Wanted a new tv for my daughter, so looked around the web for a few days, found some good deals on the big ones amazon etc, then about to order when I came across RLADistribution, the price for the tv I wanted was far to good to believe,, so checked reviews as I'd never heard of this company before, looked at the reviews, they seemed fair really as all companies have good n bad, anyway I would have been suspicious if they were all good, so thought give it a go, I needn't have been concerned as sure enough order went through easy, email from company giving me tracking number and eta of item, order Recieved next day as promised and saved a packet compared to the same model elsewhere, all I can say is that I will definitly be shopping with this company again, thank you RLADistribution.
At first, I thought I had a come across a total bargain, as the price of the Samsung cooker and hob was almost £120 cheaper than Currys; but with the experience that followed, I will now always pay the extra. The website stated 1-2 day delivery so the day after I ordered I called RHL to request they deliver on the Tuesday (would have been day 3). I called 4 times & no one answered, so I sent an email. I got a voicemail the next day saying that should be OK. I then didn't hear anything and Tuesday came & went & the product didn't arrive. I thought maybe it would come the next day and when it didn't, I made another call. I called twice & no one picked up. I sent an email asking someone to call, & they did. I was told they would check up on my delivery and call me back. No one did. I called back later that day; no one answered so I sent an email. I was then called to be told that the courier had lost my package, but they had now found it and it would be with me before lunchtime the next day. The following day it got to 11.45am and the courier had not been. I sent an email to inform them they hadn't called. In total, I called RHL 23 times (mobile phone records) as well as emailing RHL that day. My calls weren't picked up or the line was busy. I had to send very direct emails to get any response. I was even offered the Courier's number so I could call them myself... I had workmen arriving the next day to fit a new work surface & the new hob & cooker and needed to know if i should cancel them. I was assured that the product with be with me on the Saturday morning. I insisted it arrive for 9am and was told they couldn't guarantee this. I called on the Saturday morning & then had to send an email saying it hadn't arrived - this was 9.45am. I received a call at 10.10am & then 10.39am & was told it would be with me for 11am. Guess what? 11am came and went & the cooker hadn't arrived. I had taken the couriers number by this point and called that number 5 times before I sent a text asking someone to call me. I then became embroiled in an initially rude and wholly frustrating conversation with the Courier who stated that Saturday delivery was before midday & that he would try and 'resolve' my problem. Throughout this I was trying to contact RHL - I made a total of 20 calls, I left two VMs and sent 6 emails and NO ONE called me back. I had to hound and pester the courier myself. In the end a local courier had to be organised to pick up my good and bring it to me. It turns out it had been marked as a before 10.30am Monday delivery. I requested that RHL call me on Monday morning, so at 10am I received a call & was told they had done everything they could.... Really?! I have NEVER in my life received such an appalling & unreliable delivery service and I would not recommend RHL and I certainly won't be using them again.
The whole purchasing experience went very well, website worked well and the customer service department couldn't have been more helpful when I spoke to them about delivery. I can only speak as I find and I would recommend Rlrdistribution to anyone based on my experience.
My order was disaster at beginning, wasn't dispatched for while cos billing and delivery address are not same (it is usual for business) and took a bit of time to verify my order, then finally my order was dispatched, but courier has damaged it( it was last one in stock!) BUT for those problems, customer service team at RLR has tried their best to solve them and they look after me well and I am satisfied at the end. I am sure to use them soon.
One apology a week after ordering saying that they blame Royal Mail who had lost both games as they had not been given tracking details. They said that one of the two had been sent again a week after the original order and gave tracking details that do not show on Royal mails tracking service, still no mention of the second game yet. Several days later still no games, they have not replied to my email, I rang their number which went to message service and they have not returned my call.
I ordered Rocksmith for xbox 360, it was the cheapest price i could see on the net by £10. box arrived damaged, cable inside is temperamental. no idea if the cable was made faulty, damaged by Rlr or by the courier who delivered. I suspect it was not Rlr's issue, so have not returned the cable. I saved nearly enough to buy a second cable anyway and having two is even better.
The LG TV was very easy to order online and took minutes to complete. Upon completion the order was processed and we received and email notification which is always nice. We received another email when the order was dispatched and they delivered at a reasonable time. The box for the product was severely damaged from damp but the product worked perfectly and I am confident they would have replaced it if it did not.
Ordered large Plasma at New Year. Best Price available and wasn't expecting the order to be processed until the warehouse reopened on 6th Jan. However, TV actually turned up on 6th Jan, so can't fault the service.
Ordered a 42" TV which arrived three days later. Price is the best around and the actual TV is fantastic. Have already added RLR Distribution to my favourates for future purchases. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends
I ordered a game for my partner for Christmas. It was reasonably priced in comparison to many of the shops. Arrived within days, securely packaged (and subtly which was a bonus as partner had a good look at it). Very pleased. Highly recommended.
