I'd never heard of RgbDirect until a search for the washer I wanted showed they had it at a good price. I dithered over whether to order such an expensive item from a company over the internet when I knew nothing about them. I needn't have worried. The delivery date was quickly confirmed, then the driver rang on the morning to say when they would turn up. Two men arrived just as they foretold - took the old machine away and fitted the new one in 20 mins without mess or fuss.
Machine in perfect condition and just as ordered - so if I need something else I now won't hesitate to consider RgbDirect.
RGB were great!!!!! The website was easy to navigate and the purchase process was quick and easy. After the transaction, their information regarding delivery and invoicing was also top notch. However, the contractor engaged to deliver has scratched my newly laid oak floor, so I now have to spend valuable time obtaining repair quotes and battleing with the various parties to get this fixed......all in all, good service, but a slightly sour taste!!!
I ordered the Bose QC3 from rgbdirect as they showed up on Google Shopping as being the cheapest. The website was not outstanding, however, they more than made up for this with the price and the level of customer service. I spoke to somebody on the phone who followed up on stock levels and called back. He then called again to confirm the delivery date. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of customer service.
I visited the store to view the TV I wanted and the service I experienced was very professional and courteous. I dealt with Anwar, a very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson, he explained everything I needed to know and answered all my queries.

When I purchased my product it said 3/4 working days, it actually took 8 and when guy made contact he was quite rude on the phone and was trying to sell me extras. Inc bringing my delivery forward and taking my old machine away and pluming it in for extra charge, I feel this should have been offered at the time I purchased.
I had never heard of RGB direct before, but i searched the internet for the sounbar i wanted they came up as the cheapest supplier. I ordered the item and paid extra for fast delivery and it was delivered on time, absolutely brilliant service. Highly reccomended.
Ordered a Toshiba 26" tv for our new kitchen and found it at RGB who had stock and were the cheapest on the net. Ordered with free delivery and received 4 days later. Excellent tv, excellent price. Highly recommend RGBdirect.
We spent ages looking at the various smart TV's, whether to go with active or passive as well as factoring in cost, and I have to say we are extremely happy.
This is an extremely good looking television and the functions are all more than expected, RGBDirect were quick on delivery and easy to deal with.

I am quite forgiving, but this has been a really terrible experience.
No replies at all to any of the emails I have sent so far - it has been 3 days since my first email.
Product out of stock (this wasn't stated on the site). Tried to phone about the order - got a very short/abrasive response that they couldn't discuss ordering a replacement for the out of stock item as I was speaking to the internet department.
They agreed to speak to me about a replacement - then I nearly ended up double paying for another replacement item.
Cancelled order - but order still shows as Pending in Paypal - and won't respond to my request for them to cancel the order in Paypal.
Nightmare customer service, they need to realise that if they say they will reply in 24 hours - they need to do that! Even just an acknowledge me that my email had been recieved would be nice. And also separating the service for internet and phone orders and refusing to take orders over the phone is madness.
Overall they have come off like scamsters, despite clearly having a fairly decent enterprise.
Strangely - they just tried to delete this review to lack of proof of an order! They could easily have just searched using my name as listed on this site.

Impressed you guys tried to skew it to sound like I was the one not replying! You guys had every chance to reply to my emails, but didn't. You only started phoning me AFTER I submitted the bad review, at which point we had already gathered the item was out of stock and I had no interest in buying anything else from you. Please don't twist the facts, just accept that you guys really need to work on your customer service and order process.
My TV blew up and I decided to get a Samsung UE46F8000. The prices vary greatly from the high street shops to the internet. I wanted a good deal and stumbled upon RGB-Direct from reading excellent reviews from TrustPilot.
On visiting their website, it was very easy to navigate and cleverly laid out to show al the available offers. I was able to find the TV I wanted along with numerous offers which I could obtain if I purchased them at the same time.
I quickly filled my virtual basket with goodies and with such a good deal, I found myself ringing them to confirm the prices were true! Well they were so, out came the bank card and I placed an order.
I spoke to Nina who was very charming and excellent on the phone and really new how to make you feel a valued customer, something that unfortunately is not experienced very often over the phone anymore! No card details were taken over the phone, simply a confirmation of the order followed by an email link being sent where card details could be submitted in a secure way.
This was all easily completed and a follow up call was made to confirm delivery. I had read that the 'Free' postage would take 3-5 working days, which was fine by me as I had such a cracking deal, however Nina said she would upgrade me; this phone call took place at around 4pm - MY TV ARRIVED THE FOLLOWING MORNING AT 8.30am!! How quick is that!
The goods were all packed extremely well and I am more than happy. I have recommended RGB-Direct to everyone I know and will certainly buy from them again. Nina should be commended for her assistance and if you ring the number, ask for her - she is brill!!

Had the cheapest prices and best reviews on the products that I was interested in. Website is very easy to use, fast delivery, with extremely efficient delivery men. My only negative (although not really a negative) would be that the delivery men although were extremely polite - I felt they could have been more friendly, but, I'll take efficiency over friendliness any day.
Im not one to give out praise easily. I wanted a Samsung soundbar, to replace a Bose Accoustimass 6, for aesthetic reasons. Checked prices on line and rgb came up as by far the best rpice. Had never heard of them and was a tad suspicious...there had to be catch right? but thought an inquiry wouldn't hurt. The guy who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful confirmed he had one in stock and could dispatch that day. He was really helpful and meticulous in the order and delivery details. Despite not paying for or asking for express delivery, 36 hours later the Samsung duly arrived. I had regular emails from rgb updating me on the status of my purchase and delivery and the even delivery guy was helpful and insisted on carrying the unit into the room for me. Im 100% delighted with the Samsung soundbar and 100% delighted with rgb. they will be my first port of call in future purchases. Thanks guys!
Many thanks to Anwar who was extremely helpful and went the extra mile in personally fixing a major logistics/ delivery mess. Anwar went the extra mike in looking after a customer and compensating for a broken delivery model.
In summary RGB and their appointed transport partner in my region J&D Transport only offered a pallet delivery to my front door for a massive American Fridge / Freezer. Both RGB logistics and the transport company offered no alternative which almost resulted in cancellation as no clear delivery information was provided at point of purchase. Having then agreed a delivery date it was missed, no contact made. I had to chase and find via ANOTHER logistics company (APC) that the transport company had googled my property and not deliver due to special conditions (height restrictions on a long drive). Unfortunately they Googled the WRONG property. Next delivery date , a Friday and at 1pm contacted by J&D transport stating they had difficult getting the right vehicle due to height restrictions and delivery might be Monday! I yet again I put the transport expert right and provided a deadline or keep the product. Product arrived 6pm and to cut a long story short was moved to my doorway. Fortunately I had assistance on hand and the product was placed in situ on a ground floor, product unpacked, one small scratch but accepted as my experience had been the worst delivery experience ever!
Fundamentally the RGB transport Dpt wants to get its logistics organised and customers treated well. I am a return customer of RGB but doubt my business will be repeated further. Take care if you are ordering very large items! I don't buy the argument that transport companies can't delivery in situ to a ground floor. If there are matters of liability insurance make that clear at point of purchase and give customer option.
RGB sales and particularly Anwar prevented a cancellation and just managed to get this saga closed down. Key point all parties to learn and correct?
Ps- product. Ga3159avhv LG fridge freezer is excellent. And good value for money - highly recommend to avoid plumbing. Fridge capacity great, freezer pretty good (but retained my chest freezer for large items). Very quiet in operation.
Ordered a TV online, they rang up shortly and said very sorry but its out of stock, but would we like the next model up for a huge discount. Obviously we snapped up the deal. It arrived within a few days and we're loving the new TV. Guy called Anwar at RGB deserves special credit. Nice bloke, very helpful and polite. Many thanks.
I had some initial reservations when considering my order, could i trust a small online company i've heard very little about to provide a quality service, delivery, customer care and a reliable product? But i must say i shouldn't have been concerned, all were to the highest standard and delivered almost a week earlier than expected (for free) and the TV was £100 cheaper than the big chain stores. i will defiantly order from them again. James

I only have one problem/query - I emailed about the 5 year warantee and have not received a reply or have no paperwork to back up the warantee.

I ordered a top of the range Panasonic fridge freezer from RGB in Mar 2013. The sales team was helpful and price matched another competitor. I decided to go with RGB as they appeared to be a more reputable company.
I took delivery on a Wednesday and helped the delivery staff move it into the house. I found a 4 inch long scratch to the side of the aluminium fridge which was quite deep and really stood out. I brought this to the attention of the staff who simply shrugged it off. Having struggled to get it into the house I was hardly going to send it back with them. Unbeknownst to me at the time the internal bottle rack was also warped and rattled (not RGB's fault) The following Monday - a gap of 2 working days later, I called and emailed the proof of the rattling rack and the scratch to their customer service team who immediately began to deny responsibility for both faults.
Several emails and phonecalls later they agreed to send out another rack. They claimed any faults had to be reported within 3 days (which I did) which then changed to 7 days (which at the time was still true - 2 days after the first email complaint)
They then ignored my emails for several weeks until I called them again - when I asked to escalate the matter to a supervisor the assistant claimed this could not be done and when I asked for a supervisor to call me back, they rudely hung up on me.
More than a month later this is still on going.
Having spent 3 days searching for a specific make and model of TV, I came across RGB Direct. After a 5 min call with one of the advisors, I had an email to an ordering link with pre-populated details of my selected TV to enter payment details. Within 1 hour I had confirmation that my order was through and delivery arrangement were made. 2 Days later my TV arrived! Through the process I had RGB ringing me with status updates.
You couldn't ask for any more! They were fast, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout. To top it all, they had the most competitive price for my selected TV.
Although the delivery was prompt from placing my original order, when the delivery driver came to deliver the washer which was on a pallet, he was most unhelpful. The washer came fastened on to a pallet and I live on the top floor of an apartment block. I had to ask the driver if he could help me lift the washer off the pallet which he did with some reluctance. After this I was left to man handle the washer on my own into the lift and along a couple of corridors and into our apartment. Not the delivery experience I would have chosen and had I known this would have happened I would have paid extra to have had it delivered by another supplier.
