Nowhere else but Repertoire!
We spent all afternoon on the telephone vainly trying to track down the shoes Alexis had set her heart on to go with her beautiful prom dress. NO ONE...but NO ONE could produce these Ted Baker shoes - not even Selfridges! Ha! It was only by pure accident that we stumbled on your website......there they were! THE shoes! I bet Cinderella wasn't as excited as we were!
End of the story? Shoes ordered and arrived in TWO DAYS!
Brilliant.
Whether Alexis meets her prince at the prom is anyone's guess - but if she doesn't the shoes will more than make up for it! Thank you!

It didn't arrive as planned
I had bought the coat for wearing at the Manchester derby, would have been perfect for a cold night. I ordered on Thursday it arrived on Monday after I had set off for Manchester. Whether this is the fault of Repertoire or DHL is not my issue, I wanted something for a specific reason, and it didn't arrive despite the website saying next day delivery. I tracked the parcel, it went from the Gatwick office to the East Midlands depot and back to Gatwick where it sat all weekend, not what I had expected.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the speed of delivery of your order. As this item was ordered at 4.18pm on Thursday 4th April, it was too late that days dispatch. It was dispatched the following day, Friday, for next working day delivery which was Monday. All our UK deliveries are by DHL next working day.

Purchased a ladies Barbour jacket. Very pleased with it. Competitively priced due to Easter sale. Next day delivery by DHL. I had to rearrange delivery which was very easily done and the jacket arrived promptly. Would buy from this company again and recommend to friends.

Goods dirty packed badly and not care take

Fairly Good Experience
I would recommend Repertoire although the jacket i ordered looked better on the website than it did when i received it. I am still fairly happy with my purchase though.
I would recommend them though although i did have to wait in all day for DHL as they do not advise an approx time of delivery even through their tracking system.
