Put Brazil on the address label instead of UK so my package was sent around the world and took 2 weeks to arrive with me. Blamed DHL. Gave no help in sending a replacement or anything and just told to wait. Didn't kick up much of a stink with DHL to get the package to me or upgrade shipping to get it to me faster.
Item turned out to be not what was described as they were actually stretch fit jeans(spandex and cotton) and not normal slim fit. Couldn't even be arsed to return them because I was sick of dealing with them.

We received this order on the 27.12.13 and it was dispatched same day. The problem was with DHL who admitted that they misdirected the package, even though the delivery address we gave them was correct. We were unable to send a replacement item as the item was the last one in our sale and we also refunded the original postage costs to the customer.
