Live abroad and tried to organise a purchase on line. This didn't work, although you have the facility to put in foreign addresses, your system insists filling in the "find address" section and does not recognise a foreign post code.
Secondly, the way of delivery is not good, DHL is expensive and when it comes to delivery, can only specify a time of between 08.30 and 17.30, so someone has to be at home all day, not convenient. My shipment was attempted when person was out and 3 days later still not delivered because of difficulties of being at home.

I would fully recommend Repertoire fashion as they are willing to go that one step further for customer satisfaction and add the personal touch. Quality merchandise with quality service!!!!
Good communication however had to oay the vat and then gst when it arrived in customs therefore wouldn't use them again on this basis
