Very Strict 7 day return polciy - Customer Service also very arrogant
On paper looked a good on-line retailer (good brand and cheap), however when I received the items it looked nothing like what I had ordered. Don’t trust the pictures on the website.
They are also very strict on their 7 days return rule. I brought the clothes to go away on holiday, and then did not want to take them as they looked inferior and did not match expectations. Then returned from holiday hoping to still send, though they are adamant they wont take them back.
Their customer services dept is very arrogant also…
Would I recommend them, only if you want to buy clothes that you will never wear.
Be warned, make sure you have viewed the exact product on a competitor website to double check what it looks like, as their pictures are deceptive and mis-leading

Furthermore, we have never experienced any problems with the photography on our website. All images are supplied to us by a professional photographic studio, who also supply images for the websites of many leading high street stores, we have had no other issues regarding their quality.

Awful experience
Awful experience - I placed my order (a quite expensive Vivienne Westwood top) on 27/2 and haven't received it yet (9/3).

your top was actually dispatched by DHL on 27/2/13 (tracking no. 7133653181), for next day delivery on 28.2.13. This tracking number will have been automatically emailed to you upon dispatch of your goods.
As you will see on the DHL website http://www.dhl.co.uk, DHL tried to deliver it on 28.2.13 (next day) but no one was home.
A card should have been left asking you to contact them to reorganise delivery. Had you contacted us, we would have gladly assisted in helping rearrange your delivery, as we always strive to offer the highest standards of customer service.

Quality item that couldn't be found elsewhere
Nice item, looked elsewhere but couldn't find anything at this price, delivery was a little longer than expected, given shipping was £5.00 and was only a cap but in all a good shopping experience.

A good shopping experience.
I was looking for this particular product for some time, and so was pleased to see it advertised on the Repertoire website. The price was good also. I wondered if this would be one of those occasions I have encountered when shopping on other websites where the product would be 'out of stock' and therefore take a considerable time to reach me. However, it was delivered via a secure method in approximately one week, which is excellent. I would certainly shop at Repertoire again.

Total satisfaction, shop with 100% confidence.
I had reservations about buying clothes over the Internet , worries about sizes and representation of the item style and colour. However the reality was 100% perfect and I would have no reservations about shopping here again. Excellent service - fast and efficient.
I hadn't used Repertoire before so I was a little apprehensive. However, they had the item I was looking for at a great price so I took the plunge. Seamless PayPal checkout and hey presto I had a nicely wrapped DHL delivery a couple of days later. I'll definitely be checking out their site in the future.

Quick-efficeint service in shop and on line.
Reportoire is a great shop for designer clothes with staff that are helpful and knowledgeable,although don't rely on them phoning you about availability of certain items after visiting shop and querying if stuff can be sent down from other stores!!!!
