did not honour the price listed even though money had been taken and order processed
we placed an order for a tv we were looking to purchase. on the website a price was listed that was good value and they had good customer reviews so we decided to buy it. The order went through, money was debited from our credit card and we received an order confirmation. Within 24 hours we were then sent another e-mail to be told it was a misprice and a problem due to a google feed??? not sure how when this was direct on their website and nothing to do with google. we were told we could pay the new amount and have a free gift (no details given) or cancel the order. We were then offered £25 off the new price. We decided to cancel the order and place elsewhere, overall very unimpressed that they did not honour their contract.

Please first let me apologise for the mistake made when pricing this product. Unfortunately our technical team made a mistake when comparing prices of multiple TVs and updating so that we were the cheapest on the Google Shopping feed.
As soon as we saw that orders had come in for the wrong price we contacted the customers who purchased these goods, explained the situation and offerered compensation for the mistake.
We cannot offer £400 off of an item due to a technical mistake.
In addition, the only contract in this transaction is our Terms and Conditions which clearly state the following:
"However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable)."
