I left my folding chairs outside and they got rusty over the winter.
I was looking for 2 good quality folders with a backrest and a good seat height after a few hours online I found what I was looking for on Riverside garden centre web site.
However I need them for Sunday and its now Wednesday morning so its of to the shops to buy 2 after half a day out around Cheshire I could not find a suitable chair.
Back home at 1600 on Wednesday tea time and I went on line again to Riverside Garden Centre and placed my order for 2 x Quest traveller Director chairs paid on Pay Pal and thought my day out on Sunday would be without chairs, how wrong I was on Thursday at around 13.30 they arrived at my home address as promised

I bought my lemon coloured branded kettle BBQ online. When I went to put the item together I found the enamel was coming away on the edge of the basin where it should not be. I did not want to take the risk it would worsen in use so I asked for it to be returned on the basis it was damaged. Riverside have refused to simply arrange for the item to be collected and refunded as clearly requested by me,(I have had it for 5 days) advising me they have a strict code of conduct agreed with the manufacturer and I must send photos and they will tell me what happens next! If they are going to have the original item back in their possession they will not need me to send photos and why are they trying to involve the manufacturer in our transaction?.They have even tried to get me to call the manufacturer direct for "advice" when my contract is with the garden centre. They are doing everything they can to get me to retain the item and to avoid arranging a refund. In fact, under distance selling regulations I do not even need to have a reason to return the item at this early stage but I didn't want somebody else being sent the same slightly damaged item. Having taken some advice I have a dilema now because I do not feel they can be trusted on the basis of my experience to date and if I send back the item myself I will incur more expense which I cannot afford. Having read their past feedback I am really surprised that they have been so difficult and have not just apologised and arranged collection and a refund. My advice is to check any item you buy immediately, only buy if you can, and are prepared, to photograph any faults (my camera is only cheap and does not do closeups) and preferably buy instore and check before leaving.

Ordered two folding Quest Directors style chairs and received excellent service by way of quick acknowledgement of order, despatch of order (Easter weekend) and notification of time and date of delivery. Overall an excellent experience of on line shopping. It's a pity not all companies operate in this way. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. By the way it was also the cheapest price I could find. How's that then?
The 'chat' option on the site is extremely helpful, enabling me to check on stock levels before purchasing.
I was able to have my purchase sent direct to the recipient, it arrived very quickly and safely packaged.

Delighted I was finally able to find this large Alfalfa log for my rabbit - he loves it and it keeps his teeth so healthy. I have been unable to find this from other stockists to replace the last one he finished. Delivery was fast, item well wrapped and the price was good too. I would definitely buy from this website again.

I bought a weber fireplace from Riverside garden and could not believe how cheap it was. Most other places were at least £30.00 dearer so i was expecting it to be of a lower quality or a "second", but no it turned up and was perfect. I am really impressed. Delivery was free, which was a bonus and it turned up next day. Also the video on their web site was really helpful too. I would strongly recommend buying from Riverside Garden Centre.

Riverside garden centre is an excellent choice for purchasing online. I ordered a Weber outdoor fireplace with cover and logs as a gift for my husband, fast delivery, well packaged and items exactly as hoped for. Would not hesitate to use them again!
Riverside took the trouble to phone us up to explain that my parcel had not been collected the day before,due to the snow but it was being collected on that day. Now that is what I call customer service and most unexpected these days.
I only bought this item in the end because of the very informative video showing the product in use, this also gave me more of an idea of its size. Ordered late one evening, received one day later...used it already, very good

Thank you for delivery of our Weber Q100 bundle. Having ordered we were told that it was out of syock bt a shipment would arrive at the end of the week and we would receive our goods the following Monday. Then we had another call saying the barbeques had come in and, if it was convenient we receive it on Friday - it duly arrived, well packed as promised. We were kept informed all the way through and are delighted with the service - thank you very much
I never had an artificial Christmas tree in my life, but this year we decided to buy one. After searching for a nice looking small tree for weeks I ordered one from riverside garden centre. It arrived within 2 days and looks just like on the photo.
The item ordered was not in stock at the time of order, but the seller contacted me as soon as the order was placed to let me know that it would be in Friday and with me by Monday. Great care was taken with it as it arrived with plenty of protective packaging to insure it didn't get damaged =), fanstastic service.
The staff were helpful at first as online they said no stock but when I contacted them for a delivery estimate they found one.
However I placed my order shortly after 1500 on Thursday & they said I had missed the next day delivery option, so I asked for it to be delivered on Saturday which would cost extra( not an issue) but they then said it was to late for a Saturday delivery which I found extremely strange as I have ordered countless items on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday & it was only Thursday..
This is where there customer services sadly let them down as the lady would not try to assist any further & just kept saying I had missed the courier, so there courier must not pick up on a Friday???.
The item arrived Monday without any issues but there website make a great deal of the next day delivery option but in reality this seems an issue sometimes so I do feel let down by there apparent lack of customer service.
The Weber Fireplace is massive, haven't had the chance to try yet!
After a lot of searching for the best price, I finally found riverside. They were a lot cheaper than all the other shops I looked at, almost worryingly so! But I placed an order, and within two days the products arrived.
They were also very well packaged.
All in all, a great service. Will 100% use again and recommend to friends.
