Abmissal customer services !
No bin after two weeks, emailed called no response still not resolved 3 weeks later . Shocking !!! Don't know why they have an email or telephone service no answer !

Appalling customer service - will never shop again out of principle.
Just returned a hoover that broke that was bough in Aprl 12 - telephoned the Amersham branch and spoke to a very friendly girl and asked if a photocopy of the receipt was OK, as the original would have taken 10 minutes to find. Was told yes no problem. Printed off receipt and return goods to the Amersham store where it was purchased. Robin the store supervisor walked over and said that i needed the original and that my photocopy was no good - when i explained yesterday that i had called the store and what i was told - he replied - "well you did not speak to me". to which i said that i was unaware that i had to speak to him in which case he should be answering all the calls and not allowing other members of staff to deal with phone queries - which he replied "you need the original". I would have brought a replacement there and then but i decided to speak with my custom and took the refund and it will be a cold day in hell before i shop at Robert Dyas again - no wonder John Lewis had a great Christmas you would think that these chains would look at best practice - what has made me more angry is the sale of goods act does not even require the receipt just proof of purchase - which could be completed through the credit card that i used as well as the copy of the original. wasted 1 hour of my life going home and getting the receipt - i will make sure i tell me family and friends about this disgraceful service from Robin which i can only assume reflects the Robert Dyas business - the ryan air of the high street.

Great product range - terrible customer service
I regularly shop in the Chippenham brance - the products range stocked is great and some good offers. However, after the treatment I suffered on my last visit, I will notbe visiting the CHIPPENHAM store again. I was humiliated and embarassed, had to ask not to be shouted at, and left in tears - all because I was rushed to find the receipt to pick up an ordered and paid for item. I have forwarded my feelingsto the company

Fantastic Ice Cream Maker
My daughters uncle brought her a Nuo ice cream maker - it is fantastic. She is 8 and she loves it............

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!
We Selected our products in the Harrow branch and went to the till. The cashier packed everything and when we got home we realised that 2 of our items was missing. I called the store and asked if they had 2 of our items at the till and they said yes.The person was ready to just put down the phone without asking for any details i.e when can you come and whats your name???? very basic things to ask! i was not happy and the person on the phone just said call our customer service number will a very dead and dull voice without a care in the world....very poor. The store is great but the people skills are poor. i will not be able to get to the store anytime soon so i will be at a loss due to the member of staff not carrying out a basic job.

A really useful shop, especialy good for kitchen gadgets.
I bought a food processer at this store a few years ago at a very good reduction. I have also bought a pressure washer.
What I like is that you can always check the website for current bargains and if you are in London there are several branches to call into. Staff are very friendly and deal accurately and courteously with stock enquiries and let you browse in the shop without becoming impatient or pushy. A really useful shop.
I would have given 5 stars except if I am looking for something in particular Argos or Amazon more likely to have it in stock, but then they are bigger. Even so, I often check if Robert Dyas has an item at the same time as checking the big sellers as sometimes you are rewarded with an exceptional bargain.
