Superb service
Ordered an LCD HD tv for my parents of 91 & 86 to be delivered to my address as was concerned with their ability to accept delivery by them at theirs. Took the option of up to 14 days delivery at no charge. Could not believe I received this today,within 48 hrs of the order being placed.
Many thanks to Nav who took my order by phone.

delivery and payment fine but heaven help you if you havve problem, say goodbye to £2000 dud tv we purchased
Bought sony tv and within 2 months developed faults , have sent tv to repair centre 3 times as rgb suggested, each time it comes back faults are still there, now they ask we send for 4th time. contacted retra and consumer direct and still they will not replace/refund.

Would never deal with them again
Ordered a sony surround sound tv unit. Delivery very quick. Unfortunately they delivered the one for a smaller tv than the one i had ordered. Arranged collection and again the collection was arranged very quickly. Now came the bad bit. Despite it being RGB's error in delivering the wrong item, they charged me £15 for delivery and £25 for collection. They also said that the item was damaged by me, despite the fact that it hadn't even been set up completely before I noticed the error. So for an item I didn't order, that was in my house less than 18 hours, they have charged me £89. Very arrogant on the phone as well when I tried to complain. I would definately never deal with them again.

Delivered within 24 hours
Earlier this week I ordered a TV and DVD Recorder package. It was delivered to my address in Norfolk within 24 hours. Excellent service. The staff in your shop,warehouse and delivery team were all helpful and courteous, a rare thing these days. Thank you I would certainly shop with you again.

RGB refund policy
I recently purchased a alphason ABRD 1100 TV stand from RGB.The salesperson told me that the RRP of the item was £350 and he would sell this to me for £300.Believing him I paid £ 300 .After I paid he told me the item was not in stock and I have to come later to collect it.Within hours I realised that the RRP was only £270 and many stores sell the item for £200. I felt cheated and phoned the store to cancel the order and asked for refund.But they told me they will retain 20% of the price if I cancelled the order.Hence I was forced to buy the product for 1 1/2 times the usual price. On the whole very poor customer service and strange refund policy.Let this be a lesson for others who purchase goods from RGB DIRECT.
