Don't use a courier for something that will fit through my postbox!
I have no problems with communication, the actual product or price. However had I realised you'd be using UPS for the 6 sets of guitar strings I bought I would not have purchased from you. This meant I had to drive a 20 mild round trip to collect them from the courier depot which negated any saving. I'd assumed they'd be posted Royal Mail though my letter box whilst I was at work.

Thanks for the review. Glad you got them ok in the end. The eBay listing for these 6 packs do clearly state FREE NEXT WORKING DAY Delivery to UK with UPS. (The UPS logo is also clearly shown on our web site when a couier service will be used) While letter boxes vary, the 6 packs struggle to go through royal mail large letter and have to go packet post and instances of loss is terribly high as many don't go through the letterbox.
So we use a premium courier service to ensure next day delivery. Tracking details are sent, and UPS will try to deliver 3 times in total to your door. On balance we believe this provides the best all round speed/security/value service.

Quick Delivery misleading advert and rating
Very quick delivery, although the add was very misleading saying condition was 8-9 out of 10 more like 6 out of 10. I have corrected the amp at my own cost now of £210

Great Company and Great Product Let Down by UPS
Ordered a Roland UM-ONE at the weekend over the internet because it was a great price and free shipping. Recieved an email on Monday to say my purchase had been dispatched with a UPS tracking number. First class. Checked the UPS tracking on Monday night and Tuesday morning. Delivery would be by end of the working day on Tuesday. This was great because I had to be in the house all day to wait for the BT engineer. Rechecked the tracking number at 4 pm Tuesday to find the package had been taken back to the depot at lunch time saying the customer was not avialable to accept delivery!! UPS customer service was no help. Package delivered on Wednesday.

Customer service at its best!
I recently purchased a used Godin Session electric guitar, to be sent to Germany, and was truly amazed by the excellent service of Rich Tone Music. The guitar arrived in less than 48 hours, was carefully wrapped and well set up. Absolutely fantastic!

was covered in mold!
When I received my speaker poles from Rich Tone Music, i opened the box to see the bag that was carrying the speaker poles were covered with mold. If I didn't need the poles for a gig on the day I received them then I would of 100% sent them back. To be honest I was not happy when I received my product.

Great service, Great Range of Products, Best Prices!
I made a return visit for my second guitar from RichTone and the service was just excellent, as it was the first time around! Lovely product, brilliant service, easy to use website
The website was really easy to use, we were looking to buy a classical guitar for my dad's birthday and the black Yamaha was stylish and perfect for what we wanted. (He also loved it!).
