Ordered a leather guitar strap online as a birthday present, having left it rather late. After placing the order, I mailed sales to ask that it was sent as soon as possible - they replied immediately to say that it would be shipped that day, and it came on the birthday. And it was a lovely strap too!
Online ordering is from many sites is quick and easy, but having someone respond to an anxious email is good service in my book, and much appreciated.
I can not fault the service that you give to actual customers but I do not agree that you only will give discount to a customer that shops on your online store but not to a customer that shops on your e/bay site to which I got my first item from. e/bay it came with a 5%discount card so I decided to send for the item again using e/bay thinking I would get the item discounted but not to be. I sent a message about this but all I got from you sorry can only used on our online store .
surely if and items bought on e/bay by customer and have a discount card this should be passed on to that customer most items are paid via pay/pal and can reimburse discounts via pay/pal I know this can be done because I have had postage and even full refunds sent back to me via pay/pal and monies transferred back into to my bank account.
most of my shopping is done on e/bay and the discount 5% off your next purchase!* in BIG ORANGE letters then small letters for when you order online at: bla bla bla this dose not exactly jump out in your face. I just reordered via e/bay and did not know at the time this was a high street outlet.
going back to the card in question perhaps the wording needs revamping to make the customer more aware something on the lines like this discount card and codes only apply at our online store and not through other outlets
I bought a pedal from them which they posted promptly, unfortunately it turned out to be a dud (which they couldn't have known). I was a bit worried it was going to be a hassle but thankfully they made it quick and easy for me to get a replacement and refunded the cost of me sending the dud back so it went as well as it could have in the end.
They were very nice and very helpful so I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for musical gear.
Very simply, I needed new guitar strings and I needed them yesterday, Rich Tone Music's ebay page was the first one to catch my eye, and with a combination of a fantastically low price and 100% feedback rating seemed like the obvious choice. Their service was excellent - strings werre received quickly, exactly as ordered, and although I have yet to restring my guitar due to chronic laziness, I anticipate they will perform well.
I would definitely purchase from them again, and have recommended them to my musician friends.
Now, fingers crossed they send me that £100.00 bribery cheque for writing such a nice review....;)

The two guys I spoke to were amazing, told me exactly what I wanted to know and left it in my hands to decide. I immediately purchased the guitar. I recently bought a Martin guitar for my son from Rich Tone Music in Sheffield. These guitars are like hen's teeth but Rich Tone had one in stock. I placed the order and within days the guitar arrived by courier to my home in Spain.

I have ordered a few things off this company and they have never let me down. The items I have bought have arrived when they said they would, perfectly wrapped and working perfectly. I bought a dual latching foot switch last week on a Thursday and asked if they could get it to me by Saturday at the latest as I had a gig on the Sunday, they got back within 15 minutes saying they were sending it straight away and it arrived on the Saturday morning. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and will DEFINATELY use them again.

I DO NOT TRUST RICHTONE TO SORT THE AMP PROPERLY, BECAUSE, IF A GUITSR HAD BEEN PUT THROUGH THE AMP IN THE FIRST PLACE, THE FAULT, (IMMEDIATELY FADING OR NO SOUND) , WOULD HAVE BEEN IMMEDIATELY APPARENT.
I WOULD RATHER PAY FOR A REPAIR MYSELF THAN LET THESE PEOPLE DEAL WITH IT, WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE SORTED UT BEFORE SELLING IT.
I am new to Guitars, went in looking for a lot of advice, also turned up at 4.30 when they shut at 5pm, the help i received was excellent, left at 5.10pm, with a discount, they did match an internet price, Very happy with service and Guitar.
I ordered Gibson Brite Wires guitar strings from Rich Tone Music as they are the strings which are fitted to my Epiphone Emperor Swingster guitar by the makers. The size is 10-46 and I find them to be lovely strings with a smooth touch and a beautiful mellow sound. I certainly would recommend them with no hesitation. Also Rich Tone Music were unbeatable on price and speedy delivery.
Lovely people! They didn't mind my stupid questions about leads, chargers etc, and were extremely helpful. My husband is thrilled with his ditto loop pedal, and even more thrilled that i managed to get all the bits he needed to enable him to use it, when he got home from his week away lorry driving, without him having to trawl 20 miles to the nearest shop to buy the right bits 'n' bobs!
