Angry is an Understatement
I signed up for them for my tire chain business. It was working great although I did not like the already high $100 per month. Since the business was seasonal, I cancelled for a few months with the expectation I would likely come back about October and start paying again. They restarted me without me knowing it and doubled the rate to $200. When I demanded a refund, they were not willing. I threatened to dispute the charge and so they finally gave me the refund. They subsequently charged me again accidentally the next two months which they refunded quickly. They temporarily deleted 2/3 of my ratings. I took my business now to estorefeedback.com. We will see how that goes. $30 per month only.

They WILL HIJACK YOUR SITE
They take you business for less monthly cost. After getting into there trap.
You will work hard and get all the positive reviews. And suddenly one day they will jack up the price 50 times from $29.00 to $1400.00
If you do not obey them they will take away all your good reviews
Honestly they taking advantage of the Google support.
I have written to Attorney General of several states about there business practice and l also written to GOOGLE about it.

Should be called ResellerExtortion.com
An unethical company run by an immature, unethical individual -- ResellerRatings.com runs a public forum for (supposedly) rating merchant performance. They're true business is extortion. The merchant isn't considered part of the public unless he ponies up ridiculous amounts of money. Unless a merchant pays them something, they're not afforded to privilege of responding to public comments. Further, those that do join at the low low price of $29.00 a month, won't see that number for very long, as their whole gimmick is to jack up the monthly rate as soon as possible. Stop paying, and watch your positive reviews disappear. It's nothing short of extortion. Period.

I would give less if the option was available
$500 a month for positive reviews? My business doesn't pay ResellerRatings and I just got an email saying all of the reviews we have on Reseller Ratings will be removed from Google Reviews unless we pay the $499 monthly fee.
To me, that's flirting with extortion and I for one, will not accept this action. As a small business owner I can't afford it. It also makes me seriously consider the validity of Reseller Ratings authenticity.

Bad Business, Price Increases and Deletion of Customer Reviews
We signed up with ReselleRatings.com for $29.00, a few months later we receive a rate increase notice to $299.00. We negotiated the rate increase down to $199.00, then months later we receive a third rate increase to $1499.00. We could not afford to pay and canceled our membership. Few weeks later we check our ResellerRatings.com profile and all of the 2200 customer reviews we collected were deleted.

ResellerRatings has helped build our credibility online
We are a medium size e-commerce company and we have been using ResellerRatings for over a year.
ResellerRatings helps us to stay connected with customers that like to voice their opinion online. We love to hear the good reviews, and we see the bad reviews as a great opportunity to improve, or to fix a problem when we drop the ball.

Has been great for us for 5+ years
We've used ResellerRatings for brand reviews of our store for more than 5 years for our small business selling automotive accessories. Their rates have gone up a bit over time but they are so worth it. We regularly hear from shoppers that they didn't know who we were, but decided to buy after seeing our ResellerRatings ratings in Google.com and our AdWords ads. Now that they have product reviews, the value is more clear than ever. We couldn't afford Bazaarvoice, but ResellerRatings rates for product reviews are affordable and I like the format. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Extortion scheme
I am a one man business, working from home. They tried to say I was not these things, and that I was obviously a much bigger company. We had a total of 80 reviews on RR. Went from $29 a month to $499 - they did this in a clever marketing email where they hid the rate increase near the bottom in a big paragraph talking about how great they are.
They are a joke, since we left we have had nothing but negative reviews, but the 80 reviews we got when we were paying were a perfect 10.00/10.00 5 star ratings.
These fake reviews with bad ratings are for order numbers I am not even at yet (6 digit) and for products I dont even sell. They do nothing to verify the reviews they get.

Excellent conversion uplift
We had a couple hundred reviews at ResellerRatings and decided to start using their exit survey. Within a couple of months, we had several thousand reviews, and had lifted our rating to 4 stars, which was showing up in Google in the first result for our brand term searches. The surprising part is the intelligence that we learned from the reviews themselves that helped us fix some weak areas of our business. We noticed that people who visit ResellerRatings before they visit our site are approximately 190% more likely to buy, implying a major amount of trust was imparted to those shoppers. I would highly recommend RR over other platforms as no one else is influential. We have had no issues whatsoever with billing, customer service, or otherwise with their company.

I always check Reseller Ratings before I buy
I've never had a bad experience with a highly rated retailer at Reseller Ratings.
