Riverside were the best for price and as I discovered the next day delivery(free) was exactly that. Absolutely brilliant customer service and a great product. I could not be happier with the service provided by Riverside. This purchase was my first from Riverside but I will not hesitate to use them again. My rating would be five star plus.
Ordered on Sunday night on the internet, got phoned Monday morning to arrange delivery day, delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Was able to track delivery. Only downside was I didn't get the phone call an hour before delivery that was agreed on.
Ordered this online, and it did advertise next day delivery - however they only had a split box of something so phoned me up to say they are awaiting delivery so my deliver would be the next day (1 day late) as i was organised for once for my brothers birthday this didn't matter, but i appreciated the phone call to say that delivery would be with a valid reason for the delay!
I decided last weekend that as summer had arrived i would buy a subshade that would fit onto any chair anywhere. So when i go out it is easy to be able to sit in the shade. My sunshade arrived in perfect condition as i would expect from a gardening company. it arrive so quickly but not before the sun disappeared. wouldnt hesitate to order from them again

Just what i was afeter
Ordered a few accessories for my Weber BBQ on Wednesday. My order was almost immediately acknowledged, an hour or so later I got an email saying the items were shipped and I got them Thursday. This is one of a handful of companies I would recommend to a friend in the knowledge they would not be disappointed.
I have bought half a dozen different artificial plants and have been delighted with them all. Compared with other plants I have seen, they are more realistic, generous size and about half the price. There was a slight issue with one delivery, but customer services acted quickly and resolved the issue the same day. I will be buying more plants!

I ordered some webber BBQ tools and a tool holder. They arrived within a few days, however the tool holder had been taken out of its box, and wrapped in blaxk plastic. part of the box had been ripped off. So was not even able to stick it back together. It was purchaced as a gift and had to be given without a box. I would not have purchaced the item in a shop with the box so would not expect it to be sent like that. The other items were fine. However will not be ordering from this company again.
Found the branded BBQ items I wanted, cheaper to buy at Riverside garden centre than on both Amazon and eBay and with free delivery on orders over £30 it was well worth it. Items arrived really quickly, well packaged and worth it. I'd have no hesitation in ordering again.
I purchased a product mid afternoon which was an excellent price, I was informed via email of posting and collection and when it would arrive the postage was also free. arrived the next day. Very impressed with product, price, delivery and keeping me posted.
After making our decision to purchase the Quest Sandringham Elite SL, we looked around the internet and found that the Riverside Garden Centre were not only offering the best price for the chairs we were after, but the price also included free next [working] day delivery. The whole process was simple, I have a PayPal account and made my purchase using that method. Within seconds we had a confirmation email and shortly afterwards we had notification of the tracking number. The website was pleasant to use and prices were cheapest around. I used the live chat function to find out the colour of the handles on the bbq.... the lovely girl on the other end went down to the showroom to find out. Wonderful!
My Fragile mirrored picture frames order arrived from Riverside very quickly. The packaging was amazing - boxed and then layer after layer of protective bubble wrap and thick black cling-film like plastic. It was like one of those Christmas presents that starts off huge and there's just a smaller present inside. 10/10 for protective packaging. I will order from you again. Competitive prices on these frames too.
I left my folding chairs outside and they got rusty over the winter.
I was looking for 2 good quality folders with a backrest and a good seat height after a few hours online I found what I was looking for on Riverside garden centre web site.
However I need them for Sunday and its now Wednesday morning so its of to the shops to buy 2 after half a day out around Cheshire I could not find a suitable chair.
Back home at 1600 on Wednesday tea time and I went on line again to Riverside Garden Centre and placed my order for 2 x Quest traveller Director chairs paid on Pay Pal and thought my day out on Sunday would be without chairs, how wrong I was on Thursday at around 13.30 they arrived at my home address as promised

I bought my lemon coloured branded kettle BBQ online. When I went to put the item together I found the enamel was coming away on the edge of the basin where it should not be. I did not want to take the risk it would worsen in use so I asked for it to be returned on the basis it was damaged. Riverside have refused to simply arrange for the item to be collected and refunded as clearly requested by me,(I have had it for 5 days) advising me they have a strict code of conduct agreed with the manufacturer and I must send photos and they will tell me what happens next! If they are going to have the original item back in their possession they will not need me to send photos and why are they trying to involve the manufacturer in our transaction?.They have even tried to get me to call the manufacturer direct for "advice" when my contract is with the garden centre. They are doing everything they can to get me to retain the item and to avoid arranging a refund. In fact, under distance selling regulations I do not even need to have a reason to return the item at this early stage but I didn't want somebody else being sent the same slightly damaged item. Having taken some advice I have a dilema now because I do not feel they can be trusted on the basis of my experience to date and if I send back the item myself I will incur more expense which I cannot afford. Having read their past feedback I am really surprised that they have been so difficult and have not just apologised and arranged collection and a refund. My advice is to check any item you buy immediately, only buy if you can, and are prepared, to photograph any faults (my camera is only cheap and does not do closeups) and preferably buy instore and check before leaving.
