Hi Phil, sorry to hear you thought the product description was poor for the product you recently bought. We do try to write bespoke info when possible, but as you can imagine we can't actively use every single item we sell, as such we are sometimes forced to rely on the manufacturer’s description.
I'd have to say I'm a little confused by your comment regarding poor value? Whilst I'm not disputing other stores may often trump us on price with some products, we do endeavor to offer the best price we can on inline products. On top of this, we continually strive to source clearance items from our suppliers and pass those savings on to the customer, and we feel this is born out by the continued flow of items available on our site, often at around 50% off the standard RRP.
