I placed an order online, paid by card, delivery to work. got an email to say they need me to confirm the delivery address because its not my card address - i can't see how this resolves any security issues as i just gave the same address i had already given. was still not delivered. emailed again, was told it would be dispatched next day, 2 days later received a mail to say it had been dispatched but has still not arrived. Arrived after 3 days from last email. Thanks for sending a free BluRay movie but I would rather have had the game on time!

we apologise for the delay . As you can understand due to increase in online fraud any mismatch in detail we have to verify in the interest of the cardholder and us a company . This procedure is followed by most ecommerce companies and we are no different .
