Wicked !!
I purchased a Samsung 7000 series TV from RGB. They were cheaper, had a better deal than Currys, the other main stream electronic suppliers & delivered on New Years Day....
The delivery guys were polite & efficient. I would shop from them!!

Great product, Great service!
Very happy with our new TV which was roughly 150-200 cheaper than currys etc customer service was excellent very friendly and very helpful!! Great delievery service came a lot quicker than expected will defo be shopping with RGB again.

Extremely good service, very helpful delivery people
RGB kept be informed of the status of my order every step of the way, and were very polite and helpful when I phoned (several times!) to check on progress (my old washing machine had broken, so I was desperate to get the new one as quickly as possible).
When the delivery men arrived they removed the old machine and delivered to the new machine very carefully; and the space where I keep my machine is not that straightforward.
My decision to purchase from RGB was, I have to say, based on their competitive pricing, so I was delighted that their customer service was so good as well.

Great!!
TV was almost £200 cheaper than in Currys/PC World.
It was a HUGE 65'' LED 3D TV that i Absolutely love. Ordered it on 20th December at 7:30 in the evening. Was on my front door on the 21st. Did pay 44 pounds for the fastest delivery but it came 2 days earlier than that. Looking forward to making more purchases from RGB Direct

Very fast delivery at a very competitive price.
Great product I did my research before choosing to buy directly from the rgb website rather than the eBay shop and it arrived 2 days later in time for Christmas!
I didn't know it wasn't including the wireless functionality for the smart options so I had to buy an adaptor separately from pc world.

Great price & quick delivery
I've just purchased a Samsung 40" Smart tv from RGB Direct and, as is always the case when ordering from a new company, was a little bit nervous (especially as the price was so good!).
I needn't have worried though as the tv arrived the next day as promised during the phone conversation prior to ordering, to check it was in stock.
Overall very pleased with RGB Direct & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or purchase from them again.

Great prices & excellent quick delivery
I ordered my TV late on a Saturday, it arrived Tuesday, the price was great, and the delivery charge at less than £20 meant the price didn't suddenly go up when i hit the checkout.

Surprised!
I was actually surprised my product was handled so well when my initial order started off confusingly. Because my product was out of stock I was asked to reply to an email to continue with my order, which I did, but somehow this was never acknowledged and a further two emails reinstated my order. It was then handled excellently. I was suprised I was called to fix a delivery date. I was surprised the product was delivered sooner than anticipated. And I was surprised at how well everything did go with the Rgbdirect order and I shall be using them again if I wish to purchase something else. Their price was also competitive as was their delivery charge. Well done!

I was mostly happy with the service I received from RGB. The product arrived in perfect conditions. If there was one thing I would like to see improved is the description of the delivery times. I had to call back to double check when my product will be arriving.
Otherwise, I will use them again in the future :)

Great Company
After dealing with the joke known as 1st [external reference removed], RGB Direct were great. I phoned the Ilford branch to confirm the item was in stock and they talked me through the online order process, They were so good I ordered a blue ray a few days later, The only gripe is the delivery company they use, I had issues with them before, they never deliver on the date agreed claiming that you were out and left a card. They never attempt and always get my door colour wrong, but always deliver on the second time around. I just wish I dealt with RGBdirect the 1st time around

Pleasure to do business with
After having had a very poor experience trying to buy a 3d tv from another online retailer I rang RGB and spoke to Nina who told me that they had the particular model I wanted in stock. I explained that I couldn't buy the tv until my refund from the previous debacle came through to which she said no problem I'll reserve the stock and ring me back when your funds are cleared.
I rang back 5 days later and even though the tv was £50 cheaper than AD and had free delivery it arrived next day.
Highly recommend this company for their courtesy, professionalism and pricing .

Bad Customer Serice
I bought what was supposed to be a new unit, when it arrived it was clearly second hand!
I emailed RGB straight away with my concerned and requested either a replacement unit or a refund. RGB responded simply stating that were non in stock and that they would arrange collection of the second hand unit. There was no apology for the inconvenience caused. This was over a week ago, and there is still no sign of them collecting the unit, or more importantly, my refund! I sent them a reminder email on Friday, to which I had no reply!
I need my money refunded ASAP so that I can buy a replacement unit from another retailer, but the lack of communication is really concerning me!
Again, very unsatisfied with their customer service!

Incorrect information and unacceptable delivery
Brought product that stated In Stock on the company website. The item was not in stock and we received message after a few days advising that it may take 6 weeks plus for them to get the item in. We were later called by one of their advisors who advised the product had unexpectedly arrived that day. Fantastic we thought.
It then took a week for the courier company to ring us to arrange delivery. They could only deliver on a day both me and my partner were at work so no good. We advised what days we are available and they advised that they would note these days down.
A week later and we had to chase them up to ask when the item will be delivered. They once again wanted to deliver on a day we had already told them and they had noted we could not do and advised if they can not deliver in those days it would be at least another week.
Whilst we understand that the courier company is not RGBs fault they choose to use them instead of a firm that can arrange delivery around residential customers. also the earlier problems of advertising items in stock that are not is certainly not acceptable.
The only good thing about this company is the refund.

Very happy, excellent value for money, speedy delivery !!!
Absolutely delighted with RGB Direct. Speedy next day delivery even though we chose free (bronze) 10 days delivery time.
Apart from slightly ripped box, which most likely was courier company fault and fortunately did not affect precious blu-ray player and speakers, everything as described and very cheap.
Very happy, excellent value for money, speedy delivery, will most likely buy from them again!

Very good products for fair price.
Very pleased with products brought and with the price paid. but did feel ever so slightly duped by being asked to pay for a delivery which I feel should have been free. Saying that I did get Tv and the rest of goods with in two days. but I do feel I was cajoled into paying for the delivery which should have been free as I was in no hurry for the products. Other than that very happy with service.

Iford store comes good after shakey start!
I bought a TV and wall bracket at the Ilford store recently.
Unfortunately the TV and bracket were not compatable.
I would like to thank the staff, Alex the salesman, Dave the customer service man and Paul the manager for putting the problem right in a highly professional manner.
I highly recommend the shop and staff.

This is a fantastic showroom worth visiting and experiencing the demo room if you are serious about making a good investment in a tv, the guys there are veery helpful and wont push you which i found quite refreshing, overall the shop has great variety and you are sure to find what you want as there is a great amount of variety on display,

RGB smashes any tv hifi shop
I've been going to RGB for several years now and never felt short changed.
I've purchased all my appliances from an American fridge freezer to a Sony Bravia 46inch.
Ajay and Dean are very clued up on the latest equipment and i trust there judgment on all what they have to sell.
Basically I very much recommend shopping in RGB cause there prices match the likes of Tottenham court road.
One very happy customer.

Great Service Informative, helpful and friendly
Bought an LG 42LM620T In the shop while talking to the salesman he said works better over ethernet than WiFI. Salesman was spot on although TV was great when using SMART TV over WiFi using LG Dongle although said connected was not great.and kept dropping out. Plugged in a TPLink Powerline adapter to run over Ethernet and works fine. Only disppointment with purchase is LG lack of support for Flash Player so cannot watch ITV player or 4OD withouthout plugging in laptop whcich seems to detract from having a so called Smart TV.
