I have grown so tired of searching the web for what other people think of a product, service or provider and finding nothing but advertising hoopla. Finally, someone has the right idea. I got to share what I truly thought about the product and service. I sometimes have a hard time giving a negative rating when asked, because I want to keep my interactions with the world on the brighter side. But, good or bad the truth is the truth and sometimes a person has to just say it as it is. ResellerRatings gets my thanks for the opportunity to do just that.
This company charged us $199/month to manage customer reviews. They hid a price increase message in a marketing email. They increased our monthly fee to $849/month without warning. Use Trust Pilot. Do not use Reseller Ratings.
Corporations have gotten away from pleasing the customer and into the BIG PROFIT. This is a great idea to let the client have a way to get his point across and lets other clients in on these problems. That's one way to get a company to make corrections by hitting it in the wallet. Hopefully this will help boost the economy and let the little guy get his money worth
You are using FedEx for overseas shipping and this company Is bunch of thieves. You charged me 80$ to ship pair of gloves That cost only 29.95$. At your website when paying with PayPal you don't see the total Only after conforming the porches and only then after It was paid I received the recipe with the true total. I sent an e-mail canceling My perches but you ignored it. I called and spook with a very Unpleasant rep which refused to let me speak with a manager. I filed a complain with PayPal. By using any other currier then FedEx it will never cost more Then 10$ to ship it. Shame on you to let it happen. You suppose to take care of your costumers.
I am dissatisfied with the service because: 1. I didn't get right invoice for order #100501807 with proper quantities from you neither via web site or email despite my email requests (letters of 18 and 19 December 2013). 2. Quantities in the order/invoice #100501807 on the web site and email confirmation are wrong. 3. There is a mess with the order No.s: #100501807 on the web site and 4. Looks like ineffective organization - many people involved with disappointing result.
With Review ResellerRatings I was sent 2 emails to review the company that I had made an internet purchase from. It was easy to write and submit reviews. Now if Calenders.com read the reviews they will know they need to improve their service.

Just as a note. I have made more than 1 purchase recently from the vendor I was asked to review. The email ResellerRatings sends you to asks you to give 1-5 stars for the vendor to continue to the review, but doesn't give the date of the purchase your rating. As I haven't received the second order wasn't sure how to answer.When I was taken to the review page it appeared that the rating could be revised if needed, I just didn't know that at the time.
Every single one of my friends know that I love to read reviews before I actually buy anything online or instores. I read respectful reviews everyday but none match up to the ones that I read on this here website, real reviews that count towards someone's mind.
I have been going to this website everyone I see a shop and check te reviews of it and its very useful if you need very good specs on that shop.
