lovely, unique bag

Fab bag
Fantastic bag to transport my iPad plus various other items as well. I spoke to a very helpful lady for advice and then placed my order and ticked free postage. The bag arrived the next day. Superb service and very friendly sellers.

The webpage of the shop looks excellent, the products it offers are very good and usually very hard to find anywhere else.

Excellent Service!
I was looking for the right laptop bag ages when I came across the RightBag website. The site is easy to navigate and ordering was simple. Once the order was placed, Sarah contacted me to let me know the bag had been sent out. The bag arrived on the advised day. It was well-packaged and there we no issues whatsoever. I've always stayed away from laptop backpacks as I am small, but this one fits perfectly. I will definitely use them again.

Really pleased with everything
My daughter chose this bag for her birthday present of a laptop. She wanted something that wasn't plain black and dull! The blue spotty bag she chose is everthing she hoped it would be. Good quality, strong and great to look at. The bag was delivered really quickly and we have no problems in recommending both the bag and the company.

Great products at great prices with excellent turnaround
Needed a present at the last minute before Christmas and rightbag were able to fulfill both the requirement of having a great product at a great price and a delivery option that allowed me to get what I needed in the short time available. Whilst I had to pay the extra for delivery, the ability to turn around an order in such a small amount of time is something that few other websites were able to offer. The product was also great.

Very good and helpful service

Excellent allround!!
I received the ordered product in a well packaged parcel that arrived well within the stated delivery time. The laptop bag was purchased as a gift and has, as yet, been unused but having looked at the bag it seems to match the description on the website, that of a quality item at a reasonable price.
If the need were to arise I would have no qualms about ordering from this company in the future and have now listed it amongst my favorite websites.

Size of bag not as big as promised
The laptop bag/sleeve looked great however the size (up to 16") wasn't so accurate. My new 16" laptop wouldn't fit into it comfortably so I'm going to have to return the item.

Firstly let me apologies for the sleeve not fitting your laptop. The measurements are taken from the manufacturers, in this case Built NY and they stipulate what size the sleeve goes up to, unfortunately they can't accommodate all types which is why we say at the bottom of the product page "fits most laptop's with a screen size up to 16". Please return the sleeve and we will provide a full refund to you. Love it!
Purchased this bag because I was fed up with carting a bulky, heavy briefcase/trolley for my laptop and accessories. The only regret I have is I did not find it earlier! Best purchase I have made in ages. Holds everything I need neatly and compact. The service/delivery I received was fantastic. I purchased the lilac coloured bag, and once black is in stock it will be on my shopping list.

brilliant customer service
i wanted to purchase a laptop bag for my daughter as a present for her A level results. Eleven out of ten for fantastic service.
Our youngest daughter wanted a new laptop bag so we enlisted the help of our eldest daughter who found rightbag with exactly the right bag. Ordering was simple, the price wasn't bad at all but then the service kicked in; despatch was really fast, customer contact and support fantastic, follow-up fantastic, I am really impressed and I'm a closse relative of Victor Meldrew so it must be good.
I'll definitely be back, especially as their range covers bags I would buy for myself as well as a young daughter.
