I found RLR Distribution through Google shopping after my prefered website had run out of stock, I placed my 1st order based on reviews I’d read and expected a great service however, after 5 days of my order status showing "Awaiting Dispatch" I emailed their support to find out what was going on, I then had to phone to chase after no response only to be told the pallet was damaged but more had come in and I would receive my order the next day and their system couldn't email everyone to tell them.
Later that same day I received an email saying the courier had not turned up and they will log a complaint and thefore my order will be delivered a day later than promoised, except the tracking details I was given earlier showed they did turn up but the item was not ready for collection. They then re-attended several hours later and collected the item.
The following morning my item was delivered, despite me being told via email the previous day the courier had not even turned up to collect the item.
I emailed again to express my dissatisfaction at the service i recieved and after 2 weeks I have still not had any response.
The site offers a great range of products, especially with Christmas coming up, but i won't be placing anymore orders. Stick to paying a few £££'s more for a service you can trust

Firstly we apologise for the issues you experienced with your order.
We had issues with our old courier service with City Link which as since forced us to close an account with them. As the majority of our TV deliveries were sent via this company we relied on their tracking information once the item had been dispatched and were let down on several occassions by false tracking information and missing parcels.
In the interest of our company and our loyal customers we had devoted a lot of time into courier service research and have since invested more into our new courier APC Overnight. We have found that our new service provides much better communication both to us and our customers.
We hope that you will use us again and can understand that we are constantly upgrading our processes to provide a better service to our customers.
