Impeccable!
Ordered a Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker on Monday and arrived on Friday. I live in Belgium ... . The price is the lowest (12L hotel cooker version 28cm) I could find and the shipping costs were only 12 GBP!

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Richmond Cookshop are awful - avoid buying from them. Whilst there may have been an issue with the supplier why could I not be updated? Why did I have to call repeatedly to find out what was happening? And why when I was repeatedly told during these phone calls that I would get an email or call to update me did it never happen?
Wholly incompetent. Dreadful customer service. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Excellent Service - Great Value
Having been let down by other companies I emailed to ask if they had the item I wanted in stock, they replied quickly. I ordered the item that afternoon, it arrived next day! Could not ask for better service or nicer people to deal with!

Full marks!
I cannot speak too highly of this company. I spent over an hour on-line to discover that they had the best price for a Le Creuset frying pan and the best variety of colours with no delivery charge over £50 - even cheaper than Amazon, who were out of stock of all but orange anyway. I received an email to say it would be delivered the next day by courier, then another giving me an hour time-slot. Perfectly packed.

Billed but never notified that item was out of stock
I ordered a copper bowl on Tuesday morning for a friend's birthday on Saturday. Their website says if you order before 12 noon, they will ship for next day delivery. This is the main reason I ordered from them, as I needed the item in time for the party. Received an email today (Friday, three days later) saying the order was "Processing". Immediately called them to see what was going on and they said the bowl was out of stock and normally I would have gotten an email at the time of ordering with this information, but the email was never sent for whatever reason. Extremely annoying since now I'm going to arrive empty handed for my friend's birthday and will have to give her a print out of the lovely bowl she will EVENTUALLY get. Not quite the same impact. The lady was polite and apologised and said the item would be delivered Monday, but did not offer any discount or compensation. Disappointed. I wouldn't order from them again.

Good service
The items were desptached promptly and delivered next day. They use DPD who give you an hour window when they will deliver - and actullay deliver at taht time - which is really convenient.
Unfortunately one of the items I bought was faulty. The initial emails I sent to Richmond went unanswered. But it seems they went to its spam folder and there were also some other issues which contirbuted to the lack of response. However, once the emails had been picked up the issue was resolved quickly and a replacement item sent out promptly with no hassle.
I think everyone accepts that things can go wrong sometimes - but I was really impressed with how Richmond dealt with this matter and sorted everything out without causing me any further inconvenience. This was really good service.

Perfect service
order my item one day and received it the next, excellent. Quick easy website. I don't visit very often but if I need a kitchen gadget or item I always think of your company first. Thanks first rate.
I also love my new Alessi electric kettle, we've wanted one for years and now it looks great in the kitchen. Love it.

Fantastic Service
Somehow managed to break my chefs knife I'd had for over ten years. Ordered a new one from Richmond Cook Shop £30 cheaper than elsewhere. Received within 24 hours with free delivery. Even received an e-mail to say it would be delivered between 1.30pm-2.30pm and it arrived at 2pm. Fantastic service. Will definitely shop here again and would highly recommend.

Excellent quality cookware and service
I have used the Richmond Cookshop for 6 years now and have always received prompt communication about the progress of my order and excellent service. The last two orders were delivered the next day. Fantastic selection of top quality brands. Very helpful and friendly service on the telephone too. Great company.

Probably a front for ID theft.
i placed an order with this company and gave them my credit card info.
They never filled the order and ignored attempts to contact them.
