Brilliant service, but why start sale in early hours of morning?
I ordered a fleece jacket at the Christmas sale which started at about 1am in the morning of the 27th Dec. Knowing what it was like last year I stayed up to make sure I got my order in. Why on earth start it at that time of the morning??
Despite this minor annoyance, the order was despatched and arrived on my doorstep within 2 days. Great service. Thank you Rohan.

ROHAN ALLTIME JACKET
I have been buying rohan products for a long time and I have been very pleased with them. Earlier this year , however, I bought an Alltime Jacket that cost £97. Undoubtedly the worst buy I have ever made when buying clothes for the outdoors.. It is described as water repellent but the water repellency is absolutely useless. It cannot cope with the lightest of drizzle. Neither is it fast drying. I cannot recommend this jacket even in a half-price sale. It is a very poor product

Excellent, beyond the call of duty.
I bought some trousers from the Rohan shop in York about a year and half ago. The other week the fly zip went. I rang Rohan to inquire about a possible repair service. The person said that the zip should not have gone and promptly sent a postage paid return bag. This arrived the very next day. I sent the trousers back on the Monday and nine days later they are back. They even put a couple of spare buttons in for good measure! I also got a couple of phone calls along the way to keep me informed of progress etc.
I have been a long term customer of this company and this is the first time that I have had to return something.
This is excellent service, beyond the call of duty.
